a nice hotel with good amenities, due to being attached to Illani Casino with lots of food choices and entertainment. The worst thing about staying here was the hotel guest parking, its location is inconvenient and very limited spots, unless you wanna pay for valet parking.

The hotel is nice enough. Pool was great. Parkling situation was very poor for hotel guests. Zero parking near the hotel and not a easy way to get from the very distant parking garage to the hotel portion of the resort.

Parking is not convenient for the hotel u less you use the valet. So keep that in mind. Rooms were small, but clean and comfortable.

This hotel is still pretty new so everything is super fresh still. However, our room had streaks on the mirrors, a stain on the wall, and crumbs and stuff on the floors by the beds which is interesting for how clean everything else was. Overall, the price was a bit high but we did enjoy our stay. Loved how friendly the staff was and that you can walk directly to the casino through a convenient hallway. Will probably visit again after recouping our losses at the casino haha.

This is a beautiful, well equipped, clean and well designed casino and hotel. The room was beautiful, the staff were kind and polite, and the swimming pool area has an adults only swim time between 10 PM and 12 PM which we really appreciated. I will come back and stay here again.

Great hotel and fun place but we had an air conditioning issue in the middle of the night where it started making loud noises and we had to call for maintenance twice and got little sleep. The hotel removed the resort fee and gave us a $50 credit for next visit. Our room was about $400 but they did all they could do because we booked 3rd party. Food service was terrible. Unfriendly staff at pizza place and at the noodle house we got completely ignored for 20 min waiting to place a to go order since nothing else was open in food court. They had a lineup and never acknowledged any of us. There were tables open for those who wanted to dine in but nobody got seated. We left and ate chips we brought. Starbucks was open for grab n go food but we wanted a hot meal at no coffee at midnight. Hotel staff is great though. Very friendly and helpful.

We flew in to visit our new grandbaby, our first granddaughter was born and only lives 3 miles down the way which made it fantastic to stay at Ilani!! The room was great, lacks a dresser which kind of was a bummer but 2 drawers are provided in the closet, too small for my clothes but sufficed my hubby. If they ask you either you prefer an upper floor or lower get upper. The 3rd floor view of a roof was a bummer. Also the first day the pool was under maintenance, the second day it was freezing cold (temp outside was 95° so some would enjoy a cold plunge) and we had an issue at the hot tub, the jets were releasing boiling hot water that burned my calves (though the next day they were good), we didn't enjoy the pool spacious and lavish indoor pool area this trip, maybe next time things will be in order On the plus side..... The bed was fantastic, the food was heaven sent, the slots were loose and the customer service from every single associate was top notch!

The light under the nightstand is horrible. It’s great to have a light that comes on when you get out of bed at night but the light went on without any movement out of the bed. Kind of disrupted sleep.

We arrived to the hotel after hours of driving only to be advised that they had no reservation in our name and that there was nothing they could do. We explained to the young man at the counter that we had made the reservation days ago and he again stated he had no reservation. We explained that we had been driving most of the day and we asked if he had any available rooms. He stated he had plenty of rooms and then said that "THEY WILL BE PRICEY" and then he laughed. He stated if would be about $$$$$ for the night. Since we had booked thru Expedia for $$$$$ a night, we thought since he quoted an amount that was more than twice the Expedia booking that it was outrageous. We thus decided to take our luggage back to the car and drive the additional miles back to Seattle.

The hotel is beautiful but the best part of our stay was the customer service! (I wish I had thought to write down names of the individuals who helped us so I could give them a direct shout out but unfortunately I cannot currently conjure them up from memory!). It has been a long time since I’ve been anywhere with such consistent, friendly, kind customer service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself was great. Calm & quiet. However, almost every staff member we were in contact with either was rude or had an attitude. The only kind people we spoke to were the employees at the Michael Jordan Steakhouse (which was beyond fabulous). The hotel was a good experience, but the staff made it less then average. You could tell who they chose to help & who not to care much about.

The hotel, overall, is an excellent place to stay. Nice and new, rooms are good sized and very clean throughout the property. The cafe in the lobby is excellent, with great coffee and baked goods. The only issue we encountered was that when we requested bell service at check out, no one came up to get our bags - at the hotel you cannot borrow the bag carts, so if you have a lot of bags you need to have bell service. I ended up taking our bags down in multiple trips - no big deal, but thought I should mention this.

First I will say that the resort is beautiful the rooms are amazing. The staff at the front desk were rude and made checking in very inconvenient. I appreciate security however i do not appreciate their sense of "I'm security and I'm watching you" attitude it was strange and uncomfortable. The restaurant we ate at had the worst food. It was terrible but the cocktails were delicious.

Beautiful hotel. Smooth check in and able to check in early. Friendly and accommodating staff. Bella Vista restaurant was tasty with attentive service as well. We disappointed Line and Lure the seafood restaurant is not open on Mondays, but our dinner was excellent at Bella Vista and views lovely from the top floor of the hotel. Would definitely stay again with the great Hotel.com rate I found.
