Only problem: occupants of unit on 1st floor have no lake view from indoor. Only window has a Street view. Porch of 1st floor is behind garage in fact and no access from Apt on porch. You also can view lake from patio on front of Apt but not in winter time of course.

We absolutely loved staying here, quiet neighborhood, close to the water, super comfortable bed, especially loved the outdoor seating area with fire pit. Will definitely be back. Thank you Lisa for being such an amazing host!

We found the apartment comfortable, very clean, and attractive. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great having our own driveway and patio area. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. My husband fished in the lake across the street and caught quite a few fish! The whole area was beautiful and I enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Lisa was very friendly and helpful. We throughly enjoyed our time at her apartment!

We stayed here because we were attending a show at the Pavilion in Gilford. It was really close and fit our needs very well. The location is beautiful and very close to Laconia and the beaches. Although I imagine a lot folks go there and enjoy the lake and patio area as would love to do at some point. This place is a gem.

Lisa is a spectacular host and her property was gorgeous! My boyfriend, pup and I had a quiet, relaxing getaway from our busy lives. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the views of the pond. I wish we had stayed longer, but we would definitely come back! Thank you again!! 😊

Overall: wonderful! Every little detail has been thought of in this tiny but comfortable lakeside apartment. Two adults and one 20-pound doggo had an enjoyable weekend stay and would certainly stay again. Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We appreciated the roomy stand-up shower, the recliner, and the firepit among other things. Don't hesitate to book this cozy retreat if you're leaving the kiddos behind, but bringing the doggo!

Cozy Lake Retreat. Everything you need to have a very nice relaxing vacation in this cozy jem of a place. Lisa the host is amazing. She keeps the place well stocked. Coffee, creamer, fluffy towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, toothpaste. The bed was so comfy, we decided to buy the same mattress for our house. You won't go wrong with booking this place. Nice patio area to enjoy your morning coffee. Nice fire pit to enjoy an evening fire and make s'mores. Lisa even left us a welcoming gift. She also left me a retirement gift because she knew I had recently retired .The beach area is very nice also. Beautiful sunsets.

Like a lot of BnB guests, we checked in at the end of a long day of driving. Arriving in heavy rain we wondered what our accommodations would be like. Immediately we saw that our host had thought of everything we might need. umbrella, snacks, easy access to Netflix, an abundance of towels, a great mini split with heat and cooling, plenty of light in all the strategic places (something we almost never find in some of the most beautiful but dark and shadowy BnBs). The bed is as one of the most comfy we have encountered. Wonderful night if sleep, easy check in and check out, easy and convenient parking, and a host who checked by email to see if we were ok or needed anything. We highly recommend Lisa’s cozy lake cottage. Carol & Michael

Everything about this property was wonderful! Extremely clean, and right across from a lake that was absolutely beautiful in early October. The attention to detail was amazing, seemingly every amenity was considered. Lisa is a thoughtful, diligent host as well. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to anyone!

Lisa is a perfect host. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations and we hope to come back and stay even longer. The cottage was perfect. Spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable we slept like logs. Loved the shower and all the organization of everything. Lisa made sure all necessary information was answered leaving no questions necessary. If searching for a relaxing getaway on a beautiful lake. This is the place. We enjoyed using the kayaks and loved listening to the loons which swam near us escorting us around the lake. So wonderful! Thank you Lisa for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cottage. We are looking forward to returning again!

Comfortable, quiet, well kept place with an attentive host. I especially appreciated the excellent bed and the rain shower. The smart TV was perfect for just lumping around, and the house is perfect for access to hikes within an hours drive.

We found this place once we booked concert tickets at Bank Pavilion NH months in advance, and thought it to be a good location to stay. Communication with our host was immediate and accommodating, which was much appreciated since we were traveling from out of state. The coziness of the place was great, and the attention to detail within the decor and the comforts made it feel welcoming and inviting. We had access to everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and look forward to returning next time a concert comes to town! Highly recommend!

My husband and I ( and our dog Harley) really enjoyed our stay. The suite was cozy and had so many lovely touches that made it unique. We didn’t have “lake weather “ but were still able to enjoy hiking and good restaurants due to the location. Definitely would recommend this host- she responded quickly to any questions we had! We absolutely loved staying here, quiet neighborhood, close to the water, super comfortable bed, especially loved the outdoor seating area with fire pit. Will definitely be back. Thank you Lisa for being such an amazing host!

We found the apartment comfortable, very clean, and attractive. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great having our own driveway and patio area. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. My husband fished in the lake across the street and caught quite a few fish! The whole area was beautiful and I enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Lisa was very friendly and helpful. We throughly enjoyed our time at her apartment!

Great spot, beer concert venue and Laconia. Perfect spot for quick getaway. Clean, comfortable. Wish we had a chance to use the outdoor area.

Everything about this property was wonderful! Extremely clean, and right across from a lake that was absolutely beautiful in early October. The attention to detail was amazing, seemingly every amenity was considered. Lisa is a thoughtful, diligent host as well. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to anyone!

We stayed here because we were attending a show at the Pavilion in Gilford. It was really close and fit our needs very well. The location is beautiful and very close to Laconia and the beaches. Although I imagine a lot folks go there and enjoy the lake and patio area as would love to do at some point. This place is a gem.

Lisa is a spectacular host and her property was gorgeous! My boyfriend, pup and I had a quiet, relaxing getaway from our busy lives. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the views of the pond. I wish we had stayed longer, but we would definitely come back! Thank you again!! 😊

We found this place once we booked concert tickets at Bank Pavilion NH months in advance, and thought it to be a good location to stay. Communication with our host was immediate and accommodating, which was much appreciated since we were traveling from out of state. The coziness of the place was great, and the attention to detail within the decor and the comforts made it feel welcoming and inviting. We had access to everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and look forward to returning next time a concert comes to town! Highly recommend!

Lisa, was an excellent host. This suite is cozy and had all that we needed. Enjoyed the fire pit and walks to the beach and down the quiet street with the dog. Recommend!

My husband and I travelled around New England and stayed at multiple locations. Yet this was our favorite! We both agree that we would (will) stay again but this time for several days rather than just one night! Lisa though!!! I think we should be friends! Colorful, tastefully appointed cozy cottage. Host has thought of everything to make your stay in this tiny house and in the area comfortable & wonderful. Host is extremely responsive & very thoughtful. Busy neighborhood on a holiday weekend.
