Unfriendly and slow staff. Empty mini bar with no water provided in the room. Expensive parking. Clean, modern and cozy room.

Well Maintained hotel. Great location, pay for the castle view room it is worth it for such a unique and close view. Breakfast was amazing. The parking situation is a nightmare. As directed we emailed them to get it set up in advance. They sent instructions with photos but it was still tricky to manage (and we were not the only ones). Strange procedure with check out. You give them your room keys and they will walk you to the elevator to let you down to the garage to get your car. Parking was just overly complicated.
