Extensive onsen facilities with multiple baths and sauna are a standout, alongside thoughtful extras like massage chairs, free washers (paid dryers), shoe lockers and a tatami, no‑shoes environment. At peak times the property feels very busy, with crowded baths, limited massage‑chair availability and competition for laundry.

Most guests find the hotel and onsen very clean, helped by the shoeless tatami floors. However, several mention dusty rooms, stained tatami or carpets, musty or cigarette odors, and occasionally dirty elevator areas or bathroom details.

Traditional tatami‑style rooms are generally comfortable and quiet, with some larger layouts available. Repeated drawbacks include very firm pillows and mattresses, inconsistent Wi‑Fi, and occasional difficulty controlling room temperature.

Service is widely described as friendly, helpful and efficient, and staff often go out of their way to assist. During busy periods, check‑in and breakfast staffing can feel strained, and a few guests reported impolite interactions.
