This beautiful condo was the perfect place for my family of 4 to have a relaxing week. I am very picky about cleanliness and this place paced the test! The balcony was a favorite spot for us to relax and watch the waves roll in. The walk to the beach in the air conditioned bridge over the road was fantastic as well. We loved the pools and hot tubs on the premise. We really didn’t need to leave much, this place had it all! We will definitely stay here again when we make it back to Gulf Shores. Best property in Gulf Shores that is not directly on the beach. Although still a bit of hike to the beach, the walkway makes it easier as the street is busy with traffic. Not quite a lazy River, but pool was very spacious and relaxing.

The property was very clean and friendly staff. The view was amazing. The air conditioned walkway made it more convenient to make your way to the beach. The elevator you used once across the walkway didn’t work most of our stay which would have been convenient since we had a wagon to haul our stuff to the beach. The unit itself isn’t anything special but it served its purpose. Property owner was always quick to respond anytime I messaged her!

Our specific unit was awesome!The building was being renovated and there was a lot of noise. This made it difficult for babies/children to nap. The elevator stopped working the night before we left. Our adult children with two of our grandchildren had to climb stairs to the 18th floor. We were unaware of this renovation that was going to take place during our stay.

The Crystal Tower is amazing! I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. First I would like to thank our host for being so accommodating and making our stay perfect. The condo was clean with plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. With the multiple pools, hot tub, sauna and covered access to the beach we had almost no reason to leave the condo at all. When we did venture out it was for groceries and fresh fish which were a short drive away. The Crystal Tower is amazing and we can't wait to go back!

Property close to main road. Everything was there that we needed. One minor issue, not enough was cloths, was taken care of immediately! When we go back we hope this property will be available. My wife is very particularly about cleanliness, she had zero complaints.

Doing a lot of updates to building, which will be nice. Owner was taken by whoever installed counter tops in kitchen. Pieced together all wrong and didn’t match up. Wrought iron holding glass table tops was dusty. Very noticeable when sitting at dining room table. Otherwise clean and we loved the view! Will return.

We just got home from a great week at this property. Great location, great pools, perfect beach access. Clean space with everything we needed to be comfortable and then some. Owner very accessible. Condo was outfitted with numerous kitchen utensils, utility room contained lots of extra liquids, tools, etc. Mattress in master bedroom was comfortable. My husband, children (10&6), and I had a great stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and easy access with the bridge over the road. We spent a lot of time in the smaller outdoor pool, hot tub, and indoor pool. The night temps have been quite low, making the larger pool a bit too cold for us. There was plenty of seating, and plenty of sunshine at the smaller pool :) the inside of the condo was also quite enjoyable. Fabulous view from the balcony, very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Space was quiet for sleeping with minimal outside noise. Would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Everything was great only issues were the ice maker wasn’t working and the fan in the master bedroom made a clicking sound all night. The property itself is beautiful and the walk to the beach is not as far as it looked in the pictures.

We had a great time. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only issues we had were that we had to dry all of our clothes multiple times because the dryer wasn’t working properly. Other than that everything was great and the communication with the host was great and they were quick to respond and very clear on check in and check procedures.

We stayed here for shrimp fest! There were 4 adults and a 9 month old. The pools were amazing! So many large pools! Perfect for baby! The location is across the beach, but the walk over and pools at the beach make it easy. It was no issue to roll a wagon and head down to the beach. The condo is perfect for 4 adults. We were comfortable the whole time. The balcony is very large and has a great view! The property owner is also so nice and SO accommodating! We needed an extra parking pass, and it was delivered to our door the next morning free of charge. Quick communication! I plan to stay here again! So nice!

Yes. The place was really nice and really clean. We did think it was on the beach It is actually across the street. Which ,had it been summertime it wound have been very disappointing. But we were there to see my grandson wrestle for his school. So no big deal. It would be advisable to make it clear on the website. Other than that it was a good experience.

We were in town for a basketball tournament at Gulf Shores High School and this place couldn’t have been better. It was convenient to the beach, school, restaurants, and shopping. It isn’t directly on the beach, but it might as well be. The view is excellent. The host was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property.
