部屋はコンパクトで、スーツケースを広げるには少し工夫が必要ですが、ビジネスホテルとしては標準的。寝る・仕事する分には全く問題なし。機能的にまとまっており、必要なものは揃っています。連泊する場合、部屋の清掃を希望する際には「清掃希望」の札をドアに掛ける必要があります。エコへの配慮でしょうが、うっかり忘れないように注意が必要です。大浴場はとても清潔感があり、足を伸ばしてゆっくり浸かれました。時間帯にもよるのか、利用者が少なく、とても快適でした。旅の疲れがしっかり癒やされました。唯一気になった点はエレベーター。朝のチェックアウトの時間帯などは特に混み合い、かなり待つこともありました。時間に余裕を持って行動すべし。天満橋駅から徒歩すぐの好立地で、コスパも良好。大浴場を重視する人には特におすすめできるホテルです。次回も大阪出張の際は候補に入れたいと思います。

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was, as stated, very small, but still very comfortable and well equipped. Thanks to the possibility of storing the suitcases under the bed, the space could be used optimally. Everything was also very well explained for European guests – absolutely recommendable!

The rooms were really small. Only place to open the luggage is on top of the bed, or there is no place to even stand. The luggage can be stored under the bed when not in use though. Otherwise, very functional suite.

The room is small as is typical for Japanese hotels. Staff were very kind and helpful. The bed, despite no box spring was actually comfortable and I am much larger than the normal person. The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel it self. They switched it from cooling to heating my last day there and I was burning up in my room. There was nothing I could do to make my room cooler other than open the window and hear the traffic.I was surprised that I did not get bottles of water daily like I usually do. I only got one bottle of water at the start. Breakfast was the same EVERY SINGLE DAY. I opted not to eat at the last day and just went to another place.

Check-in was well organized and fast, staff was really friendly as well. Everything is very clean and bright. Upon entering my room I learned what APA hotels were all about, sustainability room was pretty small but setup for maximum usage of space. The bed was big and comfy with a lot of space under the bed for luggage. Bathtub looked small but I’m 5’9 235 lbs and comfortably fit for a decent soak. I have tattoos so am unable to rate the onsen. Will stay here again.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. While the rooms are compact, typical for APA hotels, the layout is impressively efficient and maximises every centimetre of space. One of the highlights was the hotel’s sauna, which provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent: Osaka Castle is within walking distance, and there is a combini and a metro station right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for getting around the city. However, it’s worth noting that the hotel’s approach to amenities is not eco-friendly. Every day, new towels, yukatas, and a multitude of single-use toiletries are provided, each individually wrapped in plastic and placed inside multiple plastic bags. If you care about sustainability, this practice is hard to overlook. Another downside is the early checkout time: 10:00 AM, which feels VERY rushed. There is an option for a late checkout (until 11:00 AM), but this is only available to members of their loyalty program, which appears to be limited to Japanese residents…

Great location, metros and a familymart next door, Osaka castle is directly behind the hotel. If you know the APA chain from before this one is almost no different. Compared to other APA hotels the check in process is inefficient. One person showed me to a line, then I talked to a second rather rude person at the check in desk, had to fill out a digital and and a paper form and as I was heading to the elevator I was approached by a third employee about hotel details. Everyone except the checkin desk were very polite.

We chose this hotel for our first time visiting Osaka and it was perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and they speak English. They helped us with a WiFi issue during our stay and gave us recommendations for good local places to eat. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and located right next to a family mart and a subway station. The convenience of this place made our first time navigating Osaka so easy.
