This would be a great place to stay, except for the fact that the hot tub and pool are never warm or kept functioning. They always say that they’re waiting on a repair. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always the same story. Super disappointing for people that pay a high rate to stay here

Had a good stay but when we went to use the pool there weren’t any of the umbrellas as it was shown online. When I went to ask for one they said they don’t have any. In Arizona in the summer I find that to be unacceptable with the sun and heat. We ordered one and had it delivered to the hotel. They’re $20 at Walmart. I think they can afford it.

We usually stay here because it's a few blocks from my moms house. The breakfast is ok, it's your typical hotel breakfast. The gym is great, dumbells that go to 75 lbs. which is way better than your standard hotel gym. The staff is awesome and the location is great. Recommended

First room had a non functioning bathroom. Had to request a new room. Our room was cleaned by housekeeping only once in five days. We had to request towels and toilet paper several times. The bathroom floor was filthy as well. Perimeter and hall way trash cans were over flowing with garbage. Just a poor experience for what we paid for the rooms. We have stayed at many other Hampton Inn’s and none were ever like this one.

Cleanliness, I found the tub to be slippery and I had to use a towel to step on so that I wouldn’t fall. We didn’t appreciate having to use the Hilton honors to use Wi-Fi.

Front desk was very polite at check-in. Hair was still in shower drain from prior guest and walls had dust and grime on them. You could tell someone had smoked in the room or near the room. The bed was ok for one night but not for multiple days. Spring could be felt in the center of the right side of the bed. Mini fridge had food still in it from prior guest as well.

I took a shower and no shower mat inside the tub, I fell off and hit my leg, arm my butt. I told from desk what happened to me and I told him why you don’t put a shower mat he said is just once customer request it only, they don’t have enough for all rooms. I think once customer make a reservation they should to put one on the shower tub.

Clean, nice beds and linens, great pool for kids, good breakfast selection. Fitness room was well equipped. Only complaint is house keeping started cleaning the rooms next to ours and was vacuuming at 7:30. I would ask at the front desk next time to avoid that.

The rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were nice and it was quiet. Breakfast had a large variety of choices. My only problem was the wi-fi wouldn’t stay connected. The charging stations didn’t work well…when plugging in a phone or tablet the connection wasn’t tight enough to charge. We pretty much used one in the room and the other in the bathroom. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants very close. We would stay again.

The reception at the front desk was cold and unwelcomed. The keys did not work and had to go downstairs again to get new keys, inefficient worker at the front desk. It appears to be a new building. All very clean, 5 nights and nobody came to make the bed not even one day, the service was supposed to be only every other day. The bathroom door is a barn door, slides and covers the bathroom entry, bad option. I almost sheared my fingers the first time I used it. It is not soundproof. A train goes by everyday very very very early in the morning, the afternoon too.

Check in and check out was wonderful. Very courteous staff. Was not alerted or told the fact that having the room serviced required a phone call to the front desk. That was an inconvenience after leaving in the morning and returning later in the day and finding the room was not cleaned and was told request needed to be in before noon. The biggest issue and 3 stars for staff was our toilet was plugged upon check in and we had requested someone to either clear the toilet or bring us a plunger. No one showed and we were forced to go down to the lobby to use the facilities for more than a couple hours. Asked the front desk and nothing. Called room service and no answer. A few hours later someone brought a plunger and we had to clear the toilet. A bit frustrating after paying $200/night and not being able to use the bathroom. Other than that it was fine.

The hotel was great, walkable to several dining options, coffee shops, etc. clean/tidy and the staff were friendly. The only reason for a negative review is that the final night of our stay they booked a teenage soccer team in the rooms around my family. The efforts to soundproof rooms in the construction of the hotel failed. These kids were obnoxiously loud, literally backflipping down the hallways for TikTok videos, knocking on random hotel customer doors as they ran up and down the hall, at one point in the night they tried to open the adjacent/joining room door to our room. We asked them to be quiet and respect that people are trying to sleep, which worked/they respected for about 15 minutes. Hotel staff were also annoyed by the chaos but made no efforts to resolve. Had very little/non-restful sleep because of the teenagers running amok and blasting EDM music next door at 3am. The final issue is that 6:30am (obviously time for them to get up and go to whatever tournament or game they were in town to play) their friends or chaperones full fist pounded on the neighboring doors yelling for the boys to get up.

This Hampton lived up to expectations based on our previous stays in different parts of the country except for one thing. We were booked for 2 nights only and when we returned to our room the first night we found there had been no maid service, nor even replenished towels! Upon trying to call housekeeping we found the phone didn’t work. My husband had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels and was told they would make sure and clean our room in the morning (we were checking out in the morning). I guess the biggest issue was No apology, sorry for the inconvenience, nothing!

Wonderful property, new and clean - room spacious but front desk staff was probably the worst I have ever encountered - opposite of hospitality. Acted as though they were prisoners serving a sentence - scrolling on their phones more important than conversing or responding to inquiries. Asked one for directions and received “you go this way and then you turn and go that way”. When asked if they knew the street names, the response was “do you have your phone? Just look it up” Recommendations - 1. Pay more than minimum wage, 2. Have housekeeping (who was wonderful) take the front desk team out with the trash 3. Have the breakfast crew (who were delightful) fry their butts. Would have rated GREAT but had to take it down a notch or two due to the worst front desk crew.

The Hampton Inn @ Queen Creek is a lovely place! The hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s near restaurants and shops. The parking is convenient, and if the hotel is full then there is overflow parking in the adjacent shopping center or dirt lot next to the property. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast has variety and is well stocked.

I really do like the hotel in general. But it does seem like the breakfasts are just going down hill and getting so bland. They just seemed to have slipped. It's getting to the point where I'm just not enjoying them, and now just not that interested in them much anymore.
