Overall, the space was nice and accurately matched the photos provided. However, there were some concerns regarding cleanliness. We noticed stains on several of the sofas, and when we were unable to locate the TV remote for the room with the pool table, we checked under the couch cushions in the living room and found a significant amount of trash hidden underneath. There were also chip bags and other items left in various areas throughout the space. We did our best to clean up what we found ourselves.Additionally, there was an issue regarding checkout. The original checkout time was 10:00 AM, but the owner kindly allowed us to check out at 11:00 AM as a courtesy. However, while we were packing our belongings into the car before 10:00 AM, someone had already arrived, parked outside, and entered the house while our vehicles were still in the driveway. This was unexpected and made us feel rushed, especially since we had been given approval to remain at the property until 11:00 AM.While we enjoyed the space overall, we wanted to bring these issues to your attention as they impacted our experience.

Home itself was great. Listing was accurate. However the fire pit had no propane and unfortunately unuseable. The grill was very dirty and also had next to no propane. There was no directions on how to address refilling empty tanks and no one responded to our question. The house could use more utensils and an operational can opener. Overall as a family we would definitely recommend this rental but urge you to address the lack of porpane to advertised ammenities

Property was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped, house was super clean, everything worked, plenty of space for the kids to play. all rooms were nice and clean. Communication with renters was excellent they reply back in less than 5 mins no matter what time you contact them. AMAZING experience A

One liner.." awesome "...We family of 4 with kids really enjoyed this house....4 perfect bedrooms with amenities and 2 game rooms and one specific for kids...😍...along with the great kitchen and hall combinations and a cure backyard with hottub...Wow..🥰🥰..A highly recommend place for others to come...we simply loved this place...thanks to you for preparing the home over the weekend for us.
