Cameron was easy to contact and very accommodating. The house was equi-distant from family and friends that we were visiting. There was enough room to spread out and have personal space for the three of us. Easy access from the downstairs bedroom to the small outdoor space made mid-night breaks for my dog easy, for both of us! I would stay there again.

Place was exactly how it was described. Lot of activities, fun games, boardgames, books, paintings for children of all ages. Surrounded by many grocery stores.Clean, kitchen is fully loaded. Access to community pool and tennis courts.. Perfect location for either relaxing or enjoying wonderful colorado.Fully enjoyed our 4 night stay here and Would stay again!

This property could use more baking pans for the oven. Also, some type of info sheet telling guests how to use streaming equipment and the Sleep Number Bed. A list of recommendations for restaurants would have helped too. We were told the huge bin of laundry at the bottom of the stairs would be picked up by a laundry crew. It remained the entire 6 days of our stay! I asked about it at the end of our stay but never received a response. We didn’t have enough towels...and the linen closet shelf was empty. On a positive note, we enjoyed the outdoor spaces, playing games and reading. This was our first time to this area.

Very roomy patio home in a quiet, quaint neighborhood close to shopping, great restaurants and trails. Trailhead to Dry Creek Trail just down the street. Owner provided plenty of staples, essential toiletries. Very comfy bedding, roomy kitchen, fireplace, games provided. Would definitely stay here again. Host was not as quick to respond as other hosts I have stayed at, but did reply all times within 24 hours and gave us the check-in info in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again. Had a great time!

We stayed at the house for a local wedding. It was centrally located and easy to get to everything (including Planet Fitness which my husband was excited about). The house was perfect for us - roomy, well maintained, amazingly comfortable master bed, clean, updated, and had everything we needed. I enjoyed morning tea on the front porch and evening walks to the local restaurants. The pool was warm and a quick walk for our kids and the community was adorable! Communication with the owners was quick, easy, and thorough. Looking forward to staying again when we visit our relatives in Denver again.

We stayed at this nicely designed house in a beautiful safe community for our son’s wedding. Our stay was over a week and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We stayed with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchild. Plenty of room for all of us! The house had everything we needed, was nicely appointed, and very comfortable for an extended stay. We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants which proved to be very convenient. The attached garage was a wonderful treat and convenient for unloading groceries and getting into the car on cold mornings before heading out. We were a short drive away from Denver and Boulder (and the airport) which was very convenient! Our hostess very gracious and accommodating. If you plan on visiting this area, we would highly recommend staying here! Tom and Laura

The house was just a described in the listing. The bath tubs were amazing!! So relaxing. We didn't really watch TV just put on shows for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Only thing we couldn't find were tongs so we got a pair at the local Walmart (5 min drive) The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. The small outside area was great, would love to come back when the weather is better to enjoy it and the beautiful front porch. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend

Very convenient location for U14 IDT/Colorado Sparkler softball families. Great neighborhood and walkable to dining and groceries. Recommend for softball families traveling to the area for softball. Stocked kitchen for preparing meals at home and laundry to wash uniforms each day.

Property is in a very nice area. Close to groceries & dog park. Nice for going for walks. Area felt very safe. It was a bonus to have a garage space! We visited the area rec center and had a wonderful time with our granddaughter in the pools! (Affordable but bring your own towels, if you go there). Home had a nice layout for multiple family members, and it was nice to have two master suites. The house could use some detailed and deep cleaning, but overall in good condition. For the size of the property, it would be nice to have more drinking glasses and mixing bowls, containers, etc in the kitchen. The property manager was excellent to work with!

We moved our son to the area from Pennsylvania. This very comfortable house was so conveniently located to many things. It was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and lots of room for us all! It was a great stay! We will return!!

The house is nice and was clean but the sinks and showers were slow to drain. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. There are no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms and the upstairs does not get cool enough. Two of the three bedrooms are upstairs (including the master) so many guests were uncomfortable. The owner offered to bring fans but never did. We were visiting for a family wedding so good sleep was necessary but unfortunately didn’t happen b/c the house was so warm upstairs. Owner was slow to respond and a few times didn’t respond at all. Instructions were also not clear. Overall, would not recommend.

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at this home. Everything was great from communication, to condition and cleanliness of the home. The area is very convenient. We hope to come back soon.

VRBO shared the address with me 2 days prior to arrival. I sent a message to the property manager (pm) that day asking a few questions and wanting info on how to enter property. He told me he didn't share that info prior to the arrival day. After driving 9 hours, and arriving at property after the check-in time, still nothing. I messaged the pm and noticed that my wi-fi and Verizon signal were very weak and I had trouble communicating with the pm. After about 15 minutes, I finally received a code to enter the garage. The house was nice but when I tried to setup the wifi network on my phone, again the pm was very alusive telling me it was in the house, which we found but couldn't get it to work. The pm told me he sent a picture to help that I didn't receive until after I connected. He finally sent it in a message and we got it to work after many of us trying different combinations 10-15 times. Additional things happened with body soap and other issues. If pm had sent a info sheet a couple days before arrival with all the important items listed, like every other VRBO rental I have used, all this could have been avoided. Property was nice with a few minor issues, like most, but the arrival experience was horrible and could have been easily avoided. If you rent this property, insist on getting info a couple days before arrival.

Loved the house. Great bathrooms! Nice kitchen. TV was a little contrary and I didn't understand the sleep number remote, but it didn't matter because I was so tired every night, I went right to sleep.

We had a lovely stay at this spotless, well-decorated house. We loved the quiet and family-friendly neighborhood...miles of open space hiking trails just a block from the house, plus an easy walk to Whole Foods and restaurants. We had an issue with the wireless after we arrived, and appreciated the owner's quick response and quick fix. The home made for a great home base to visit nearby family.

We traveled to visit family in Boulder, the location was perfect for our day trips of exploring and visiting. The home had everything we needed and more, check in was smooth and check out just as easy! Overall the home was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family.

The house is nice and was clean but the sinks and showers were slow to drain. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. There are no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms and the upstairs does not get cool enough. Two of the three bedrooms are upstairs (including the master) so many guests were uncomfortable. Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. It was a peaceful oasis near all the Denver attractions.

The house was great, clean and worked very well for our family. There is a lot of restaurants, stores and convinces near by. We used it as a central location to drive to places and enjoy the area. We had no problem going to Boulder, Colorado Springs and Rocky Mountain National park. For us this place worked great and the neighborhood was nice and quite to relax after an exciting day of outdoor activities.
