After booking online, we checked into the property to learn the pool was not going to be available. We then tried the fitness room, where a mirrored wall was cracked. My two year old son cut his foot on small shards from the mirror. Im very dis pleased with this property and our experience.

1. They don’t have coffee or tea in the room they do have coffee in the lobby but the machine is broke most of the time, also the coffee is so watered down and no setting adjustments. 2 my hand soap holder was broken for 7 days and no one cared to replace it even though I informed the receptionist. 3. cockroaches in bed I found one and it’s disgusting also room service come late most of the time and I get from work at 5pm and my room still not cleaned . 4. Noises from other rooms specially when opening doors and closing the. 5. I saw someone under my Lexus at 2 am , though they have security and I did see them but I am not sure the security can handle the size of the parking lot.

It was a great stay. All summer I have business trip every weekend and this was first one that met me with a smile at check-in, it was refreshing. The pool was clean and the room was pristine. The 24/7 coffee was great and the breakfast was fantastic. Can’t say a bad thing about it. Great!!!!

Our room was excellent. So spacious and a big bathroom and large areas to place our belongings. Our bed was very comfortable. We were able to work out in the fitness center and it was perfect. The entire place was spotless, modern and staff was very friendly.

Overall the hotel has a lot of potential. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was a nice assortment of options. The self serve coffee bar was awesome. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues. I was locked out of my room and had to come down about 5 times before someone realized the lock needed new batteries. Because of this, the maid couldn't get into our room to clean (after she missed cleaning our room the day before also). The maids should be informed of the signs that the lock battery needs to be changed to prevent this issue. Also, a big group of cheerleading families let their children run wild in the hotel, to the point that certain areas were locked up because they were destroying things. This prevented us from getting into the gym and other areas. It was frustrating to lose out on using parts of the hotel because of bad characters.

Oh WOW!!! I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool, and I’m so happy I did! My two children had the time of their lives in the pool. The hotel staff were great, everyone was nice!! The room was clean and spacious…everything felt new!! Book here

Great location! Was only a few minutes from where we wanted to go. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Very quiet area. Felt very safe. Lots of parking available. Extremely nice and friendly staff, that was helpful when we asked for anything.

Overall I liked this property. It appears to be fairly new. The staff is very friendly and we had a easy check in. For the most part our room was clean. It just looks like the cleaning staff may have forgotten to vacuum our room after the previous guests and one of our clean towels had a pubic hair in it. I think I’ll start bringing my own towels on hotels stays now. I never thought about that before.

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly! It was a great stay. Breakfast had lots of options, as well. Only thing is bathtub is VERY slippery but they do have a tub mat rolled up and clean for guest to use.

Over all Holiday Inn and room was nice and clean. But the walls / floors were almost paper thin! We keep hearing walking & running and talking noises coming from the floor above us throughout the night! Keeping us up most of the night. We called & reported to the Front Desk, the noise volume eventually turned down. Hotel Front desk only gave a short canned explanation “the people above you checked out today”! Brush off (?) Nothing more offer to us to make up for our noisy staying experience! Review Delay is due to overseas trip!

The room was really clean and spacious the one thing that I was having trouble with was the internet and using the tv that’s there it took a long time to turn on it was buffering a lot but it worked fine after it turned it on a off a couple times. I only wish they had free water available because I was coming for a concert and the first thing I need was water but they just have ice machines so I just chewed on some ice cubes instead of buying the $4 water bottles

The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and our beds were comfy. The breakfast was average, nothing fancy. Our only complaint was the noise. We could hear the people above us running around at all hours of the day, which was pretty annoying. Other than that, we had a good stay.

There was no issue with the property, but there was a lot of noise/floor-thumping at 2 o'clock in the morning that woke me up, and lasted for over an hour. It literally like someone running around the room.

Asked extra fees for 45 min early checking , strange. Front desk & higher management very rude, any thing we asked or requested they feel we are yelling or raising the voice. Couple of occasions it is happened. The conference room is booked some how some issues regarding the confirmation, the manager was so angry shouting over the phone to pack and vacate immediately since someone already booked that one.so we immediately transferred to 10 little girls from the conference room to other facilities outside Terrible

Our last night in TX Beryl hit and we watched transformers on the hwy crack and lose power. It was becoming close to check out time and it was still storming. Manager allowed us a very late check out. He wasnt sure at first but Im sure he realized that with no power he couldnt check anyone in or out. We managed to get a flight out (first and last plane out since it hit) so we didnt need to stay the extra day we thought we had to. I don’t remember his name but thank you for not throwing us out into the mess! And I hope you and the rest of the guests are safe. 🙏🙏

Came into town for my daughter’s college visit and it just happed to be her 18th birthday weekend. I wanted to make it special as possible so I called ahead and asked if the room could be decorated for her. Meg said that the hotel usually didnt do things like that but if i had the decor delivered she would make sure it was decorated for me. Meg came into work early and went above and beyond when she didnt have to. My daughter was so surprised and grateful.

I find that the entrance to the hotel while driving the car. It’s a bit sore. It’s very easy to get pulled into the next-door neighbor. It should’ve been the access way more accessible or more directed pointing towards the hotel. Other than that the hotel renovation in Memphis are amazing. Great job guys.

Nice and clean-ish. Lobby smelled wonderful. Hotel room floor smelled sour and the room smelled like it needed to be aired out. Guests above us made so much noise all throughout the night despite the front desk calling repeatedly. The breakfast was nice but did not have any vegan options. Overall stay was good for the one night we were there.

This hotel has excellent customer service and always asked how our visit was going? Extra Towels easily accessible at front desk. This facility was clean and fresh. Minor flaws but repairable wall paper loose, discoloration or a stain in bathroom wallpaper. You can tell it was cleaned but permanent discoloration. Noticeable tile repair. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options to get your day started. I would stay here again for future visits.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and attractive. The breakfast hours was posted as 6:30 am until 10:00 am. It did not open unti 7:15am. The eggs were not ready until about 7:45am. Too late to have them for breakfast due to business commitments. Rest of food was excellent and dining area very well laid out and attractive and clean. Hotel Staff was very cordial and friendly. Overall, a good stay!
