We had the penthouse suite and it was amazing. The view is incredible and the suite is large with a big balcony accessible from both the master bedroom and the sitting room. The second bedroom was on the smaller side. The only odd thing was only a standing shower in the master but a great larger bathroom for the second bedroom. The place is well maintained and clean (other than the balcony which was a bit rough but the view made up for it). Breakfast was good and again the view from the restaurant was great. Parking is on site both outside and in a garage for a nominal fee. Paradiso train station is a 5 min walk (but up and down quite a few stairs). Most places were an easy walk so the location is great. Just keep in mind it is hilly so short walks can be tiring. Front desk was very helpful and helped plan things to do around the area. Great stay!

My Family and I came to stay in July. The hotel was very clean, and safe. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Came with two small children, so the indoor pool was attractive for them, however, exciting is an outdoor pool. Will utilize their spa and gym facilities, which were also good. Downside to the gym, is that there is no central air, therefore can get very stuffy running on the treadmill. No water is provided at the gym. Overall pleasant day.

Quiet property at a good location. The rooms were very nice; we had one with a balcony overlooking the lake. The cigar bar at the hotel was excellent, good selection of cigars and the bartenders made great drinks.

The hotel is very chopped up. No map or explanation is given about the hotel. I did not see a outdoor area or outdoor pool, no place to get sun. Views are obscured by the rooflines and off to the side unless on a top floor. First room was dark & dungeon like on the entry level floor. I am a Hotels.com Gold member. The gym is TERRIBLE! Appalling gym this day & age. No foam rollers, no Bosu, no TRX, no incremental light weights for women etc. Restaurant is nice but twice in three nights I had an upset stomach and I never get upset stomach. I believe the ingredients are low quality...Other than that the rooms were fine & clean. Staff was friendly... Elevator under repair at check-out time.

Super friendly staff and a fantastic location with just a short walk to town or the train station. Great views of the lake and easy on-site parking. The property and decor are a bit dated but in excellent condition and very clean, and the pool is indoor only and not that appealing in the summertime.

Very nice hotel. The view from our room was incredible and the room was very large and nice. Essentially an apartment. The hotel has a couple of restaurants we did not make it to and a cool bar with a great view. There is a train station pretty close by, but you do need to go up and down a big hill to get to anything if walking.

Lugano is a beautiful place and this hotel was in a gorgeous location perched on a hill. The staff were helpful with directions to and from sights. The room itself was nice and spacious and felt clean. It was not cheap but the again most things in Switzerland are not cheap. The only disappointment was the toilet seat in the bathroom was an improper fit- it was too small for the bowl and was not stable. The pool was nice but small- would’ve been nicer if it was outdoors in the glass sliding doors were kept open during the day as the weather was so beautiful. Our stay in Lugano was pleasant and we had a lovely time there.

We were visiting places that Avatar Meher Baba visited inn Switzerland. Suitenhotel Parco Paradiso hotel is very reasonable and clean, with extremely efficient staff. We were very impressed by their staff's ability to communicate. I didn't need to use my Creole of French and Spanglish. What really impressed us was the hotel's arrangement with Swiss trains. Staff gave us tickets with QR codes such that we rode free anywhere in the Kanton. Laundry service was also efficient. And the train station us a five-minute walk!

After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay. Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!

Bien dans l'ensemble mais dans le lavabo, l'eau ne s'evacuait pas, PB technique signalé à la réception mais non résolu . D'autre part,le mitigeur de la douche ne fonctionne pas correctement et le sèche cheveux ne souffle que de l'air froid. Mon épouse s'est résolue à descendre au restaurant les cheveux mouillés.

Hotel is ok, not sure it’s worth 4 stars, rooms and common areas are a bit dated, room size is good, pool area just ok, with very uncomfortable loungers. Location is close to Lugano but not in. They charge extra for use of the kitchenette in the room, had never seen that before.

Das Hotel war schön, aber das Zimmer überhaupt nicht. Auf dem Bildern sieht das Zimmer schöner aus, als es ist. Wir hatten ein Garten Zimmer versprochen mit Seeblick aber wir hatten eine niedrige Gebäude vor dem Garten und haben den See nicht gesehe. Wir haben Abends mit einem Getränk keinen Seeblock genossen, es war nicht so schön.
Das Hotel war schön, aber das Zimmer überhaupt nicht. Auf dem Bildern sieht das Zimmer schöner aus, als es ist. Wir hatten ein Garten Zimmer versprochen mit Seeblick aber wir hatten eine niedrige Gebäude vor dem Garten und haben den See nicht gesehe. We had the penthouse suite and it was amazing. The view is incredible and the suite is large with a big balcony accessible from both the master bedroom and the sitting room. The second bedroom was on the smaller side. The only odd thing was only a standing shower in the master but a great larger bathroom for the second bedroom. The place is well maintained and clean (other than the balcony which was a bit rough but the view made up for it). Breakfast was good and again the view from the restaurant was great. Parking is on site both outside and in a garage for a nominal fee. Paradiso train station is a 5 min walk (but up and down quite a few stairs). Most places were an easy walk so the location is great. Just keep in mind it is hilly so short walks can be tiring. Front desk was very helpful and helped plan things to do around the area. Great stay!

After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay. Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!

Wir hatten eine Suite mit einer schönen Aussicht. Einzig was uns nicht gefallen hat waren die Teppiche überall im Hotel und Zimmer und, dass es sehr kalt im Zimmer war. Es gab zwar eine Klimaanlage wi man heizen konnte, aber ins Schlafzimmer konnte aufgrund der Position der Anlage die Heisse luft nicht reichen. Frühstück war vollkommen ok, nur muss man die Blicke des Servicepersonals suchen um Kaffee zu bestellen.

Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como.

Very nice hotel. The view from our room was incredible and the room was very large and nice. Essentially an apartment. The hotel has a couple of restaurants we did not make it to and a cool bar with a great view. There is a train station pretty close by, but you do need to go up and down a big hill to get to anything if walking.

We were visiting places that Avatar Meher Baba visited inn Switzerland. Suitenhotel Parco Paradiso hotel is very reasonable and clean, with extremely efficient staff. We were very impressed by their staff's ability to communicate. I didn't need to use my Creole of French and Spanglish. What really impressed us was the hotel's arrangement with Swiss trains. Staff gave us tickets with QR codes such that we rode free anywhere in the Kanton. Laundry service was also efficient. And the train station us a five-minute walk!

Hotel reception provides wrong information regarding the access to hotel , we travel by tourist bus and bus cannot access area as there is 3.5 metre bridge before we enter the hotel area and we need to use shuttle service from hotel approx 200-300 Metre away 2-3 times to transfer luggage and guests and also reception said they spent 2 hours with us as we have to pay 150 chf non receipt from local police and 150 chf from hotel for such a time spending with our group We stayed 6 rooms minimum spending 1600 Chf for 1 night- such a great hospitality service - never experienced and it costs a lot

Ich bin in den letzten Wochen regelmässig Kunde. Leider lässt immer mehr die Küche nach. Kein Vergleich Cäsar Salat oder Clubsandwich. Noch im August Top Qualität jetzt einfach durchschnittlich und das für Rund 50.- CHF. Sehr schade eigentlich . Personal ist super freundlich und professionell , vorallem an der Rezeption!

Beautiful location on the hillside overlooking Lugano lake. Suite was lovely and had a pull down bed in living area, not a sofa bed as described, which was a bonus. Meals and drinks in the hotel were expensive but there are other options in the nearby town. Didn't want to leave!

It’s not in the city but transit for bus and trains are very close. Highly suggest a taxi or hotel shuttle if coming in on the train, very uphill. Property is very well kept, beautiful landscape, staff is helpful and nice. Bed was comfortable and large room if you get the suite.

Die Suiten sind grosszügig angelegt; jedoch wäre eine Renovation sicherlich mal angebracht. Heisses/warmes Wasser gabs ab 21:00 Uhr abends nicht mehr. Also wenn man noch duschen wollte, wäre diese eher kühl ausgefallen. Das Restaurant war abends geschlossen. Neue Sauna super; aufgrund einer Reservationspflicht hatte man jeweils die Sauna für sich, was ich super fand.
