Room is big and comfy the staff is very nice and accommodating. Just like 5 min walk to station that goes straight to the tourist areas. Lots of convinis near and food. 7min walk to the bullet train station! Beds are good but pillow hard as a rock lol for me. Has two floors with laundry and dryer which is so convenient. Had ice and vending machines too. They also helped me transfer my luggage to the next hotel!

施設が新しく、エレベーターも３基有ってストレス無くチェックアウト出来ました。フロントも常時スタッフが居て対応も良く安心できました。立地も良く、新大阪から適度な距離で静かですが、阪急と御堂辻線の南方駅にも近く、利便性も高いです。元々オフィス街なので飲食店が多いですし観光客も少なくゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。

The hotel is a short walk from Shin-Osaka station, although we more frequently used Nishi Nakajima Minamigata subway station to Umeda (2 stations away) and Namba. The room is generally bigger than most hotels in Umeda and Namba, and cheaper too. They adopt an eco-plan where the room will only be cleaned every 3 nights of stay, but no worries, they provide fresh towels everyday. There are certainly not as many shops and eateries in comparison to Umeda and Namba, but quite a handful on the other side of the subway station, including a couple of supermarkets and fast food restaurants. The hotel staffs are nice, and facilities include coin laundry, ice machine, vending machine etc. A few convenience stores near the hotel too. Didn't try their breakfast, no comment on that. We almost had our breakfast daily from Komeda Coffee nearby. Will consider staying at this hotel again, especially if we are using Shinkansen.

洗濯機、乾燥機が設置されていたのでとても助かりました。朝食は、十分な品数であり、その日の体調に合わせてバランスよく選べました。客室はシンプルで使いやすかったです。冷蔵庫はペットボトルが一晩で凍ったので少し注意。スタッフさんは丁寧な応対をしてくださいました。

We appreciated the helpful staff and quiet room. The location was as expected which is not that near the centre but has access to both metro and JR. The bed was quite good. Cleaning was average as there were some hairs on the bed. The two problems were 1) the quilt is not big enough for two people and a second one could not be provided and 2) the breakfast which is kind of not nice at all and was really the bare minimum for a business hotel, the hotel could take influence from APA hotel breakfast which was much more fresh and delicious. We really do not recommend the breakfast. If the hotel can fix these two things it would be a better selection for 2 people. However, if you are a single person and don't want breakfast it could be a good choice.

フロントのスタッフの方のご対応はとても丁寧でした。気になった点は、予約をさせて頂いた部屋のエアコンの吹き出し口に酷い汚れがあり不衛生だと思いました。メンテナンスをされていない？のかと疑問に思いビックリ致しました。パジャマもクリーニングはされていると思いますが、背中の部分に汚れがついてシミになったような箇所がありました。どちらも目についてしまいましたのでご投稿をさせて頂きます。総合的には良いホテルでしたが、衛生面で気になる点が多々ありましたので改善される事を願い、宿泊者の意見としてご参考になれば幸いでございます。

万博で遊ぶために利用。立地もスタッフも部屋も良い。周りには美味しいご飯屋さんも多いので非常に助かる。スタッフは丁寧、対応も的確でよかった。不満点としては、部屋に金庫がない、部屋がなぜか汗臭い臭いをしている、洗面所がカビ臭い、など。個人的には気になるポイントだが、価格を考えると我慢できる範囲。新大阪駅が近いから利用者が少ないのか、駐車場に空きがあったのは助かった。車で大阪に行って泊まりたい人におすすめ。

La habitación estaba limpia pero tenía un fuerte olor como cigarro/humo, nos costó mucho dormir debido a ese olor, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, al igual que la refrigeradora, se les mencionó al staff y solo le decían oh sorry. La limpieza de las habitaciones es cada 4 días, paños si los cambian diarios. Si esta lloviendo puedes pedir una sombrilla y te la prestan sin costo adicional. La lavandería está bien el precio.

The hotel is within walking distance of shin-osaka station. When checking in staff were friendly and accommodating to the fact that we did not speak Japanese. The room has under bed storage which helped with keeping our luggage out of the way. The only thing that I did not like was that there is a step down to get into the washroom, I believe it is to help prevent flooding if the shower/bathtub overflow but I forgot about it a couple times and almost tripped.

Wi-Fiが弱すぎます。水が出るのと同じように客室の設備として必要なものだと思いますし、そこも含めた価格だと思います。ちょっと使い物にならなくてスマホのテザリングで対処を強いられました。その他は特に不満もなかっただけに余計に残念です。

We LOVED our stay at Smile Hotel. It is our first time in Japan. From the services and amenities, everything was EXCEPTIONAL. We loved the helpful staff, even though they were not speaking english, we manage to communicate with the translator. I forgot an adapter for my laptop and I needed one as I was writing a final exam during my stay and they lended me one. I also needed a ethernet cable and I found one when I arrived. For western residents wondering about the bed sizes, we are a chubby couple and their double bed was more than enough for both of us. They have laundry with auto-detergent (meaning you don't need to add detergent as it has itself), they can provide you an iron at the front desk. I’ll just say that if you have any question about something you may need, don’t hesitate to ask them, they will answer you and if they can they will definitely help you too :) Thank you so much! We are looking forward to staying with you again! ❤️

西中島南方駅から歩いて2〜3分くらいでした。お部屋は清潔で広く、滞在中は静かに過ごせました。翌朝は新大阪駅まで歩きましたが、10〜15分くらいで到着！利便性も快適さも大満足のホテルです。

Last week, we spent two nights in here and the we went to Kyoto and came back to Smile Shin Osaka Hotel for another three nights. The staffs are very nice and two beds room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is only few 6-8 minutes walk to Metro and Shin Osaka Eki, is very convenient and the location is quite, we had a good sleep every night. Lawson is just opposite to the hotel, good!! Will book this hotel again if we visit Osaka again.

The hotel itself is ok but nothing great to look forward to. The surrounding area is run down and near a freeway overpass. They seem to largely cater to cost-conscious tourists. Would advise staying near Umeda station instead.

Très bon hôtel. Tout neuf et super bien placé que ce soit pour aller dans les bons quartiers d Osaka ou se connecter avec les autres villes via le shinkanzen. Petit dej super agréable aussi avec des produits frais cuisinés. Rien à redire c est parfait.
