Little Grey Cottage - Beautifully decorated large vacation home - Walking distance to Lake Michigan!

Great property! Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property due to its wonderful location (5 min walk to Douglas Beach) and a very short drive into Saugatuck. The house is a nice layout and is a good option for a group of people with multiple bathrooms on each floor. We felt the house could benefit from a deep cleaning. It was very dusty (especially around the beds), the kitchen had some leftover food particles from previous guests that accumulated ants, and the back porch was too dirty to use. I would like to acknowledge that I did not reach out to the management company about this during our stay as we did not want to be interrupted during our time, however, I am sure they would have responded to this. I was just surprised as this was a review I had read about the house prior to booking and the management company commented on the post that they would have the porch area cleaned for future guests. The house also lacked adequate towels (no beach towels), cleaning supplies, and paper goods compared to other VRBOs we have rented. If the house was thoroughly cleaned, I would definitely recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely and it was easy to get to so many places.

Perfect weekend stay. Loved the spaciousness of the house and it’s close proximity to the beach and town.

We had the most amazing time at the Little Grey Cottage! The location was so close to the action but also felt secluded. The house was just as we expected and perfect for our group. I would stay here again!
