I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area. Safe and easy to access location off the interstate with plenty of food choices around. Only downside was the pool wasn’t open. I booked this hotel for the indoor pool, so my son could have something to do while there. Staff was friendly, and rooms were clean too. Another downside are the liquid body wash and soap bottles. I’m not a fan. I had a hard time getting anything out of them to use.

Place is just phenomenal. Great location, clean, great sleep, great breakfast. Fitness room was perfect as well but if you needed more a planet fitness is next door.

Hotel well located in Clemmons and seems to be all new and very clean. However: - I had chosen this hotel for its indoor swimming, which was closed for my fully week of stay. - there is like a fan noise in all the rooms which cannot be turned off despite the AC and heater being stopped. I am not difficult but had to sleep with earplugs. Receptionist has tried to change my room but it was the same in the other room - breakfast poor quality, food not so good and plastic everywhere - they have locked 2 times the total amount as a deposit on my credit card (near 1500$ locked) Hotel manager have not been able to help me and no receipt have been given.

Overall a very good experience. Minor complaints are floors not insulated, so you hear everything above you and in the hallways. Parking area large, but filled up on Saturday night with overflow of the nearby restaurants. Everything else was great!

We are local and actually watched this hotel being built so we were very excited to stay here when our ac when out. We will sadly not be staying here again or recommend to our visiting friends and family again. We have a 7 month old and there was someone who slammed a door at least 15 times at 4 am. The refrigerator had old turnip greens left in there from someone else. The carpet had stains on it also.

Hotel is nice and clean, staff are friendly but the 2nd floor smells terribly like animal urine and our room did also. It was a really busy weekend as we were in town for a basketball event hosting over 500 players, so they couldn’t give me another room. Housekeeping brought us a can of air freshener which did absolutely nothing. The smell was very strong and gave us a headache. I ended up going to a local Walmart and purchasing pet fresh carpet. It did NOT remove the odor or neutralize it, but it did make it a tad bit more bearable. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very nice !

Overall, this was a very good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again! All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive! We experienced two hiccups during our stay: a leaky HVAC in our room (they moved us to a new room as soon as I reported it) and the breakfast buffet ran out of many items well before it was due to end (they made more and kept breakfast open late!). The pool was clean and so was room #1 (minus the leak). Room #2’s bathroom felt like it might have been cleaned and forgotten about — not sparkly like our first room — but far from gross.

We stay here regularly when we visit NC. This time we had a different bug in our room every day out of 9 days. They definitely need to spray more often. Also they only they clean the room every 5 days and the breakfast options have been reduced over the years.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was ok, the pancake machine was broken during our entire time, so that was a bummer. The staff are very attentive and hospitable. My only gripe was that the suite was small, it felt like a normal room with a couch in it.

Terrible. They canceled our reservation because they said the pre paid expedia card didnt work. When i called expedia they said everything on their end was fine. When they called the hotel the manager put her on hold and never came back. When My husband went in to the hotel to speak to the manager she admitted to putting them on hold and leaving and ALL OF THE SUDDEN the card magically works. They then tried to give us a room that would NOT work with how many people we had. I believe they never reserved our room and tried to blame it on expedia. Because why would they not call or email if they had issues with a card declining or a reservation. They tried to treat us like we were dumb and it didnt work. Will ever return to this location. Expedia was very helpful and appreciated.

We booked a suite, 2 queen bed with a sleeper sofa to sleep 6 at this hotel through expedia.When we arrived we were told expedia should not have allowed us to book this as it wasnt available . We could not cancel due to cancellation policy rules, they could only provide us with a room with 2 double beds to sleep 4 , the hotel would could not reduce the price to the room we received and said we needed to contact expedia. Expedia reached out to the hotel and said they refused any refund/reduction of rates. My son had to sleep on a sheet on the dirty hotel floor. We asked for a roll away the hotel said only for king rooms. They did not offer anything to help accommodate us at all. Both expedia and the hotel dropped the ball here and put the blame on one another to get out of making the situation right. After driving 9 hours and just needing to get kids to bed, having to “just deal” with something that wasnt our fault and my child sleep on the floor was a huge disappointment. We will not use expedia or stay at a Holiday Inn express again.

Room was great. Breakfast options were good. Location was very good. Only issue was with housekeeping. We had a three day stay and kept the DND sign on the first day. The second, as we left the room in the morning, we talked to the housekeeper in the hallway stating we were gone for the day and that we definitely needed towels when they got to our room. Came back in the evening and our room hadn't even been touched. Nothing cleaned and no clean towels. We were able to go get some from the front desk. Other than housekeeping, everything was great for our stay.

Employees were super friendly. Check-in was fast. Room was very comfortable. Lighting was decent, plenty of hooks, good workspace. Breakfast was what you usually get at Holiday Inn Express, which is pretty good. Pancake machine was out of order.

Very nice staff. The lady that worked the breakfast area was very kind and helpful. We did pick up a couple individual wrapped cheese danishes that hat mold on them but we did see that till after we had left the hotel. Beds were good. Would stay again.
