We had such a wonderful stay at your cottage. It was so clean and very comfortable. Close to hiking and mountain biking as well as hang gliding. Very close to Chattanooga and Ruby Falls. Nice quiet area to get away and unwind. We enjoyed sitting on the dock.

This property not only met but exceeded our expectations. You can tell that the owners very much have their guests comfort in mind. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and utensils needed to cook any type of meal, along with enough silverware and dishes for the 6 guests that this cottage can comfortably accomadate. All areas are very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. We very much enjoyed the short walk to the pier in the evening where we just sat and relaxed while listening to the fountain, and we even got to pick blackberries on the way down. I loved everything about this cottage and we cannot wait to go back!!!

My wife and I and our 4 children enjoyed staying a t Huckleberry. Great place to stay within minutes of Cloudland Canyon and Lookout Mountain. There is a pond full of fish, our kids really enjoyed it. Beds are very comfortable and the place itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a great getaway for the week. They have a fire pit with chairs, the local grocery store has firewood that we bought and used and really enjoyed making s’mores with the kids. I honestly can’t think of one bad thing to say about this place!

The lake is beautiful as well as all of the views. It’s conveniently located with grocery stores and restaurants just down the road and about 20 minutes outside Chattanooga. Loved the decorations and how clean everything was. Our only complaint was we only stayed two nights and didn’t allow for a day just to enjoy the cabin. I’ve already recommended your place to my friends and coworkers and will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Very quiet and out of the way area. Owners provided everything you could think of including laundry supplies, and even some fishing gear for the pond. The cottage was spotlessly clean and feels like a home. Couldn't be better.

Amazing property ! Close to plenty of accommodations, Short drive to Chattanooga. Family and i stayed a week, and made so many memories. Fishing in pond,roasting marshmellos. Owners communicated everything needed,and went above and beyond to accommodate stay as much as possible! Thank you again for everything...!5 stars all the way !

The location was very convenient to Chattanooga. We enjoyed going to the aquarium and eating at a restaurant close by. The only down thing was the fishing in the pond. Lot's of algae was present and the pond was low. We only caught a couple catfish and a lot of bait steali g small bluegills.

Needed a one level home because brother has some ambulatory disabilities. Worked great for him. was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. easy ride to all we wanted to do. Quiet just sorry we did not stay longer. Also my husband just retired and they left him a gift and congrats. card. Great touch! Thanks!

We stayed at this very clean home for our 50th wedding anniversary. The secluded cabin is in a quiet location yet very convenient to Chattanooga and Cloudland State Park. Every conceivable amenity you could want is provided. It is obvious that James and Angela have done everything possible to make their guests comfortable and welcome. We were delighted to find a gift bag on the porch with a generous gift that had been left for us by our hosts for our golden anniversary. Such a kind gesture. There is not a single recommendation we could make to improve our stay.

Your attention to detail was evident from all the holiday decorations to the basket of extra blankets. Huckleberry is the perfect cozy getaway! During our stay we hiked through Cloudland Canyon, toured Racoon Mtn Cavern, and met such welcoming locals at the many nearby restaurants and stores. The Huckleberry Cottage was spotless clean, well stocked, private and secure. It’s close to town and major attractions. The cottage theme of fishing and lakeside life was reminiscent of slower times and was very relaxing. We look forward to returning.

We went for a birthday getaway and they left a card, a gift card and cupcakes. That meant so much to us. Plus the welcome gift alone tells us how much you care for your guests. Everything at Huckleberry's was as depicted and better. Squeaky clean with nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Plenty to do within short driving distance. Great communication with James and Angela. We highly recommend! Kames

We were fortunate enough to stay at Huckleberry while in town for a wedding in Trenton. It was a great location for us. We were able to visit beautiful Cloudland Canyon State Park as it is nearby. The cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the lake/fishing decor, so cute! The lake is nice to take a stroll around. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at your cottage. It was so clean and very comfortable. Close to hiking and mountain biking as well as hang gliding. Very close to Chattanooga and Ruby Falls. Nice quiet area to get away and unwind. We enjoyed sitting on the dock.

My wife and I and our 4 children enjoyed staying a t Huckleberry. Great place to stay within minutes of Cloudland Canyon and Lookout Mountain. There is a pond full of fish, our kids really enjoyed it. Beds are very comfortable and the place itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a great getaway for the week. They have a fire pit with chairs, the local grocery store has firewood that we bought and used and really enjoyed making s’mores with the kids. I honestly can’t think of one bad thing to say about this place!

The lake is beautiful as well as all of the views. It’s conveniently located with grocery stores and restaurants just down the road and about 20 minutes outside Chattanooga. Loved the decorations and how clean everything was. Our only complaint was we only stayed two nights and didn’t allow for a day just to enjoy the cabin. I’ve already recommended your place to my friends and coworkers and will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

This property not only met but exceeded our expectations. You can tell that the owners very much have their guests comfort in mind. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and utensils needed to cook any type of meal, along with enough silverware and dishes for the 6 guests that this cottage can comfortably accomadate. All areas are very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. We very much enjoyed the short walk to the pier in the evening where we just sat and relaxed while listening to the fountain, and we even got to pick blackberries on the way down. I loved everything about this cottage and we cannot wait to go back!!!

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing weekend and somewhere quiet. This was definitely the place. The cottage was just like in the pictures. It was very clean as well. Also the fishing decor was so cute! We enjoyed going to the local restaurants and enjoying the small town feel, but if you don’t like it Chattanooga is very close. I did have to Text the owners one time and their response was quick. We are definitely going to come back.

This was such a beautiful cottage. We honestly felt at home. We loved how close it was to everything we planned on doing during our stay there. The place was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. We really liked that they had a washer and dryer. We appreciated all the toiletries and extras that were provided by the hosts. The cottage was clean and it was obvious the owners thoughtfully considered all the decorations and what each guest might need during their stay. We enjoyed fishing and catching bass, blue gill & brim. There were some pretty big fish in the pond. The cabin is close enough to town if you need a place to go or want to go out to eat, and the bonfire grill area was nice for grilling & chilling. Looking forward to another visit!Thank you!!!
