Jacuzzi was very cloudy the pool was way too low with water. They had golf tournaments so we couldn’t golf whole reason I went there. They had a wedding and the guest were up loud and partying in different guest rooms till 3am every night. They charged us 50 dollars a night for resort fees and wasn’t allowed enjoy anything they offered. I guess I paid 50 a night to park my car. Very disappointed.

The stay was fine. It seems ridiculous to get charged for parking when it has a huge lot and it is not downtown or somewhere with limited parking. I would of chosen a different hotel if I would of realized.

We stayed at the hotel since it was hosting a conference we attended. The bar and restaurant were convenient. The room was comfortable. A few little things were noticed: the USB plug was broken, and there was a little mold in the shower. The hot tub was a little murky, but I still got in it.

Beautiful area near the golf course. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I used the work out facility and it was well equipped for a basic workout. Really enjoyed the coffees shop downstairs. The facility is a bit dated but in good condition.

The hotel was quiet and the staff was very nice. They could improve on their cleanliness. The coffee maker was unusable because of the dirtiness. The games in the game room had missing pieces. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. Spa and pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing.

The Good: property was amazing and soo beautiful staff was soo nice and welcoming. The place was excellent bathroom, room, well stocked and you could tell it was very clean! The room was soo nice and very well kept. The meh: The elevators were not the greatest they kept breaking or freaking out and I knowww I sound like a Karen but under the bed was terrible there was bottles and drink caps.( only know because I drop something under there)

The room was okay, but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Hairs on the counter, toilet and floor and something in the sink. The front desk service was wonderful. The gentleman checking us in and out were so pleasant and polite. The main bar and grill was closed and only option for dinner was Breckenridge brewery, which was fine, except the service was terrible. Our waitress rarely returned and if she walked by she wouldn’t acknowledge us so we could ask for anything. Food took a very long time for a couple burgers. Once the food finally came it was clear it had been sitting ready under the heater for some time, plates burning hot, sauces had a layer of film and burgers dried out. Definitely not worth the price of the meal and unlike any experience we’ve had at the Littleton location.

The hotel is infested with ants. When we brought this to the hotel’s attention there solution was to move us to a downgraded room on the same ant infested floor. Management needs to be retrained on customer service. I would be mortified if a couple on their honeymoon woke up to ants crawling on them and didn’t comp them for the majority of their trip. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be reaching out to Hilton corporate to escalate this.

Wow not sure where to start but our reservations was messed up from the beginning. And they were accommadating but then tried to charge me an extra $234, which I spent 30 mins talking to a manger of what happened and how my son almost missed prom altogether as it took 1.5 hours to get checked in. We bought the breakfast to go with our stay. Breakfast staff did not come and greet us, and they didn’t have any food out (pastries) or explain the options to us. Not impressed with the breakfast as it wasn’t good. If McDonald’s serves a better breakfast with a smile on their face and you would rather go there then there is something wrong with this hotel. Not to mention the hot tub and pool were filthy. I haven’t been in maybe 8 years to the Inverness but I remember the pool and hot tub being outstanding and the temp had to be 105-106, as no one could seem to get in for more than a couple mins, and it was gross (hair and filth around the inside part of the hot tub). Didn’t make it inviting. Oh and my most favorite part after requesting a later check out since it took us so long to even get in the room…was the maid banging on our door at 10am over and over (even with the do not disturb sign on). Awesome thanks! Glad we waited time here. Not sure we will ever go back.

Went for a night for our anniversary because of weather being too bad to drive up to the hills. I don\'t know any other word to use for this place but "corporate." It\'s not a romantic place. Everything else was great, including the view of the snow-covered golf course, and the food was good. Service outstanding. Just not a great choice for a couples thing. I\'d definitely stay here again for some other occasion or golfing, though!

The Inverness is showing its’ age from the nicked up baseboards and furniture to the king mattress with a valley on one side. Lobby music seemed to be chosen by the young male valets. Neither tranquil nor nostalgic which would have been improvements.

Nice room but the bathroom was extremely tiny. The poor lighting in the bathroom made it impossible to see to shave. The lighted makeup mirror mounted on the wall was burned out. Lastly, we were invaded by an ant infestation when we woke up. Too many issues to return.

We booked a 350 sqft king-bed room for 3 nights at this hotel via Expedia, hoping to have a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The first night we were assigned a room at a far corner, much smaller than we expected. And the shower head kept leaking water after we used it. There seemed no way to completely turn off. It spilled the water all over the floor over night, and I almost slipped when I stepped in the bathroom the next morning. We complained to the front desk, and got moved to a room right next to the elevators for the second night. This time the room is as big as we expected, and shower head is working fine. But at deep night when it's supposed to be quiet, the elevator noise becomes very very annoying when the elevators are running. We could not sleep well the whole night. We complained again to the front desk, and got moved to a much better room the third night. Far from elevator noise, and as big as we expected. Also higher floor, but not much view to speak of. We also got a $40 breakfast coupon. Also we drove an EV (Ford Mustang Mach-E), but there was no charging station on site to charge our EV when we slept. All the inconvenience, the loss of sleep, the repeated packing and unpacking when changing rooms, damaged our vacation mood. Overall it was a bad experience. We travel around a lot, but never had an experience like this. The hotel staff told us they couldn't give us comps, because the travel was booked through Expedia, a third party platform.

We were not properly checked in after standing around for 30 minutes. When we asked for the breakfast voucher they had to get a manager who was incredibly rude. She said she needed all the information for check in which should have been done the day before when we got there so not sure why we had to wait around 30 minutes. But she immediately got rude about it after I said we stood here for 30 minutes yesterday it’s not our fault it wasn’t done. For a manager to speak to your customers like that is unacceptable. Clearly the staff needs training and new management.

Everything was ok but there is a lack of service. We got checked in but the staff was very slow. We went to the restaurant for dinner and while it was not busy at all, we had to work hard to get someone/anyone to seat us. I felt like a burden honestly.

The staff was horrible and did not accommodate our request for connecting rooms. We were traveling with young kids and family and they had us in different floors. They said there was nothing they could do. I also left my necklace there and housekeeping said they couldn’t find it (stole it) - I know exactly where I left it. We have stayed there before but definitely won’t be back after this last experience.

The hotel is beautiful. A few points to consider, they have 4 elevators and only 5 floors but there was always a rather lengthy wait for the elevator going up or down. Also, they didn’t “capture” my card correctly for incidentals so they decided to call me after 9:00 pm to let me know I needed to come down and re-run the card. I went down the next morning hand the young man was very apologetic but the manager standing there was less than apologetic and didn’t seem bothered by us being inconvenienced in the least bit.

We discussed cancelling the rest of our plans and just spending all day in the hotel. It is a great place and the people were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially want to thank Jess at the valet desk for helping us troubleshoot some car issues. He really went above and beyond!

Loved our visit but were very disappointed in the Valentine dinner. The drinks had no taste and the entrees were not edible they tasted awful. The soup was good and the salad was good but $16.00 for a little salad, yikes would not eat there again

I was on a business trip for a client not too far away from this location, and chose to upgrade from a regular hotel to take advantage of the golf and resort feel. The hotel is beautiful and I highly recommend it. Having said that, it is lacking in dining options. There is a beautiful room for breakfast that is not used for dinners, and the only dining facility is also a tap room, and is very loud and boisterous. The dinner food was not up to the standards I would expect for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and quiet. We ordered coffee and breakfast from the Starbucks counter in the lobby and it’s definitely not Starbucks coffee and breakfast sandwiches. When we tried to exchange a pastry because it tasted off, the staff was very rude about it.

Staff and spa were wonderful. Nice location and amenities. The meal wasn't great at Breckenridge Brewery. Wish the other restaurant was open as well on Sunday and Monday, the only negative.
