Amazing views of Oia's sunset and beautiful private pool room! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us store our bags and use their pool, terrace and bathroom when we had to check out but had a later flight. Walkable to Oia's restaurants and sightseeing. Across the street from a quad and car rental place to explore the rest of the island!

We were looking for a reasonable option for our graduation trip and this place was perfect for our stay being our first time Santorini. Nikoleta and her family were extremely friendly and the service was exceptional with the amenities and food provided. Was a reasonable price point and the roof terrace and hot tub overlooking the Aegean sea really made our trip!

First of all, Nikoleta was amazing!! She kept us well informed before we left Canada and all the way through leading up to our arrival. Gave us great information on things to do around the entire Island and good places to go and eat. Efcharisto poly!!! The room was beautiful and clean with stairs going to an upper deck that housed an amazing view and our own hot tub. Do watch that it can get windy and you might lose a towel LOL. But luckily they have clothes pins on the drying rack. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked pretty inviting. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and in fact we had to turn it off at one point it was so good! The common area for the hotel is absolutely spectacular with amazing views further into Oia. I don't think I have seen a more beautiful sunset in my life from our vantage point. It was so easy to walk into the centre of town, and also a good spot if you want to walk the trail from Oia to Fira. Right across the street is where you can not only book your transfer back to the port but also where you can rent a car or as we did a scooter. €30 for 24 hours is an amazing price even though we didn't need it for the whole 24 hours! And the rates per night were fantastic. You get amazing views and a beautiful hotel and you are steps away from central Oia without Oia's prices. And across the street, Anemomilos restaurant, has unbelievable food for incredible prices. Highly recommend ASPA Villas!! Efcharisto!

The fantastic staff gave us great recommendations and went above and beyond to make our visit to Santorini as magical as it possibly could be. The room was outstanding, charming and modern. Complimentary gifts were very nice surprises. The pool was good for cooling down during the days when it was extraordinarily warm. The terrace offered some of the most outstanding views with almost no crowds (views in all directions were top notch with plenty of photo opportunities). The walk to all famous sights of Oia was not too long at all. The days were best spent with walks through Oia early in the morning before any crowds had formed, followed by relaxing sunbathing and swimming by the pool, and finally with dinners and sunset watching during the evenings. There are two photo spots with the blue domed churches at a very short distance (going early and as the first stop from the hotel it allows you to get photos with basically no other people in them). Following these photospots are very scenic viewpoints including the old castle and windmills (must visits and a nice little stroll away from the first photospots). Great breakfast locations are to be found further down towards the windmills in my opinion. We did however also eat breakfast on the hotel’s terrace which turned out to be a lovely moment with unobstructed views and a calm atmosphere without crowds. The supermarket across the street have very reasonable prices. There is direct access to the bus stop from the hotel.

Aspa Villas was a great experience from the beginning. From the greetings by Nicoletta and her husband, to the great views we had, the whole time they were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious with two decks in the one bedroom with hot tub outside, which was one of the highlights in Santorini as it has a partial caldera view. It was similar to staying in a relatives home that has such care to ensure your stay is memorable and we couldn’t thank them enough! Thanks for having us.

I loved my stay. The bed was very comfortable and every amenity I could need was there - including some complementary food and drinks. The views are stunning and there’s a shared hot tub overlooking the water. The hotel was also very accommodating to my travel schedule. I also loved the location - just a quick walk into town with a couple of markets and bus stop right there. I could go on and on — thanks for a wonderful stay, I hope to be back.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and can not recommend it more. We had a full rooftop to our self with a private jacuzzi and the best views of the sunset. When we arrived, our fridge was fully stocked and we had a card and bottle of wine waiting for us to congratulate us. Nikoleta continuously checked in to make sure our stay was great. This hotel sits in the best part of Oia because you still have the most amazing views but it’s quiet and you’re away from the crowds. It is a 5 minute walk to the heart and center of Oia. An added bonus is this hotel also helps set up transfers to the airport and to the port which makes your trip even simpler. Photo attached was our view for our very massive rooftop

I'll start with saying we booked the room with a sea view and stayed in room 5 and had a breath taking view from our patio of the caldera, sunset and even the other side of the island. The room was very large and cleaned daily with fresh towels and the fridge was stocked with food items and a welcome gift of wine. The staff here are amazing and so nice and helpful. Upon arrival they helped us to our room and provided us with a local bus schedule for the island and a map of things to do. The hotel is in a great location and the patio right along the caldera view cliff you can use for evening sunsets is amazing. It's close enough to the heart of Oia to walk the everything but far enough away from the center that you aren't absolutely surrounded by noise and a ton of people. Car and atv rental place right across the street was great and many great restaurants all around you. If you're looking to stay in Oia and not spend a fortune but get some of the best service around this hotel is for you.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were given a cold drink & a spa pool and shade with amazing views; to relax in while they prepared our room, which we then had access to 2 hours early. The rooms were spacious and immaculate with food and water in the fridge for us and a complimentary bottle of wine. The views from the Caves & Terrace were beautiful, as was the sunset. It was very quiet. Overall a great place to relax, with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Loved it at Aspa Villas and would stay again! 🙂

Ms. Nikoleta ad her staff were really hospitable and really helpful everytime we have a question for them. the place was really nice as it is convenient and walkable to all the the tourist spots in Oia. it is also close to restaurants, convenient stores, and free parking spots/area. the room was always clean every time we get back from exploring the area. we would definitely comeback and stay here if we visit Santorini again.

This place was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The location was convenient, and the view from the private area and outdoor hot tub was wonderful! There was also plenty of free food, which was such a pleasant surprise. I was truly impressed and grateful. If I have another chance to visit this island, I would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Aspa Villas. From the day I booked a room to the time we left, every questions I have, have been answered pretty quickly by Nikoleta. I booked the superior room with terrace, and it didn’t disappointed. From our terrace, we have a nice view of Oia and the caldera. And going to where the actions are, it’s an easy walk, The room gets cleaned and towels get changed everyday. They provided some food, coffee and a bottle of wine, which is greatly appreciated. Especially the wine, we enjoyed it a lot while enjoying our time in the terrace. Also, Nikoleta helped us sort out our volcano tour pick up. At checkout, we have another surprise from Nikoleta and her husband, giving us a nice souvenir that will definitely add as reminder of our lovely time in Santorini. Thanks Nikoleta! I appreciate your hospitality and generosity. And it’s the little surprises you gave us that made our stay in your villa, extra special. I’ll definitely recommend you to my friends who are thinking of traveling to Santorini.

Comme tout le monde ici on espère toujours que la description et les photos seront a la hauteur du réel. Et bien c'est plus que le cas a aspa villas. Nous avions choisi la chambre supérieur avec jacuzzi et qu'elle agréable surprise ! Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche soir a environ minuit, nous avions eu en amont toutes les instructions très claires avec même une petite vidéo explicative très bien faite pour récupérer notre clés et mettre en route le jacuzzi. En arrivant une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendez, dans le frigo une bouteille d'eau fraîche, du jus d'orange, un gâteau quatre quart, du pain de mie et des tranches de poulet, autant de doses de café de sucre et de thé nécessaire même pour plusieurs petit déjeuner, quel agréable surprise le temps de s'organiser et faire les courses. L'appartement était nickel, bien équipé, choix de cafetière filtre ou Nespresso. Frigo, micro onde, vaisselle, clim, gel douche et plusieurs serviettes, peignoir et chausson. Après une bonne nuit dans un bon lit découverte du toit terrasse ! Très grande terrasse avec vue sur le village d'oia, une vue extraordinaire sur la caldeira et le coucher de soleil, la vue mer est a plus de 180 degrés. L'équipe d'aspa villa est formidable et aux petits soins et réactive. Nous aurions pu avoir le ménage le changement de draps et des serviettes tous les jours si nous l'avions souhaité. Pour se garer aucun soucis. Bref un séjour en amoureux inoubliable ! Merci aspa villa et son équipe !

En arrivant une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendez, dans le frigo une bouteille d'eau fraîche, du jus d'orange, un gâteau quatre quart, du pain de mie et des tranches de poulet, autant de doses de café de sucre et de thé nécessaire même pour plusieurs petit déjeuner, quel agréable surprise le temps de s'organiser et faire les courses. L'appartement était nickel, bien équipé, choix de cafetière filtre ou Nespresso. Frigo, micro onde, vaisselle, clim, gel douche et plusieurs serviettes, peignoir et chausson. Après une bonne nuit dans un bon lit découverte du toit terrasse ! Très grande terrasse avec vue sur le village d'oia, une vue extraordinaire sur la caldeira et le coucher de soleil, la vue mer est a plus de 180 degrés. L'équipe d'aspa villa est formidable et aux petits soins et réactive. Nous aurions pu avoir le ménage le changement de draps et des serviettes tous les jours si nous l'avions souhaité. Pour se garer aucun soucis. Bref un séjour en amoureux inoubliable ! Merci aspa villa et son équipe !

The staff were very friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were given a cold drink & a spa pool and shade with amazing views; to relax in while they prepared our room, which we then had access to 2 hours early. The rooms were spacious and immaculate with food and water in the fridge for us and a complimentary bottle of wine. The views from the Caves & Terrace were beautiful, as was the sunset. It was very quiet. Overall a great place to relax, with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Loved it at Aspa Villas and would stay again! 🙂

Nikoleta was a gracious host and tried hard to make sure all was right with our stay. We liked the refrigerator stocked with bread, ham and cheese, as well as the commentary coffee and tea. Our patio had a jacuzzi and good view of the town. A/C was effective. We would stay here again.

We stayed in villa #6 and it was AMAZING. Very convinient location just outside the walking street which makes it very quiet and peaceful. At the same time you are in the scenic town center after a 5 minute walk. Everyone of the staff was helpful and accommodating with information and fun little chats. Even if the furnishing of the room is a bit dated, it is fully functional and equipped with everything for your stay. On the second floor you have a huge terrace facing several directions - including the most beautiful view of the sunset over the entire town of Oia. Not to mention the jacuzzi which is also up there. Being quite higher than the other buildings also gives you privacy while on the terrace. There is also the most wonderful surprise when you enter, which makes everything better *hint hint* check the fridge *hint hint* Highly recommended. Will stay here for sure if i will return to stay in Oia!

First of all, Nikoleta was amazing!! She kept us well informed before we left Canada and all the way through leading up to our arrival. Gave us great information on things to do around the entire Island and good places to go and eat. Efcharisto poly!!! The room was beautiful and clean with stairs going to an upper deck that housed an amazing view and our own hot tub. Do watch that it can get windy and you might lose a towel LOL. But luckily they have clothes pins on the drying rack. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked pretty inviting. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and in fact we had to turn it off at one point it was so good! The common area for the hotel is absolutely spectacular with amazing views further into Oia. I don't think I have seen a more beautiful sunset in my life from our vantage point. It was so easy to walk into the centre of town, and also a good spot if you want to walk the trail from Oia to Fira. Right across the street is where you can not only book your transfer back to the port but also where you can rent a car or as we did a scooter. €30 for 24 hours is an amazing price even though we didn't need it for the whole 24 hours! And the rates per night were fantastic. You get amazing views and a beautiful hotel and you are steps away from central Oia without Oia's prices. And across the street, Anemomilos restaurant, has unbelievable food for incredible prices. Highly recommend ASPA Villas!! Efcharisto!

Aspa Villas was a great experience from the beginning. From the greetings by Nicoletta and her husband, to the great views we had, the whole time they were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious with two decks in the one bedroom with hot tub outside, which was one of the highlights in Santorini as it has a partial caldera view. It was similar to staying in a relatives home that has such care to ensure your stay is memorable and we couldn’t thank them enough! Thanks for having us.

I loved my stay. The bed was very comfortable and every amenity I could need was there - including some complementary food and drinks. The views are stunning and there’s a shared hot tub overlooking the water. The hotel was also very accommodating to my travel schedule. I also loved the location - just a quick walk into town with a couple of markets and bus stop right there. I could go on and on — thanks for a wonderful stay, I hope to be back.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and can not recommend it more. We had a full rooftop to our self with a private jacuzzi and the best views of the sunset. When we arrived, our fridge was fully stocked and we had a card and bottle of wine waiting for us to congratulate us. Nikoleta continuously checked in to make sure our stay was great. This hotel sits in the best part of Oia because you still have the most amazing views but it’s quiet and you’re away from the crowds. It is a 5 minute walk to the heart and center of Oia. An added bonus is this hotel also helps set up transfers to the airport and to the port which makes your trip even simpler. Photo attached was our view for our very massive rooftop

I'll start with saying we booked the room with a sea view and stayed in room 5 and had a breath taking view from our patio of the caldera, sunset and even the other side of the island. The room was very large and cleaned daily with fresh towels and the fridge was stocked with food items and a welcome gift of wine. The staff here are amazing and so nice and helpful. Upon arrival they helped us to our room and provided us with a local bus schedule for the island and a map of things to do. The hotel is in a great location and the patio right along the caldera view cliff you can use for evening sunsets is amazing. It's close enough to the heart of Oia to walk the everything but far enough away from the center that you aren't absolutely surrounded by noise and a ton of people. Car and atv rental place right across the street was great and many great restaurants all around you. If you're looking to stay in Oia and not spend a fortune but get some of the best service around this hotel is for you.

Such a beautiful little place, the rooms are small but very nice and it’s very quiet in the suites. Just around the corner we had access to their caves sitting area which had amazing views of the sunset. Nikoleta was really friendly and a joy to chat with. If we come back to Santorini we’d stay here again.

The owners were amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Nikoleta and her husband do a great job. We had an issue with the AC and they quickly addressed the problem and fixed it. Very informative when we arrived. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a rental location as well. Also, a small market right by there as well. Nice private hot tub and pool. Great view ans huge balcony area.

We had a wonderful stay in Aspa Villas. From the day I booked a room to the time we left, every questions I have, have been answered pretty quickly by Nikoleta. I booked the superior room with terrace, and it didn’t disappointed. From our terrace, we have a nice view of Oia and the caldera. And going to where the actions are, it’s an easy walk, The room gets cleaned and towels get changed everyday. They provided some food, coffee and a bottle of wine, which is greatly appreciated. Especially the wine, we enjoyed it a lot while enjoying our time in the terrace. Also, Nikoleta helped us sort out our volcano tour pick up. At checkout, we have another surprise from Nikoleta and her husband, giving us a nice souvenir that will definitely add as reminder of our lovely time in Santorini. Thanks Nikoleta! I appreciate your hospitality and generosity. And it’s the little surprises you gave us that made our stay in your villa, extra special. The room was beautiful and clean with stairs going to an upper deck that housed an amazing view and our own hot tub. Do watch that it can get windy and you might lose a towel LOL. But luckily they have clothes pins on the drying rack. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked pretty inviting. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and in fact we had to turn it off at one point it was so good! The common area for the hotel is absolutely spectacular with amazing views further into Oia. I don't think I have seen a more beautiful sunset in my life from our vantage point. It was so easy to walk into the centre of town, and also a good spot if you want to walk the trail from Oia to Fira. Right across the street is where you can not only book your transfer back to the port but also where you can rent a car or as we did a scooter. €30 for 24 hours is an amazing price even though we didn't need it for the whole 24 hours! And the rates per night were fantastic. You get amazing views and a beautiful hotel and you are steps away from central Oia without Oia's prices. And across the street, Anemomilos restaurant, has unbelievable food for incredible prices. Highly recommend ASPA Villas!! Efcharisto!

Ms. Nikoleta ad her staff were really hospitable and really helpful everytime we have a question for them. the place was really nice as it is convenient and walkable to all the the tourist spots in Oia. it is also close to restaurants, convenient stores, and free parking spots/area. the room was always clean every time we get back from exploring the area. we would definitely comeback and stay here if we visit Santorini again.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and can not recommend it more. We had a full rooftop to our self with a private jacuzzi and the best views of the sunset. When we arrived, our fridge was fully stocked and we had a card and bottle of wine waiting for us to congratulate us. Nikoleta continuously checked in to make sure our stay was great. This hotel sits in the best part of Oia because you still have the most amazing views but it’s quiet and you’re away from the crowds. It is a 5 minute walk to the heart and center of Oia. An added bonus is this hotel also helps set up transfers to the airport and to the port which makes your trip even simpler. Photo attached was our view for our very massive rooftop

The staff were very friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were given a cold drink & a spa pool and shade with amazing views; to relax in while they prepared our room, which we then had access to 2 hours early. The rooms were spacious and immaculate with food and water in the fridge for us and a complimentary bottle of wine. The views from the Caves & Terrace were beautiful, as was the sunset. It was very quiet. Overall a great place to relax, with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Loved it at Aspa Villas and would stay again! 🙂

Nikoleta was a gracious host and tried hard to make sure all was right with our stay. We liked the refrigerator stocked with bread, ham and cheese, as well as the commentary coffee and tea. Our patio had a jacuzzi and good view of the town. A/C was effective. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Aspa Villas. From the day I booked a room to the time we left, every questions I have, have been answered pretty quickly by Nikoleta. I booked the superior room with terrace, and it didn’t disappointed. From our terrace, we have a nice view of Oia and the caldera. And going to where the actions are, it’s an easy walk, The room gets cleaned and towels get changed everyday. They provided some food, coffee and a bottle of wine, which is greatly appreciated. Especially the wine, we enjoyed it a lot while enjoying our time in the terrace. Also, Nikoleta helped us sort out our volcano tour pick up. At checkout, we have another surprise from Nikoleta and her husband, giving us a nice souvenir that will definitely add as reminder of our lovely time in Santorini. Thanks Nikoleta! Comme tout le monde ici on espère toujours que la description et les photos seront a la hauteur du réel. Et bien c'est plus que le cas a aspa villas. Nous avions choisi la chambre supérieur avec jacuzzi et qu'elle agréable surprise ! Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche soir a environ minuit, nous avions eu en amont toutes les instructions très claires avec même une petite vidéo explicative très bien faite pour récupérer notre clés et mettre en route le jacuzzi. En arrivant une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendez, dans le frigo une bouteille d'eau fraîche, du jus d'orange, un gâteau quatre quart, du pain de mie et des tranches de poulet, autant de doses de café de sucre et de thé nécessaire même pour plusieurs petit déjeuner, quel agréable surprise le temps de s'organiser et faire les courses. L'appartement était nickel, bien équipé, choix de cafetière filtre ou Nespresso. Frigo, micro onde, vaisselle, clim, gel douche et plusieurs serviettes, peignoir et chausson. Après une bonne nuit dans un bon lit découverte du toit terrasse ! Très grande terrasse avec vue sur le village d'oia, une vue extraordinaire sur la caldeira et le coucher de soleil, la vue mer est a plus de 180 degrés. L'équipe d'aspa villa est formidable et aux petits soins et réactive. Nous aurions pu avoir le ménage le changement de draps et des serviettes tous les jours si nous l'avions souhaité. Pour se garer aucun soucis. Bref un séjour en amoureux inoubliable ! Merci aspa villa et son équipe !

First of all, Nikoleta was amazing!! She kept us well informed before we left Canada and all the way through leading up to our arrival. Gave us great information on things to do around the entire Island and good places to go and eat. Efcharisto poly!!!
