This is a cute little apartment. It had everything we needed for a lovely weekend on the coast. It was roughly the size of a motel room with a kitchenette, but so much nicer because of the quiet setting and convenient parking. The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the easy walk to Nye Beach shopping and ocean access. We had a perfect weekend.

The property was super clean , close to the beach, with a few bonuses. The owner sold Doterra oils and left a diffuser to try. Our place smelled great the whole time. We did not cook, but she had essentials if we wanted to. The bed was very comfortable as well. The only draw back would be those people who could not go up or down stairs as they were pretty steep. Overall a great nook for one or two people. We would stay again.

This place and all the bells and whistles for your immediate needs. Great condiments for a lack of a better word. Coffee beans, Grinder, ground coffee and at least 2 ways to prepare your coffee.Food is fun and she had clean oils for cooking pink saltfor cooking, great lotions.Also extremely clean.For me I was with my sister for one night.and I was bummed about the stairs all the living space up stairs, except the bathroom bummer.Quiet neighborhood fun to be early and drive around highly recommend this place. Can't say enough

Really a nice place, quick walk down to probably the best restaurants in the area and the beach. Quiet environment, off the 101 but not so far as to be inconvenient. This is a loft-style room with fairly steep stairs going up so if you have mobility issues be aware. Walls are thin though, and if there are people talking in the adjacent house, you'll hear them. I'd recommend this location for one or two people who don't need a lot of space and prefer a convenient location and like walkability

Guests should be prepared for the bathroom & kitchen are downstairs and the bedroom & eating area are upstairs - inconvenient at best - we will avoid similar space arrangements in future. It may have been mentioned on the listing, but we missed it. Also, no signs of AC - we were there on a cool weekend in May, and very comfortable, but could see the summer would be quite warm with sun coming in windows.

The apartment is small, but well-equipped. Space in the entry area is available to store shoes, coats, and stuff. There are lots of windows and the upstairs has a high ceiling. It is located in a quiet, walkable residential nieghborhood. The host provided quality products in the bathroom, and coffee and tea in the kitchen. The host was very open to a suggestion I made for the kitchen.

My wife and I loved the upstairs loft bedroom/living space. All of the windows bring in a lot of light and you can even see the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and it was cozy on the couch with lots of throw pillows and blankets. The downstairs kitchen is small but it still manages to have everything you could want from a kitchen space. The pathways to the little downtown area and beach access were fun to walk. We really enjoyed our stay!

First off Dana has created a wonderful place to stay. It is simple but it has everything you could really need. The space is welcoming and the perfect beach atmosphere. The location is perfect especially if you love Nye beach like I do. Dana herself is warm and bubbly, just such a welcoming individual. We enjoyed the cozy little cottage feel. Everything was neat and comfortable. Location was great for all our planned activities. Check in was smooth and our contact with Dana went well. Wi fi was great and everything we could have possibly needed for cooking was available. The bathroom was stocked with great soaps and moisturizers. The stay was everything we could have hoped for.

What a beautiful & comfortable home away from home! The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to prepare a meal. The bed was comfy & they had a fan available and a variety of cozy blankets to choose from - to many this is a small thing, but I was very grateful for both. The location is great with a short walk to get to Nye Beach & the cute downtown area. The bakery downtown Blue Pig Bakery is not to be missed! (Check their hours to make sure they’re open when you go.)The listing shows the bathroom & kitchen are on the first floor & the bedroom is on 2nd story, which we were glad to know ahead of time. Highly recommend!!
