We really enjoyed our stay. The teenage boys especially enjoyed the outdoor activities including darts, disc golf, and the campfires. The cabin is very, very well stocked which is so great because it is remote. Just be sure to buy groceries before you go up the mountain.

It was a little hard find — you have to drive through the parking lot of the Pinehurst Lodge. The property is gorgeous and it had everything we needed. Quiet, relaxing, beautiful sunsets, wildlife meandering through the multi-acre property. The kids (teenagers) loved sleeping out in the bunkhouse. The only negative was that it was a little dusty — seems like it hadn’t been used for a few weeks and hadn’t been spruced up before our arrival. Overall, though, really enjoyed it and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The pictures make the cabin look newer. By the angles in the pictures it looked like a huge open floor plan while the huge picture shown is in a completely separate room which we never went into because there was cold and we didn't want to try to heat that room. The place was clean but dusty. We can appreciate it was an old cabin but wish the ceiling fans didnt have dust on them. Overall it was a nice stay. It was rainy so we didn't get to use the firepit or other amenities outside. I think if they cleared some of the furniture out it would be a little more spacious. Overall, the property is beautiful. The bunk house was cool edition for teens or extra visitors and looked clean.

Loved staying at the Creekside Cabin! Close to the National Parks as you can get without camping. A walkable restaurant when you're too tired to cook. Plenty of space on the inside. Beautiful surroundings. Used almost all of the beds, including the pull-out sofa and the bunkhouse. Everyone was comfortable. Loved the screen porch. Sat on the front porch and watched beautiful sunsets. Stayed 4 nights. Would definitely stay again!
