We didn't have kids but did have pets and it has a lovely yard and quiet road for walking . Nice back porch with peaceful view /no neighbors .Very much matches description / although beds were better then I thought would be by pics!! So close to TIEC it was amazing!

Perfect location for our time down at the Tryon International Equestrian Center! Easy drive and very well marked house that had everything we needed. Friendly owners who were great to work with. Highly recommend!
