Enjoyed this well-maintained unit with comfortable furniture and fully-equipped kitchen. Loved being able to see the ocean while inside and watching sunrise from the balcony. Nice that we could walk to restaurants, parks, theater, and more. Because of the friendly and proactive communication from the owner, we had no surprises except good ones such as beach badges being attached to a very useful tote bag.

Unit was clean , only wished I knew 'bout supplying our own bedding and towels... I will be sure to inquire next time... Beach was lovely and can't wait for the pool to be finished... Overall we had an enjoyable stay... I would recommend and rebook in the future!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property right on the beach for Spring Break / Easter Weekend! Property is very accurately depicted in listing, communication with Vaseem was easy, checking in and out was simple. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. You do have to bring your own towels and linens, but we were driving so it wasn’t a problem. There is also a company that will supply these. Location was perfection! We fell asleep listening to the waves of the ocean. Lots of restaurants and stores are open considering this is the shoulder season. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Would highly recommend to friends and family and hope to be back again next year.

The condo is decorated nicely, felt homey and very clean. The balcony is the best feature! Going in March we knew the weather could be chilly. But the sun gleaming on the balcony each morning and a view of the ocean from bed was a huge plus! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful!

As usual, Beach Haven never disappoints- We only moved our car the day it rained and to go to the grocery store. Cannot beat the location. Being Beachfront was even better! The condo was a very nice unit and the owner was very communicative - we even got to check in about four hours early. Everything was very clean, the neighbors are all very respectful, the unit is very cozy, the decor is very beachy and cute and the sofa was incredibly comfortable! The only thing I would say is it’s definitely meant for a family of four or a couple (two couples would be very uncomfortable (in my opinion) because the rooms and bathroom are in very close proximity. That being said, I’d absolutely return to this unit.

Group of guys came down to work during the. day and relax at night. Vaseem the owner is excellent. He gives you all the info you need and runs a great property. Perfect location. Clean!! We hope to come back.

We had a wonderful time at this oceanfront condo. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Beachfront location is perfect and views are spectacular. Our host, Vaseem, was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. She did everything to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

This was a much needed escape for us from the hustle bustle of New York City. In my search, I found this oceanfront, pet friendly rental, and the reviews were sparkling...and accurate! This lovely condo is a treasure. Clean and comfortable, with balconies off the master bedroom and the living room. It's well appointed and equipped for your stay. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels as mentioned in the listing. Vaseem is a fabulous hostess. Her warm, welcoming home is certainly a reflection of her. Upon arrival we discovered a lovely welcome gift of a sparkling fruit flavored beverage, crackers and cookies. Such a nice touch! Vaseem, thank you for being a wonderful hostess! We are especially grateful that your rental is pet friendly. We think our dog Bailey misses the beach and the balconies every bit as much as we do! We hope to return to your beautiful place again!

Everything from the online description to booking to communication with the host was easy and straightforward. The condo was clean and had everything you could want in a vacation rental. Vaseem was kind, gracious and always available. My only regret is that I could not stay longer!

The condo was clean and nicely furnished as was the balcony. I ate breakfast and lunch on that balcony every day. The master bedroom had a beautiful view of the ocean We opened the sliding glass door at night, and fell asleep listening to the surf. The beach was just steps away - what a wonderful convenience! That made up for the one rather tiny bathroom . The other bathroom was just fine. A few minor questions and the owners replied promptly. Looking forward to coming back next year.

My husband and I stayed with our dog in this beautiful ocean front condominium. We had a wonderful stay. Vaseem’s home is clean, cozy and so relaxing. We loved being able to bring our dog with us. The large balcony really was amazing. I’m already planning to come back with friends! The only small areas for improvement were the couch and master bedroom mattress; both were not the most comfortable. Overall, we loved this condo and we were sad to leave!

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. A quiet place with a view to be with friends. Even though it was February the covered porch captures the morning sun and we were able to sit out and have our coffee outside. It was nice to stroll the beach then come back to hot soup. The kitchen is well stocked to cook and there are nice touches throughout the condo like binoculars to observe the birds. Each room has its own heat control and the three of us and all had a comfortable place to sleep and some privacy. Even the pullout sofa was comfortable. I saw the most amazing sunrise right from the couch. There are a few things open in Beach Haven in February and we were the only unit occupied in the complex but that just added to the privacy. The hosts are easy to contact, check in was seamless and they offered a late check out because they did not have someone checking in. The condo building is older but everything worked perfectly and we really felt like we got away. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this property once before, and we have never forgotten it! The location is amazing; a gorgeous ocean view from the living room, bedroom and balcony, beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could ever want. You can easily walk to breakfast places, tiki bars, and some restaurants. But, best of all, the beach is right there for your relaxation and enjoyment. The owner, Vaseem, is amazing. She is very accommodating and goes the extra mile to make your visit memorable. We can't wait to go back!

We love watching the ocean from the balcony, at sunrise, during the day, in the evening. This condo has everything we need for a relaxing, restful week. And the location is walkable to restaurants and shops. Vaseem is great to communicate with, very responsive. A great find!

Enjoyed this well-maintained unit with comfortable furniture and fully-equipped kitchen. Loved being able to see the ocean while inside and watching sunrise from the balcony. Nice that we could walk to restaurants, parks, theater, and more. Because of the friendly and proactive communication from the owner, we had no surprises except good ones such as beach badges being attached to a very useful tote bag.

We absolutely loved our stay. It’s in a great location, right on the beach. The patio is amazing, great to enjoy the beach and water views. We loved the beach area right in front of the condo and it was an easy walk to everything in Beach Haven (restaurants, store, shops, mini golf, etc). We didn’t use our car the whole week. The unit was really clean and perfect size for our family of 4 plus dog. Vaseem was an absolute pleasure to work with, very organized and responsive and truly just a wonderful person…the type of person you want to rent from. Highly recommend!

Even when the weather isn’t perfect, this condo is. The view never stops, and the location is within a lovely walk to shops, restaurants and of course the beach!

This property had an amazing ocean view and was very clean. We stayed with our one year old and it was the perfect walk to the beach. Everything in town was also very walkable and perfect for our family. We can’t wait to come back again!

The property is located on beachfront with stunning ocean views and all of the best LBI restaurants only a few blocks away. The owner was very easy to communicate with and let us check in early. Two dedicated parking spots is another bonus.

This was our third or fourth time staying at Vaseem's, and as before, we had a wonderful, relaxing time. The view from the balcony, the short walk to the beach, and the quality and cleanliness of this home continues to call to us, and we can't wait for our next visit!

Our 7th stay in Vaseem’s condo! We love it for the wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony, but other great assets are a perfect location and everything we need inside. Looking forward to our 8th stay!
