Capital City Condo #6 close to Interstate, Water Park, Restaurants and Shopping.

All was well. I thought someone was trying my keypad one nite; it was a false alarm I believe, but that was when I realized my porch light was out…only one in this row of apts. - important to fix for next guests so one can see thru peep hole at nite if necessary. Otherwise, all was clean, comfortable, adequate. Thank you.

Oven rack missing holdbar on one side fell on burner and burnt our pizza.Water pressure was low and hot and cold reversed.Vent fan in bathroom is broke,outlet on right side of bed is dead so no nigjtlamp . Clockradio is busted.Outdoor walkways and railings need work. Bedding was very clean and new,floors were clean,refrigerator and icemaker were great.AC was on when we arrived which was rare but quite wonderfull! Sofa was grody because people are just ignorant.American Owners is a welcome surprise yes! No dog smell or smoke smell.Most all Womans responsibilities were very good,the Mens maintenance is wanting!

the place itself was cute, with a couple exceptions. 1. broken blinds, and blinds that don't cover entire window make it appear uncared for. 2. the microwave is on top of the fridge. who can actually reach that? 3. If i am paying a cleaning fee, i expect the place to be clean. there was a huge stick spot on the kitchen floor, and there was hair/lint on baseboards and floors. 4. the venue is very poorly lit. we arrived close to midnight and struggled to find the actual building/numbers

Very easy to get around from this location to anywhere in the Frankfort area. Good parking, quiet neighborhood. As described, at a good price point. Comfortable bed, helpful to have the table under the TV to place personal items since bathroom is small.

The pictures are very deceiving. My husband and I actually rented a room at the Hampton Inn and did not stay after walking into the property. The neighborhood was very sketchy. All the businesses across the street were closed and boarded up. The inner courtyard balcony wood was not stable. Could see through the doors from the inside looking out not at all what the pictures look like. Very disappointing.

Our stay was ok. It was cheaper then a hotel so we decided to get it a try. The area is not the best area, but surprisingly quiet. We really had no problems. Host needs to do some maintenance on unit. But overall it was a good stay.

To keep things in perspective, for $65/night, we weren't looking for a 5 star place. With that being said, the previous reviews were innaccurate, and photos are mis leading. This rental is "tired". Luke warm water, that host didnt seem willing to care about, stove from the 80's, fridge had crusted food in the weatherstripping. The exterior balcony is in complete failure, rebar exposed, hunks of concrete missing, does not feel safe. Again, go into this knowing its $65/night, and set your expectations for that.

We had a long stay at this property due to building a home and it was everything we needed. Great space and quiet nights. Super close to playground and pool for kids in the summer.

We rented this condo due to its location to several whiskey distilleries. This condo is located within minutes of several distilleries. It is also very close to shopping and restaurants. We ate at the nearby Chilis and the service was fantastic! The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all linens were provided. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but it is very quiet and everyone we ran into in the complex was friendly. The condo is small, but it was all we needed as we were in and out. The only issue we had was one day there was no hot water. We messaged the host and they responded right away that is was being worked on. The bedroom faces the morning sun, so bring an eye mask if you are light sensitive. This condo is located on the second floor. There was plenty of parking and it is easy to find and close to major highways.

The deal is the property was a great cheap place to stay. It was very clean and organized. The host sent a perfect detailed message the day of with instructions on how to check in. Neighborhood was a little interesting but nothing happened while we were there nor did we feel like we were ever in harms way. Would stay again!

It is a section 8 housing building billed ad a condo. Dirty inside, molding bathroom, holes in wall and bedroom door, mouse poop all over the floors. I dont think we will use Vrbo again because of this stay. I feel like your company has zero standards on who you allow to be on your sight.

For clarity, I have organized my feedback below:- The location appeared desolate, which led me to research local crime maps and discover that this is not a safe area.- The bed frame was a basic metal structure, which made me question its weight limits.- Sheets had visible stains, and there was mold in the coffee pot.- Some appliances seemed questionable in terms of cleanliness and functionality.- The back porch contained soda cans that were not ours and had a strong marijuana odor.- I informed the host that the hallway light did not work; they said someone would come by in the morning, but no one showed up.- The fan and lamp in the bedroom also did not work.- There was no hot water, only lukewarm.- The building showed significant wear and tear due to its age. A good deep cleaning inside the condo would help as well.As a former VRBO host, I value the standards of quality and safety that guests expect. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Asked for early check in and couldn't accommodate which I understand. Arrived at check in and had a hard time with the passcode to enter. I didn't hit a button before the passcode. That is not stated on the check in instructions. Figured it out and went inside. Clean small condo. Bed was t comfortable and bedding was very thin. We will definitely stay again when Sprint Football season comes around next year. The condo was clean, modern, and very cozy. We will try to rent multiple units when our family travels to watch our son play football.

I stay at this apartment each time I travel to Frankfort for training. Great price and though it doesn't look like the Taj mahal on the outside, the inside is updated and very nice. I would highly recommend. I know I'll be staying here on my future training trips.

We stayed here for the Bourbon on the Banks festival, and easy access to area distilleries, wineries, and Keeneland. The location was great for easy access to downtown and area distilleries, and the space was perfect for just the two of us. We would definitely stay again.

There were alot of crumbs on the couch & couch bed & on the floor in places 😢 A spider on the window shades & for 2 people 4 towels would have been better than 3 same with wash cloths ! And a heavier towel to step out of the shower onto . And 2ply toilet paper 1 ply just don’t get it ! Not staying I wouldnt stay again but I feel those tips would help ! And maybe a long mirror on the bedroom door that you can use from outside the bedroom while the other person is dressing or showering you could finish your hair & makeup using . And the communication to get into the room was terrible for some reason I was not getting the email messages 😢😢 do we were very upset after driving all day ! I had to talk with another customer to get the proper number yo even call yo get it straightened out 😢😢

Perfect location if visiting Buffalo Trace Distillery or any of the bourbon distilleries in the area. About 40 minutes from Lexington where there are tons to do. Told host it was a birthday trip for my husband, and they got him a balloon and a cake! So sweet. Very clean and great for the price you pay.

This served as a great base for our exploring the Bourbon Distillers in th area. It is NOT palatial but a very nice place for the price. The Hosts also seemed very attentive: we had a trivial issue I just wanted to inform them about( it did not really bother us) and they offered to come over to fix it immediately. Would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Close proximity to the Bourbon Trail, highways, restaurants, and the river. We were cautioned that the location was difficult to find by GPS, but once we found it had no problem accessing the unit.

The property was very nice but the location was a little sketchy. We had absolutely no issues and the apartment was very clean and quiet. It met all our needs. I was familiar with the area so dining was easy to navigate but if you were from out of town, it could be a headache as there is not much in the immediate area.
