The room was okay. But the pool and pool area where very bad. I had to clean the pool myself with the net hanging on the fence. Got this room to take my kids swimming. Looks like no one goes and checks on the pool area, cigarette butts floating in the pool. The tiles on the edges had a bunch of grime build up. I had my kids exit the pool after i felt how slimy the floor was. Outdoor furniture full of spider webs and trash all over the place. I was disappointed in the stay in all honestly.

A well-appointed room, with excellent facilities for wheelchair users. Hotel is conveniently located near I10, but we heard no freeway noise and only occasional muffled sounds from the airport, which is also quite close. Limited food selection . Bar Is available, with limited hours. Good rates for size and quality of room

The staff were really friendly and helpful! The room was clean. The bed had a thin mattress so it wasn’t too comfy after a few minutes. The hotel is a 5min drive from the airport so the staff offers a free shuttle.

I loved having a Peloton bike in the workout area and my kids enjoyed the pool. However, I would have liked a hot tub for sure. Unfortunately, the gym was very dusty/dirty. There was trash near the elevators on the floor where I room was located and it was there from the night we arrived until the next day mid-morning when we checked out.

Everything was excellent. Except .. two days they didn’t clean the room. The first day we let it slide as we got back at 5:00 and didn’t want them cleaning it at that times the next day we got back around d 4:00 and two service guys were getting ready to clean room however we were leaving the next day. That’s my only complaint . Otherwise staff very nice and hotel very good and close to activities.

It was hard to get our room cleaned. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and facial tissue and all the garbage cans were overflowing before we got help and that was after calling the front desk daily asking for help. Could have been a great experience turned out to be stressful for no reason.

Most of the staff at the facility were professional and polite. As, I proceeded to get into bed, I noticed hair all over the sheets a lot as if someone was just laying in that bed. This gave me the impression the room was dirty. Which is unacceptable and unfortunate considering, I am a customer paying full price and it’s flu and Covid season. The front desk staff member only suggested for the security guard to bring up new sheets not to switch rooms to ease our anxiety and frustration about potentially being in a dirty room.

Location was main reason why we stayed, we have stayed at the one in downtown, but this one is better for distance wise. The room was dirty undusted and there was dust all over shower, sink, and I found hairs as soon as I entered the room. It needed a dust I understand we live in Arizona but there was dust everywhere and I was sneezing all time and waking up at night to sneeze.

Staff was welcoming and helpful always. My gripe was how immensely dirty my room was. If I was staying even a day longer, I would have complained. I always come to hotels with Clorox wipes, my own pillow case and sheets but was surprised to have to pull them out so expeditiously. There was dog hair everywhere, the sheets had not been changing, bathroom was visibly dirty and to the touch- it was outrageous. Amazing staff that I believe would have nicely reassigned me a new room but I wasn’t there long enough to engage in that conversation

I feel like the property is getting run down. Carpets in the halls need to be replaced, Dirty and torn. I also noticed they dint get vacuumed each day.

Poorly built structure. You will hear and feel every step by every guest in the rooms above you so get a 4th floor room. Sheets are worn and of low quality. Really good water pressure but not enough to warrant a return visit.

The property itself was great. I would stay again. The one thing I didn’t like that upon checking in, I didn’t receive the same treatment like the other guest as far as being greeted, properly informed about the house keeping being done on the second day.

We had made a reservation months before. Upon check in, their credit card system was inoperable. Due to this issue on their part, we were told we could not check in, even though our stay was already paid for. They said our credit card was needed for incidentals. Which we did have on hand but their credit card system wasn’t functioning. We offered to pay with cash in case there were incidentals, but they refused to work with us, even though this was not our fault. This was total incompetence from a Hotel as big as a Hilton. For this reason I will no longer be booking with Hilton Hotels.

I had a fully pre-paid reservation and when I showed up to check in I was told that they were over booked and had no room available for me. (i did not even attempt to check in late) I asked what I was supposed to do and was told it was not their problem. I was never offered any assistance with finding other accommodations and was not even offered an apology for the inconvenience. Terrible way to treat to people.

Overall the location and condition of the hotel is very good. What I do not like: 1) No one cleaned the room in the day, we had a couple of nights of stay 2) The breakfast place is manned by one single person it seams. More often than not, all coffee pots are empty. The hot water is just luke warm. They run out plates, we have to use the disposables that are meant for take-aways. Hotel should pay special attention to this area.

I really like this chain. My only issues at this location were the friendliness of the lady who checked me in and a gross spot of whatever on the sink in the bathroom. Everything else was spotless, the linens were bright white and smelled fresh. If I went to Tucson again I would definitely go back. Breakfast was great as usual.

There are hairs in the shower room when I check in the hotel. I asked for change the room and I found hairs in the sheets. They don’t change sheets even customers check out the hotel. Breakfast is terrible, they only provide reheated frozen food.
