This was the most impressive VRBO! It was exactly as described with everything you could possibly need. They had spices, snacks, a fully stocked bathroom, all the pots, pans, crockpots, etc you’d need! It was a small house but fit my husband, son and I just fine. Close to Boyne and Avalanche Preserve! Would highly recommend.

Came up to do some biking and relaxing. The cottage was adorable. Clean and well stocked. Location was also great. We would definitely stay here again. A super host! If their was anything you forgot, they had it covered.

We needed to be near relatives in town but have our own little getaway. Perfect location with all the amenities one could ask for. Forget any incidentals or personal hygiene items? They had them! Not to mention coffee and snacks if you hadn't visited the local grocery store yet! Well decorated and thought out space. We'd love to return!

A quaint little house on the outside that was clean, and cozy inside. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. The host was fabulous in communicating and in making us feel very welcome. Everything functioned well in the house. From the check in to the checkout, we enjoyed the entire time there. We have already made a return visit, which speaks for itself.

Very cute and clean home. Perfect little set up. Host was amazing to work with and exceptionally accommodating. Loved the little extras (snacks, coffee/hot chocolate, spices, travel size bathroom toiletries) incase you forgot something. My teen loved the candy dish!

My husband noted how nice the finishes in this home were. It is obvious the owner pays attention to detail. The location was also great! A quick drive to Boyne Mountain and just blocks from downtown. My dad and I spent several days mushroom hunting in the area and enjoyed coming back to relax in the house and play cards on the screened in patio. Christine thought of all the things you may need on your stay and made the cottage very comfortable and nicely decorated. We hope to be back next year.

Cute little home. Super clean and comfortable. 1 mile walk to town was nothing. Avalanche trail literally right across the street. Such a beautiful hike up the mountain for a view of Lake Charlevoix. Definitely worth it. The owners are top notch and take a vested interest in their guests to make sure everything is perfect for their visit. I don't think you will find better owners to rent from. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Thanks so much for a wonderful visit.

We have stayed at many different VRBO's and this was one of the best! The house is very clean and had everything anyone would ever need. The home is close to town and a great hiking trail. The owners are very nice and responsive. I highly recommend this rental property!!!

Darling property perfectly situated close to Boyne City for all the yummy food and shops and ten minutes from the slopes. This would be perfect for a romantic couples getaway. You feel nestled and snuggly with plenty of cozy blankets and pillows available! Towels and fully stocked cabinets! They thought of everything and even treated us to fun snacks. We brought our daughter and she just loved the feel of this place too. She slept on the pull out couch bed so it was great for our little family of three! Cannot say enough good things about the communication with the home owner, she was so responsive!

The property was very clean and the decor and workmanship are top notch. The bed was super comfortable, which is always a plus. Boyne City is in a great location being very close to many other wonderful cities in the area. If you come for a stay, be sure to check out Gilda’s Bakery for crepes (sweet and savory) and wonderful croissants, scones and other yummy baked goods. No negative experiences to report, including all the great places to eat. You won’t regret your stay when you come as we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is our second time here. Christine is always so attentive and courteous. She leave welcoming notes and good all around. She has thought of every little thing one may need. Her and her husband have made the perfect little cottage. It is so well located. My children and I have decided to make this an annual tradition.

Cute little home. Super clean and comfortable. 1 mile walk to town was nothing. Avalanche trail literally right across the street. Such a beautiful hike up the mountain for a view of Lake Charlevoix. Definitely worth it. The owners are top notch and take a vested interest in their guests to make sure everything is perfect for their visit. I don't think you will find better owners to rent from. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Thanks so much for a wonderful visit.

Size, location, cleanliness, this place has it all! It was perfect for my husband and I. It was located close enough so that we could visit not only Boyne City but Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and Petosky. We also drove the Tunnel of the Trees and went to Cross Village. Great hosts, and great stay!

Darling property perfectly situated close to Boyne City for all the yummy food and shops and ten minutes from the slopes. This would be perfect for a romantic couples getaway. You feel nestled and snuggly with plenty of cozy blankets and pillows available! Towels and fully stocked cabinets! They thought of everything and even treated us to fun snacks. We brought our daughter and she just loved the feel of this place too. She slept on the pull out couch bed so it was great for our little family of three! Cannot say enough good things about the communication with the home owner, she was so responsive!

This house was just perfect for our family. The house was extremely clean and very well stocked. The owner has thought of everything! The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. My husband noted how nice the finishes in this home were. It is obvious the owner pays attention to detail. The location was also great! A quick drive to Boyne Mountain and just blocks from downtown. My husband and son also enjoyed the snacks! Thank you, Christine for a great weekend!

We needed to be near relatives in town but have our own little getaway. Perfect location with all the amenities one could ask for. Forget any incidentals or personal hygiene items? They had them! Not to mention coffee and snacks if you hadn't visited the local grocery store yet! Well decorated and thought out space. We'd love to return!

Such a comfortable and cozy home. Everything was perfect! Our two 14 year old boys enjoyed the snacks, hot cocoa and candy! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while in Boyne City for a high school basketball tournament. We hope to be back for the next three years and for future summer getaways!

The host was very nice, we had some trouble with the coffee maker and she brought us over a new one right away. House was very clean had everything we needed. Very close to Boyne Mountain and downtown Boyne. we’ll stay there again next time we’re up.
