Home was as advertised. It was roomy and fairly new. High end features you would expect in a newer home. Nice master suite/bath/shower. Furnishings were typical of a rental home. Great privacy and amenities at the home, however, home is in a pretty rural area. Stores and restaurants are 10 minutes down the mountain. Typical Chattanooga activities were all about 30 minutes away. Hot tub was a nice touch. Communication pre & post checkout was great.

It was a great location to the Cloudland Canyon Park and a great place for a large group. We had lots of good mornings cooking breakfast and evenings spent enjoying the couch and hot tub.

This was a very comfortable and clean home close to cloudland canyon. It ended up being a bit further from Chattanooga than we anticipated during traffic but was perfect for a large group with kids. The kitchen was rather sparse in essentials so I would recommend you bring everything you might need. The hot tub was a great plus.

Overall good experience. Our visit preceeded the flooring being repaired/replaced so we had to use some caution. Nice and close to the state park. Hot tub was inviting.

The house was nice, very accommodating for the amount of people we had. The kitchen could have used more bowls. The reason I left 3 stars on the cleanliness because there were stained towels, The Grill was not clean when we arrived. There were dirty silverware in the drawer. The table was sticky. We found a Scorpion (which I have pictures) in the pack and play. and bugs in the closet of the middle bedroom. the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub even though it was 95 degrees outside!

The house was the prefect location to visit Cloudland Canyon and Chatanooga. We enjoyed all the available activities such as hiking, going to Rock City, riding a vintage train, visitng the Creative Discovery Museum, enjoying the microbreweries, etc. The house was excellent for accommodating three families with little children. It also had all the amenities to cook and grill. We really enjoyed our stay.

The outdoor space was ample with the table, hot tub and outdoor seating. The beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and we had a quick response for a minor question. Very close to Cloudland Canyon State Park for exploring and an excellent restaurant, Canyon Grill, is a must.

We stayed in this house prior to a race at Cloudland Canyon and it could not have been more convenient to the state park. The house is relatively new, very clean, and has comfortable furniture and excellent amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay & great location! Pretty clean but I feel like the floors could’ve been cleaned up a little more but overall we had a great time & great stay. Definitely would stay again just feel like that one thing wasn’t touched on as well as it could’ve been!

The house was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Our only “complaint” would be figuring out how to work the tv remote in the living room but it provided some comedic entertainment watching the first person try.
