James’ Modern Cheerful Home!

While the home is in a rather sketchy part of town, at no time did we feel unsafe. There is a smart home set up with security and climate control. Kitchen and bathrooms had modern appliances and fixtures. The home was clean with the exception of base of the tub surround and some of the walls/doors and living room furniture could use some attention. We weren't there much, so that wasn't so problematic for us. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This house was perfect for our quick getaway to Oklahoma. It was very clean and we couldn't have asked for better communication with the host.

Everything was as advertised

It was exactly what we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. They were also very kind when we had to reschedule our previous reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.

4 of us deove in from Texas for the BFO concert and had an amazing time !
