Stayed in a Comfort room which was perfect for our 1 night stay whilst visiting friends. Room/en suite spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and nice powerful shower. Slept well with no noise as the hotel is located on a quiet road. Room had everything we needed with coffee machine, robes/slippers, toiletries, fluffy towels plus a mini fridge, fresh milk and a welcome juice drink. We didn't use the hairdryer/steamer. Good email communication from the hotel after booking with relevant information. Tried to use the mobile key to access the building on arrival having downloaded the guest app but I didn't get the option to open the front door. So pressed the buzzer and we were let in and given a key card for our room/door access. We had intended to eat breakfast in the attached Dorothy & Marshall restaurant and wandered down Sunday morning at about 8.45am to be told they couldn't serve us as we hadn't booked. The place was empty apart from 2 occupied tables so wasn't busy. Annoying as no nearby places open to eat till much later. So it was a quick trip to Greggs to buy a couple of bacon rolls to eat back in our room with a coffee.Popped our heads into the Library which looked a cosy room if you had time to spare and use facilities for free coffee. I also picked up a couple of apples seeing as we had been unable to eat a full breakfast there. Lack of reception not an issue for us as easy checkout via email and key drop box as we left. Would definitely recommend staying here

Brama is a lux hotel but has three drawbacks. The first is a lack of a reception, meaning it’s a sort of self service hotel. The second is a lack of onsite parking, and lastly, since Dorothy & Marshall closed (onsite restaurant), you can’t have a meal or indeed breakfast during your stay. If these things bother you you’ll love it as the rooms are of a very high standard.

Everything in the hotel from start to finish was impressive. The attention to detail in every area was fantastic. The room decor and the furnishings were very tasteful and first class quality. The bed and pillows so comfortable even my hubby was impressed and that takes some doing. Tea and Coffee and water provided as you would expect but again great quality. The library was a lovely space to sit and relax and you could replenish your tea/coffee etc here and also make a coffee to take away with you. A great idea. We were visiting our daughter who lives nearby and so the hotel was in a perfect location. Right in the heart of the town yet in a quiet spot. The lack of parking was no problem for us. There are plenty of parking options nearby but Bromley itself has excellent transport links to surrounding area and into Central London. We didn't eat at the hotel but I had coffee and cake there before we checked in and the young man at the bar was so pleasant and spent some time chatting and advising me on the area. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to others. I look forward to popping in for a cocktail in the courtyard when I am next up. The one thing that was a little strange but not in a bad way was the lack of a reception desk. The app check in was great. As soon as you enter you are made to feel welcome and everything is explained to you. The eco friendly touches are also well done. It did not disappoint.

We stayed in this hotel as we live far and had a wedding to attend. I would call it a lovely boutique style hotel with shops, pubs and restaurants around but with a twist. The difference being service /reception is one woman, who is there but only if you phone her or press a button and there is no bar, reception, lounge area or restaurant. The rooms are really lovely and luxurious, it was a nice touch to be offered a selection of free juice/ fresh milk for your room. (but only if you check in online or call the lady.) What I didn't like about this hotel: (Took off 2 stars) We paid extra for a bigger room and when we arrived we received a bigger room but it was a disabled room. (Do you charge disabled people extra ?) No parking available and no mention of it anywhere. I called the reception lady before we stayed and she advised the shopping centre car park, closest exit to hotel Boots (not 24 hours) or Civic centre (10min walk away) both chargeable We found out when we arrived there is free parking on the surrounding streets after 6.30pm. Would I stay again ? Yes , if I needed to be in the area and didn't need a car and would pay for a cheaper standard room.

Our 2nd time staying here and we love it. Such lovely decor and so easy for check in and out. Not used the restaurant but have had the grab and go breakfast on our last visit. Easy to order on app and delivered to room. Ok but quite pricey at 9.50 each so this time we made other arrangements for breakfast. Fresh juice in the room on arrival is a lovely touch though. Great tea selection which we always enjoy before bed and in morning however the coffee pods are not great at all but the tea makes up for it! We will be back.

It was very nice and clean and has a beautiful library which is open 24 hours a day. The room was elegant and comfortable and had a great selection of teas.Overall 5 stars!

Amazing 26 room property with lovely rooms and wonderful staff who are super accommodating to every need. The only negative here is the hotel does not have a formal lobby so when you enter the hotel, it's as if you're entering an apartment building. You have to ask for staff to come out of their offices to assist you. Other than that, highly recommended!!!

The room was 1st class, clean Tidy and quiet yet right in the heart of Bromley. the only negative is the lack of parking (even on the street). If you have a car be prepared to walk!

No parking so you have to pay £25 per day to use the shopping mall and then find your way to hotel from there. The app to access the building was impossible to use (as someone highly tech savvy I couldn't get the app to work) so just ignore it and ring the bell at the door to get physical keys. There are almost zero hotel services (barely a lobby, no bar or restaurant) so you're paying for a room and nothing more. The rooms are clean and well maintained at least.

This is SUCH a nice hotel. I always seem to sleep very well here - maybe because the bedding is so good. And lots of rather nice, inventive teas/drinks to try! Real, fresh milk in the (silent!) fridge too. The two Bromley railway stations (Bromley North is closer) give easy access to central London, making a stay at Brama a great alternative to somewhere twice the price and half the quality. Highly recommended.

A beautiful room in a quiet setting, even if it is right in the middle of Bromley Town Centre. Very highly appointed room, comfortable bed, a welcome power shower and luxury fluffy towels! Highly recommended

I absolutely loved every moment of my stay at this hotel! The rooms were exactly as pictured—stylish, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service. The bathroom amenities were luxurious and a real treat. I only wish I could have extended my stay! I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it truly exceeded all my expectations.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, so spacious and clean! We arrived and had two smoothies waiting for us and we were asked before arriving what milk we’d like for our coffees/tea. I loved that there was a coffee machine in the room, as well as a selection of teas to have. There was also a hand written note on the desk for when we arrived too. Absolutely will stay here again!

Nice property, rooms a little small and lack of fridge to keep complimentary smoothies cool, but aside from this, nice. The food smell in the lobby can be quite intense, but overall a nice feeling and really refined short stay.

Oh my gosh, this hotel was amazing from the moment I stepped inside. The staff is so warm and friendly and willing to help. The room was so clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and clean and so comfortable. We loved chilling in the cute library (it’s more like a sitting room) and chatting. The bedding is SO COMFY! All 100% cotton sheets. It’s in a historical building. The staff gave us a tour at the end of the stay. Cant say enough good things!!!

A great hotel with style. Located in Bromley, not far from local train stations the hotel is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. I was welcomed at the door and quickly offered my keys. My hotel room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. One the of the best nights sleep due to a very comfy bed. Highly recommended.

A delightful hotel with impeccable service. You are immediately greeted at the door by a lovely gentleman named Alistair who made us feel so welcome and took our bags to the room waiting for our arrival later in the day. He was really polite and delightful. The rooms are beautifully designed and the amenities are great also. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and we even had a hand written note welcoming us which was such a nice touch. The hotel is a 10 min walk from Bromley station, so really easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay, we will certainly be visiting again and definitely recommend it to others.

Had a lovely 3night stay. Second time coming here. Staff very helpful, security is great as you need key card to enter building aswell as the lift/stairs to rooms. Rooms are very clean, lovely design, bathroom is nice too , definitely inspo worthy and also comes with toilet brush cleaner which is very handy. Next to bromley shopping centre, great transportation close. No complaints. Still yet to try the restaurant attached to hotel seems to be relatively busy and good vibe. Will be visiting again soon.

Brama is a little gem. Bromley is a useful location for access to London and the Kent countryside and while the town centre is a bit tired, the hotel is bright, well decorated, secure and comfortable. I am not a big fan of app based keys which leads to a sense no one is there, but otherwise it was a great stay

We have been staying at Brama off and on now for several weeks – it is an absolute delight a genuine boutique hotel. It opened in May 2023 and occupies a completely rebuilt section of Bromley’s heritage Town Hall it is a clever mix of the very modern and the charm of the past. The people who work here are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and everything just happens as it should without any fuss. Guest rooms (we’ve stayed in a few of them) were spotlessly clean and have an Art Deco theme with the coziest bedding and best showers that we have found anywhere. Brama is hidden away in quiet street but only a few minutes’ walk to dozens of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Buses to all over the south of London are available a hundred meters from the hotel door. Fast trains (18 mins) to London run from Bromley South station just a ten minute stroll away along a pedestrian mall. The Glades – a large modern shopping centre is a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The room rates are slightly more than the chain hotels but a fraction of what you would pay for this quality in central London. We have loved staying here and will be back next year. Bed was annoying, two beds put together that kept moving and you’d just fall down the middle 😂 but the hotel was beautiful. New, clean, friendly staff. The bar and restaurant weee absolutely incredible

Another very good, comfortable stay in this excellent hotel: thank you! My only disappointment is that the on-site restaurant has been closed down so no more cooked breakfasts unless you go out of the hotel. And, sadly, the little "caff" round the corner also seems to have closed down since my last visit so you'll have to use one of the food delivery services - or walk a bit further - if you want a full, cooked breakfast.

Couldn’t fault the room. It was extremely comfortable with a few touches over and above what you’d usually expect. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, I never made it to breakfast, it’s not available everyday and the days it is on it started far too late if you need to leave for work. There was a ‘grab and go’ option but this seemed overpriced for what it included. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby however.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, with every detail considered. We were warmly welcomed and treated like special guests throughout our stay. The rooms are not only beautifully designed, but comfortable. As soon as you turn on the shower, it's hot within seconds. There are luxurious bathrobes, a great hairdryer, and clothes steamer. The restaurant next door, Dorothy & Marshall, is equally wonderful. (For breakfast, try the Scottish salmon and eggs benedict.)

This is a very comfortable, relatively new hotel. I like it a lot and have already stayed several times. The rooms are not enormous but contain nice touches - a "welcome smoothy", real milk for the tea/coffee, an umbrella, etc.. The beds/bedding are of high quality and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is good but not actually part of the hotel. Breakfasts (very good) are available only Wednesday to Sunday ... but for Mondays and Tuesdays there's a perfectly acceptable cafe round the corner in Widmore Road. You get quite a lot of hotel for your money so this might be a cost-effective option if you're going to London and resent London hotel prices. Access is pretty straightforward from Central London with Bromley North station close by.
