The room was dirty, sheets were nasty, we had to sleep in one bed, and beg for towels to take a shower. The bath tub, was extremely dirty, used soaps still in the shower on the day of my arrival. We were told the housekeeper clean the room for extended guest on the second day room was never clean and sheets remained dirty. The shower water was cold, my stay was horrible. Oh not to mention we was given one face towel for two people. I never experienced anything like this. The health department should close this place down it is unsanitary. I will never stay there again. This is the second bad experience l had with using hotels with Hotels.Com

Racist

Roaches in both rooms i had....TV dud mot wirk in first room.....second room had peeling paint everywhere(ceiling, walls), paint in tub was awful and made tub look dirty, toilet with mold inside it, most bath tiwels were so thin that they need thrown out or used for ckeaning rags....they do not seem to have a large enough supply of towels and wash cloths. 2 lad I es working front desk were very nice. Despite me telling front desk to let housekeeping know i sleep during the day because i work nights...housekeeping still knocked on my door around noon each day. I did get a Do Not Disturb sign three seperate times from the office, but someone kept taking them off my door. For the most part....it was quiet here.
