Wonderful property for hosting large family reunion with 17 people. Each family had their own bathroom and beds. Large dining room to hold us all. Kitchen was bright, clean and well stocked. The grounds provided a great play area for kids. Fire pit was stocked with wood and provided a fun evening activity. Easy access to the kingdom biking trails and local hiking trails. Host was responsive to any questions we had.

Multi family gathering for mountain biking, big meals and enjoying the NEK was a great success! The house has ample space, a gorgeous view and great access to trails and town.

Ideal for large groups, with comfortable beds for 20 or more. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after long hikes, and the firepit in the evenings. The kitchen had enough dishes and utensils for all of us. Not enough tables and chairs in the dining room, but we made do by bringing folding card tables and using folding chairs stored in the basement.
