Florence Ely Hunn House-Lakefront-Private Beach

The property was absolutely stunning, well stocked, and clean! It was an amazing layout - perfect for families. We were impressed with the thoughtful book selections, two dishwashers, toys and games, literally every kitchen gadget possible, extra sheets, towels and blankets, first aid kit — small details a lot of people miss. The kids area in the basement was also perfect! We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, brought the chairs down to the beach to watch the kids play, and appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to strip the beds after a busy weekend! Saugatuck is just 10 minutes away with lots of cute shops, restaurants, and of course ice cream! The kids had so much fun playing in the lake, looking for rocks, and climbing. We all enjoyed catching the sunset in our arms, and watching storms roll in! All in all it was a beautiful weekend and location to host out of town family for our wedding in Saugatuck!

Great house with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for eight adults and close to Saugatuck. Great kitchen for cooking dinners and then late night board games at the dinner table. Sunset views at the fire pit is a must!

Really well appointed house and right on the water. We loved this property and can’t wait to come back. The house itself is secluded but is 15 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. This is one of my favorite spots on the west coast of Michigan

Breathtaking views, wonderful and peaceful location. Saugatuck offers so much for family fun- Kayaking, Blueberry picking, swimming, hiking and so much more!
