We were expecting a hot tub on the property as per pictures found on a google search but the hot tub was closed and apparently has been for two years.. after talking to the manager he explained why and said they were investigating replacing the broken one with two smaller ones in the future.

TV turned on but could not use the remote. It was very loud in the hotel and outside the hotel until midnight. Parking stated $20 a night on reservation but was $32 per night.

Room was great, clean, and well equipped. The kitchen came with cookware and dishware so we were able to save a lot on food by making a Costco run before checking in and cooking our own food. Big fridge, dishwasher, and full laundry with soap provided for both. Building itself is dated and needs renovations but the room was fine. Parking was confusing at first but you’ll get the hang of it. Would recommend and stay again.

We did get a really good deal with softened the blow of a mid hotel. No major complaints, the hot tub didn’t work and half of the elevators were out of order. Also the parking is not included and was a bit of a walk due to the elevators not working. Would be more annoyed if we had spent more on the stay.

Check in was seamless, and the person working the desk was friendly and gave great directions to the parking garage. The parking was expensive so be mindful, $32 per night, but it was secure behind a gate opened by our room card. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel was located right in the village so we were able to walk everywhere.

The location is the best part about this property. Right in the middle of the Whistler Village stroll boulevard, hence quiet as well as convenient. Their spa was broken when we visited. The rooms were ok. We had a deluxe queen room with a Murphy bed, which was hard to sleep on, but I guess manageable for a few nights. A fully equipped kitchen was a bonus as we could carry takeouts, heat in the microwave or oven, & even cook early morning or late night meals. Building access through side doors (not connected to front desk lobby) & that too different ones for different times was odd & confusing. The elevator wait times during peak hours were brutal at times. The room is very compact & with a place air conditioner at one end, it makes it even tighter. I guess it was worth the price we paid, and I would recommend it as a budget option to family and friends.

We only stayed there for 2 nights. The spa was closed "due to COVID 19" but apparently had been for months. The power was to be out from 6-7am but still wasn't back by 9am.

Good value for the price, excellent location, convenient parking and bike storage. The downfall, the toilets were installed for midgets and the buttons on the elevator are very worn out and hard to read.

The front desk staff was friendly and explained everything well. The unit was outdated, but decent to sleep in. The bathroom smelled a little moldy, but worked fine. Some of the dishes were dirty in the cupboard, so I washed all the dishes that we were going to use, before we used them. It was a decent room for a couple nights when all we were doing was sleeping and eating breakfast there. The price was good for what we got.

Easy and straightforward check-in. Paid underground parking below. Great location and friendly front desk staff. The bathroom was dated, poorly kept and smelled like urine. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed and there was garbage under the furniture. It is very loud; you can hear the guests conversation in the rooms on either side (and everything else they are doing in their room) and everyone in the hallway.

It was quiet and located at the centre village, with safe and easy parking options. The unit was not properly cleaned, with crumpled pieces of toilet paper on other small bits on the bathroom floor (an eating for example...). The carpet looked past its expiry date, and was not clean (we found Doritos chips under the bed and side table. Overall, for the cost, it was way below expectations. It was too late in the evening to go back to the reception, so we cleaned the place ourselves, but when I let the reception know in the morning, they didn't seem to care much. I wouldn't recommend.

Very conveniently located, very kind and helpful staff, clear information, clean room. Our particular room had a set of sheets with a tear, and had a pair of bunk beds that were questionably installed in a bedroom in a manner that prevented the door from opening/closing correctly...

I like that we had kitchen and laundry for our room with complementary detergent. Wished there was a variety of kitchen utensils and dishware (e.g. scissors, spatulas, deeper bowls, etc.) The cleanliness of the room wasn't too bad but it could be more thorough, we found someone's old makeup compact lying nearby a chair and the frame of the murphy bed looked like it has seen better days. Otherwise it was very comfortable in Room 507!

The window opens only a few inches and the air conditioner is needed even in April. However the air conditioner is exceptionally loud. One cannot have a conversation or even think clearly with that running.

we needed two beds so we took the queen bed and murphy bed option, mistake. the queen mattress was not great and the murphy bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable. Poor air conditioner, it was the afterthought plug in type of unit. there was ununiform room cooling and the fan was in disrepair and wonky and very loud. our room was above a public walkway that seemed to be the area of a late night gathering spot featuring loud colorful language.

I have stayed at the property a few times and generally have a good experience and find the value for money good. The location is excellent and the staff are always very friendly. While unit I have stayed in in the past have been quite bright and have had a washer/dryer ensuite, this unit was smaller and quite dark with no view and no washer/dryer. A couple of other things were not a big deal, but could be improved: a wobbly hinge on the door below the sink; a can opener that was bent and did not work. So the staff are exce;llent and the experience was not bad and the price was also reasonable, but this unit left a little to be desired.

Hotel was in great location in the village with easy access to everything. Room though was very noisy if window was kept open due to it opening on the main road. Room and bathroom was neat. Some blind tiles were missing. The aircon stopped working late at night and we had no manual to check the error message. It was very late thus we didn’t want to call for maintenance. It was a very hot night in the room. Other all it was worth the price.

The room was huge, with a kitchen area. The washing machine & tumble dryer were useful as were on a road trip. The hotel is centrally located for the village. The big downside was the noise. We were on floor 5 which overlooked the village. The shrieking and yelling coming from the bars/restaurants kept us awake until gone 2am each night. And that was with ear plugs.

We stayed at Whistler Peak Lodge for three nights and had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. The staff were welcoming and made early check-in easy, which was a huge help. Check-out was just as smooth, and they even offered luggage storage if we needed it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village with everything within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back.

Not the best experience. I requested a few items that weren't delivered to the room, I was leaving the following day so I didn't bother reminding them. The facilities are quite old and some parts are broken (such as toilet tanks). I do have to admit, they have extremely comfy beds and the location is 10/10. Staff is also quite friendly :)

Poor service from the management. Tried to change a date and it took 4 one hour calls before it was handled. The call center is somewhere in South America and customer service is poor. The lady at the reception was not friendly.

I do not recommend staying at Whistler Peak Lodge. From the first night, our experience was unacceptable. The fire alarm went off at 4 a.m. with no explanation. After waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes with no staff present, an employee eventually arrived, entered our room, and stood on our bed with his shoes to unplug the alarm. Later, maintenance came to replace the alarm but left a large mess of dust on our bed. Housekeeping was asked to clean it, but the door was left improperly latched, and as a result, my wallet was stolen from the room. We immediately requested a refund, but five days later we are still being told “it’s being dealt with.” Each day we are promised answers “tomorrow,” but nothing has been resolved. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Between the lack of professionalism, security issues, and refusal to take accountability, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

The property is pretty close to the Whisler Gondola and it is nice and clean. The only problem is that there is a pizza place just outside open unitl 2:30 am on Saturday night and it was loud. Couldn't sleep for the noise. You should bring ear plugs. Otherwise the location and property was very nice

Great location for activities in Whistler - was there for mountain biking. Could see the lifts from my room. Room was well appointed. Bike storage was full and had difficulties accessing the garage facility, but I would definitely stay there again.
