This hotel is very nice all-around. The restaurant at the hotel is nice with a friendly staff. It is in a residential area...not much outside of the hotel. Parking at the hotel is valet but expensive.

I really enjoyed the hotel overall, but I was disappointed with the parking. Guests who are staying at the hotel should receive a discount or better parking options.

Free Shuttle service to JFK was running 24 hours, every 30 mins.

Shuttle was prompt taking us to and from the airport. Check in was easy and quick. Room was quiet and clean!

Great airport shuttle and extremely cooperative staff

Airport shuttle was a bit of a cluster as there were many people waiting and not all of us were able to get on. Families were split up and wait for another van. Plus is was windy and cold. However, in the morning, from the hotel to the airport the service was excellent.

Rooms are immaculate. Everyone I encountered were very pleasant and accommodating.

Everything was fantastic - super clean, restaurant food delicious and everyone was so nice!

The entire property was out of hand soap, housekeeping confirmed this at arrival. This is a public health concern for guests and staff.

The staff was nice and things seem to run efficiently, however, there was a few stains on the bedding and smudges and prints throughly the bathroom and tables as if things weren’t wiped down. I contacted the front desk about the bedding and housekeeping came immediately and fixed the problem. I just wish there wasn’t one to fix…the place just left a cringe feeling over me after the being was dirty.

Ac unit in the room was terribly noisy. Hard to sleep with that sound so near to the bed. Not acceptable for the price paid and the level of the Hotel

Terrible experience as it was very noisy all night. Our room was right besides the elevator. We should have received the points for one night stay but only received 7000 points which is nothing. We paid over $300 for the room as we were coming from out of country and needed a restful night but it did not happen.😞

The room was spacious and amazing. Every staff was supportive and friendly!

All was great except the window coverings. Sun shined throw the sides and made hard to sleep by 6:30 AM

Used the hotel for overnight stay for my layover. Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly. My preference, i didn't like the bathroom door. It was a frosted glassed barn door style. Didn't feel like it offered enough privacy.

Definitely a really nice hotel to stay at with close proximity to JFK and the shuttle was great. The room was really really clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and great night sleep before a early fight

While it was good to have a place yo rest between flights and the shuttle worked well, there was no chance of any sleep with the noisy heating/aircon unit and noise outside being unbelievably loud. We tried turning burning but nothing worked (and we are not light sleepers).

Very late check in and very early departure. Hotel is very clean, has an updated design with comfortable bed and linens. Bathroom and shower were very spacious. Free shuttle to JFK runs every 30 mins. I am local to the area but wanted to start my trip with ease and would definitely stay again at this hotel for the convenience despite living within 30/45 mins away.

The staff at this hotel are excellent a ross the board, a very well run property.

Trying to cancel a reservation is like pulling teeth with a screwdriver.

This was my first time to NY on a whim and we had an incredible time touring Manhattan. When we checked in the nice lady offered to book me a return airport shuttle. She said to meet in the lobby at 8am. She also said to leave our bags with the bellman and they would take our bags up when the room was ready. Very informative, gracious, and kind. Warm smile too. When we came back to the hotel, our bags were not in our room so when we called front desk/room service we were expecting an apology, instead we were scolded for not coming to pick them up ourselves and then proceeded to degrade us saying we need to have the ticket, all while we were in shock that they were not delivered to us as aforementioned. At checkout, we came to meet our 8am shuttle at 8:04am in the lobby. We were told we have to be there at 8am and it leaves without you. I was given the impression this was my shuttle so why would it leave without me especially only 4 minutes late. And if it was scheduled for me, and I didn't show, wouldn't the next step of service be to call your guest and check on them so they don't miss their flight? But I was again chastised for not knowing their policy, even though it was not explained at check in. I called an uber. I would like some kind of consideration on my bill for the added stress and inconvenience please. Please take the opportunity to coach your staff as you have a beautiful property.

Great service

I’ve stayed at this property around 4 times now. 3 of them times I’ve been allocated a room directly opposite the elevators which is noisy and not good after long haul travel. When I’ve asked to move I’ve been told this isn’t possible. Maybe it’s booking via Expedia that’s the reason? Either way it’s not good customer service and I won’t be staying here again and look forward to the new Hilton opening across the road

The property is close to the airport. However, the shuttle service does not go out of their way to accommodate disabled passengers. Upon arrival, did not offer water and when I informed the staff of this, I was told to wait for refills… after an hour, still waiting

Everybody was so friendly and helpful Robbie our Belman was fabulous! He made us feel comfortable.

We were there because of a flight cancellation, after sitting on the tarmac for two hours, so we were not in good moods. Then we were met by Emanuel who was great, followed by Nick in the bar area. He was incredible. Unfortunately I don't remember our server's name but she was running all over to serve the dozens of people, all of us frustrated. Her smile eventually infected us all. The entire team made a horrible night enjoyable. That is hard to do and should be applauded.

Chaotic and understaffed at check in. One lamp did not work in the room and the technician could not repair it. Very useful shuttle to the airport and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Close to JFK with available shuttle. Hoping that the surrounding area is developed by the time we travel back to NY.

Not so close to the airport and more expensive than some 4 stars hotels in Manhattan. Tiny rooms. Not as convenient as expected. Shuttle service to/from the airport is ok but other than that you need car service.

Got to jfk at 2am so this was much easier to get to before heading into city next day. Nothing really nearby but nice enough bed served our purpose.

Overall a great experience. Clean hotel, shuttle service from airport went well. Only negative was the cost of food/drinks. Very high so plan that in your travel budget. 1 meal cost us $230 and 4 drinks was $110 at night.

We have stayed at both the Fairfield and the Marriott near JFK in the last week. We preferred the Marriott as it has a very nice work out area, a bar and restaurant. However, about 1/2 of the menu was unavailable and the salad I ordered didn’t look safe to eat. Breakfast was also quite pricey at $24 per person. The Fairfield’s buffet was similar and free.

very clean hotel with very friendly staff. the bar (Q) and restaurant (Quimby) have excellent food and drinks. Free shuttle to the airport is great also!

The Shuttle made this hotel accessible to the airport. The bar was open late with food available which was perfect for our evening arrival. Our room was very comfortable with nice bedding. The restaurant was open early for breakfast that was convenient for us. Overall staying at this Airport hotel was a seamless stop in our travels!

Expensive but very clean and updated hotel. The in-house restaurant is extremely overpriced and is nothing to write home about.
