Pros - Great layout and furnishings, kitchen well equipped, secure building, host was totally responsive, nice pool, close to beach. We particularly liked the balcony furnishings, shaded, with a view in both directions. There were a couple of minor issues, uncompleted remedies from the recent hurricane, but nothing that affected our stay. And, it appears that they will be finished within a week. Plenty of seaweed on the beach, but won’t prevent taking a chair and enjoying the waves. We normally would have rated it a 4.0-4.5, but all agreed that the host did everything to solve the very few issues we encountered, and he and the unit deserves a 5.

Sparkling clean, well appointed, excellently located, extremely comfortable condo for a small family with young children. The beach is out the building back garage door, great pool right there too. Grocery store a few blocks away and an almost endless variety of restaurants in the area. The ocean is warm and free of jellyfish and icky seaweed.

We had a great week on Orm9nd Beach. Enjoyed the condo right on the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked and there was a nice supply of bath and beach towels to use. It was nice to be able to leave oir beach supplies on the ground floor by the car. Facility was very secure. Enjoyed swimming at the pool when the beach was too windy and also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. When we had an issue with the internet the owner was very helpful and quick to take action. The top floor clubhouse was also nice to use on occasion to get together with our larger group.

The condo was great. It did have more security but some of the doors were hate to open with your hands full . We came for the beach , we are in our 70’s and found it hard to walk on this beach . This has nothing to do with the condo, the view was great from the balcony and we love sitting on it. We have always enjoyed walks and being in the ocean but the beach here was hard to walk on and the ocean floor was very uneven, lots of dips . Over all a good week.

We stay at units all over the area because my family still lives there where I grew up. This is, by far, my favorite so far!!! Great view from the condo. Easy check-in. Fabulous location. Absolutely spotless. All of the beds were so comfortable. The unit has everything you need for the kitchen, sleeping, beach activities, etc. Secure building with key fobs and parking garage. We will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Loved this condo. Very comfortable. Loved the fact that there are full size beds in the guest room and not the standard twins and a big sectional you can stretch out on in the living area. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We loved being able to see the Sunrise, Sunset , the river and the ocean!! Loved the very large pool! Our only disappointment was the gas grill down by the pool. It was dirty and the grill cleaning tool available was ready for the trash. Luckily the owner has a wonderful grill pan we could use in the kitchen and there was a very nice blender that worked great for our frozen drinks. We are already planning another stay!!!

We’ve been coming to the Ormandy every summer for over 10 years. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit of the Ormandy, and will gladly come back. I love the security of gated, underground, assigned parking, direct access to the beach from the garage near the pool & bathroom. The unit is comfortable and welcoming. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise over the beach and sun set over the Halifax river in comfortable chairs. The owner is extremely responsive. The tv wasn’t working and he had the cable company out there in a couple hours! A great beach get away.

Great views, clean, well stocked. Quiet place, while access is easy, there are a few extra steps involved in a place like this. Elevator to garage, to exit door, to pool/beach gate (need to carry key fobs for accessing various areas). So, while it is oceanfront/on the ocean, it does take a few minutes to get there :). We kept our beach chairs & such in the back of the Jeep in the parking garage which made things easier. There are carts & such to bring groceries up located in the garage area and extra parking on the top level if you have more than one car. The balcony area does pool after a rain, so we weren’t able to use it as much as we hoped on the last few days with the weather we experienced. The host was very responsive.They do supply initial things such as dish & washer pods, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper- if you tend to use a lot of these, bring extra! We had plenty for our stay.

This is a great condo, very clean, and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed the views from the balcony. Nice building and we appreciated the inside entrance. Beach was not too crowded. Would stay here again.

Condo is extremely clean, well equipped and great location for us. We did quite a lot of cooking during the month we were there and had everything we needed. It's within walking distance of a Publix, Dunkin Donuts and several bars and restaurants. The view of the ocean from the condo and its balcony is amazing. Condo is right on the beach so access for beach walking, fishing, etc. is easy. As an added bonus, during the month we stayed we saw 3 nighttime rocket launches from Cape Canaveral from the beach. We are returning again for a month stay in January and can't wait to get back.

Love this condo! My husband and I have stayed at many condos in Ormond Beach and this one, by far, was the best all around! We just had 2 weeks of relaxing here! Checking in could not have been any easier, the owner was so helpful! The condo itself was amazing! Clean, warm and inviting! Everything you could want is here. The balcony was the best place to relax, the outdoor furniture was so comfy, I took several naps listening to the ocean! The view was the best, I loved how far north I could see the beaches! Thanks again to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with a great view of the coast. The condo was stocked to the max with everything you would need while on vacation. The host was quick to respond to questions and their detailed instructions were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family vacation and this condo was all that we hoped it would be. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for me to make dinners for my family. The balcony was perfect for sunrise and sunset coffees and a great place to relax and even take a nap. The condo was clean and the furnishings comfortable especially the master bed. The water pressure and shower head in the master bathroom was excellent. We would definitely love to stay there again.

We particularly liked the balcony furnishings, shaded, with a view in both directions. There were a couple of minor issues, uncompleted remedies from the recent hurricane, but nothing that affected our stay. And, it appears that they will be finished within a week. Plenty of seaweed on the beach, but won’t prevent taking a chair and enjoying the waves. We normally would have rated it a 4.0-4.5, but all agreed that the host did everything to solve the very few issues we encountered, and he and the unit deserves a 5.

We stay in this condo building every year. This was our first year in this condo. Very nice simple not a lot of knick knacks which is nice to put all your things where u want . Plenty of kitchen supplies which is wonderful we make a lot of food in condo instead of eating out. Love that it had laminate/ vinyl flooring instead of carpet. No worries about making any stains. Suggestions would be a better vacuum and a mop. Some people like us prob like to do a quick little clean up as they stay. It’s def a nice place to stay and won’t be disappointed at all. Connor was so quick to respond once you rent it and if u have any questions he is on it. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo with a great view of the coast. The condo was stocked to the max with everything you would need while on vacation. The host was quick to respond to questions and their detailed instructions were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week on Orm9nd Beach. Enjoyed the condo right on the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked and there was a nice supply of bath and beach towels to use. It was nice to be able to leave oir beach supplies on the ground floor by the car. Facility was very secure. Enjoyed swimming at the pool when the beach was too windy and also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. When we had an issue with the internet the owner was very helpful and quick to take action. The top floor clubhouse was also nice to use on occasion to get together with our larger group.

This stay was fantastic! The condo was spacious and beautiful and was furnished with everything we could have needed. The views were spectacular. Easy beach access and my boys loved the pool. The restaurants close by were also really good. The building was secure and parking was easy. Our host was communicative and very responsive when I contacted him. We would definitely book again!

Love this condo! My husband and I have stayed at many condos in Ormond Beach and this one, by far, was the best all around! We just had 2 weeks of relaxing here! Checking in could not have been any easier, the owner was so helpful! The condo itself was amazing! Clean, warm and inviting! Everything you could want is here. The balcony was the best place to relax, the outdoor furniture was so comfy, I took several naps listening to the ocean! The view was the best, I loved how far north I could see the beaches! Thanks again to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise, we would definitely stay here again!

We’ve been coming to the Ormandy every summer for over 10 years. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit of the Ormandy, and will gladly come back. I love the security of gated, underground, assigned parking, direct access to the beach from the garage near the pool & bathroom. The unit is comfortable and welcoming. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise over the beach and sun set over the Halifax river in comfortable chairs. The owner is extremely responsive. The tv wasn’t working and he had the cable company out there in a couple hours! A great beach get away.

Great views, clean, well stocked. Quiet place, while access is easy, there are a few extra steps involved in a place like this. Elevator to garage, to exit door, to pool/beach gate (need to carry key fobs for accessing various areas). So, while it is oceanfront/on the ocean, it does take a few minutes to get there :). We kept our beach chairs & such in the back of the Jeep in the parking garage which made things easier. There are carts & such to bring groceries up located in the garage area and extra parking on the top level if you have more than one car. The balcony area does pool after a rain, so we weren’t able to use it as much as we hoped on the last few days with the weather we experienced. The host was very responsive.They do supply initial things such as dish & washer pods, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper- if you tend to use a lot of these, bring extra! We had plenty for our stay.

Sparkling clean, well appointed, excellently located, extremely comfortable condo for a small family with young children. The beach is out the building back garage door, great pool right there too. Grocery store a few blocks away and an almost endless variety of restaurants in the area. The ocean is warm and free of jellyfish and icky seaweed.

Very nice place to rest and relax. Away from the busyness of Daytona beach area. Was looking for a recliner because that was in the pictures, but didn’t have one. Was disappointed in that as I have back and leg problems. Water was turned off one day from 8:30 until 2:30, but wasn’t a big deal to us. They gave us plenty notice before they did it. The view was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed that for sure. Had everything we needed provided. Nice week for us.

This was the perfect temporary home while I house was being finished. Nice beach, centrally located. Kitchen is very well stocked. Very quiet building. Connor and his family were very easy to deal with. Check in process was flawless. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stay at units all over the area because my family still lives there where I grew up. This is, by far, my favorite so far!!! Great view from the condo. Easy check-in. Fabulous location. Absolutely spotless. All of the beds were so comfortable. The unit has everything you need for the kitchen, sleeping, beach activities, etc. Secure building with key fobs and parking garage. We will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Condo is extremely clean, well equipped and great location for us. We did quite a lot of cooking during the month we were there and had everything we needed. It's within walking distance of a Publix, Dunkin Donuts and several bars and restaurants. The view of the ocean from the condo and its balcony is amazing. Condo is right on the beach so access for beach walking, fishing, etc. is easy. As an added bonus, during the month we stayed we saw 3 nighttime rocket launches from Cape Canaveral from the beach. We are returning again for a month stay in January and can't wait to get back.

The condo was perfect for my family of four adults. The condo was spacious and we had plenty of room for all of us to relax. The beach was never crowded so we could set up steps from the condo. The view was wonderful and could enjoy it from every room. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!
