The room was clean and spacious enough, considering the excellent location in the old town. The gym is a little small and the equipment is worn out. But the breakfast was quite generous. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Personalet var yderst serviceminded. Hotel pænt og rent. Vores værelser havde nye møbler og pæne badeværelser. Poolen var dejlig opvarmet og fint placeret på tagterrassen med bar. Vi havde værelser, der var rolige og uden støj fra gaden.

The property was perfectly located in the old quarter with most things easily within walking distance - and when you do get tired, just jump a grab. The only thing we didn't realize in advance is that the pool is heated - not a cool pool to use at the hot times.

Zeer prima hotel met prima kamers echter waar ramen biet van open kunnen. Niet geschikt voor.mensen slecht ter ben. Intbijt is nl trwppe lopen. Verder super aardige en behulpzame mensen.. Goede service.ook. Jammer dat ba en dus ook rooftop dan op tijd dicht gingen. Nl 22.00. In avo dwas het pas lekker daar. Super of midden in centrum.

So glad we found Hanoi Paon Hotel & Spa. The price is great & the staff go above and beyond with their excellent service. Since we were new to Vietnam, we chose to book a ride from and back to the airport through the hotel, and Ellen at the front desk made sure that we could find the driver when we landed at the airport through Expedia message and WhatsApp. Alice helped our group book a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay. Kelvin also made us feel so welcome & helped make everything so smooth for our coming and going from the hotel. The room was very clean & comfortable. There was a little mold on the ceiling in the room & bathroom, but that’s probably unavoidable with the intense humidity in Hanoi/Vietnam. The included breakfast upstairs is good and simple. You can make your own Banh Mi with the ingredients provided, or you can go to the omelette station, or choose whatever else you want from their buffet line. You can also ask the staff for Pho. Peter made sure we had all that we needed during breakfast. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Hanoi. The location is perfect in the Old Quarter - close to everything, but far enough from the party streets so it’s quiet enough for sleep/resting. Their Jasmine Spa is AMAZING! We were so relaxed after our couples massage. We felt very taken cared of and had a fantastic stay in Hanoi thanks to the staff at Hanoi Paon Hotel & Spa. Thank you so much!!

The pictures on the website make this property look nice but you can tell immediately upon arrival that the property is not very clean. Check-in was great and the staff was helpful but our room smelled bad as if people had smoked in the room previously and also the walls were dirty, water-damaged, and had mold on it. The floors were worn and also not very clean. We left the hotel shortly after check-in and went to a different hotel in the Old Quarter for less money but much nicer.

Jag kunde inte se i bokningen att det stod att det skulle vara utan fönster - så kolla noga när du bokar så du får ett bättre rum. Men rummet i sig var rent, fräscht & städades varje dag.

Great hotel in the best possible area. Staff was very friendly. The room was fresh, clean and bright. Our room Had a separate seating area and a small balcony which was nice to have, but note that not all rooms have this. We specifically rented a room that did. We had a kitchenette as well that we didn’t use but nice to have the option.

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The AC also didn’t work well, our room was brutally hot. It was colder in the hallway. We also didn’t have a window we could open because there is a sign saying don’t open it. The noise was also brutal. You could hear everything from everywhere and construction started at 630AM. Between the uncomfortable bed, the heat and all the noise I didn’t get any sleep. The staff was awesome though and that was the only saving grace to this place.

Zeer prima hotel met prima kamers echter waar ramen biet van open kunnen. Niet geschikt voor.mensen slecht ter ben. Intbijt is nl trwppe lopen. Verder super aardige en behulpzame mensen.. Goede service.ook. Jammer dat ba en dus ook rooftop dan op tijd dicht gingen. Nl 22.00. In avo dwas het pas lekker daar. Super of midden in centrum.

Although the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, EVERYTHING else about Hanoi Paon was excellent. Our paramount praise goes to the hotel staff from front desk to bell staff. Bell staff ALWAYS were right there to open doors and assist me with my weak hip that makes climbing steps difficult. Bravo to these attentive guys. Our tip paled in comparison to their hard work!

By far, the BEST breakfast in any hotel I've been in Vietnam. The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. Leo, at the travel desk in the hotel, went above and beyond to help us book shorts trips around the countryside. They couldn't do enough for us. The hotel itself was a little dated but clean, neat, and convenient to everything in the Old Quarter. We loved it so much we stayed there 3 times!
By far, the BEST breakfast in any hotel I've been in Vietnam. The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. I definitely come back to this hotel. Besides having nice facilities, pool, gym and fantastic breakfast. It also have the most friendly and helpful staff. They go out of the way to give you the best experience and they even call the bus company and made sure we came to the right place and time. Thanks to the staff🤗 you deserve a big thumbs up 👍

The driver who picked me up at the airport was not in th spot they told me he would. I had to search around to find him. When I mentioned this upon check-in the staff gave me a free 30 minute foot massage at the spa for the inconvenience. That was nice of them. Very helpful and attentive staff.

First I would like to thank the manager who did an exceptional job of looking after us when our flight was delayed he didn’t have to but made sure we could extend our room for another half day, the hotel staff also sorted us with a trip to the airport cheaper than grab and all booked for us I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Secondly the hotel is lovely and has all amenities you need such as a rooftop view breakfast and gym. It’s very central to everything it’s right at your doorstep

So glad we found Hanoi Paon Hotel & Spa. The price is great & the staff go above and beyond with their excellent service. Since we were new to Vietnam, we chose to book a ride from and back to the airport through the hotel, and Ellen at the front desk made sure that we could find the driver when we landed at the airport through Expedia message and WhatsApp. Alice helped our group book a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay. Kelvin also made us feel so welcome & helped make everything so smooth for our coming and going from the hotel. The room was very clean & comfortable. There was a little mold on the ceiling in the room & bathroom, but that’s probably unavoidable with the intense humidity in Hanoi/Vietnam. The included breakfast upstairs is good and simple. You can make your own Banh Mi with the ingredients provided, or you can go to the omelette station, or choose whatever else you want from their buffet line. You can also ask the staff for Pho. Peter made sure we had all that we needed during breakfast. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Hanoi. The location is perfect in the Old Quarter - close to everything, but far enough from the party streets so it’s quiet enough for sleep/resting. Their Jasmine Spa is AMAZING! We were so relaxed after our couples massage. We felt very taken cared of and had a fantastic stay in Hanoi thanks to the staff at Hanoi Paon Hotel & Spa. Thank you so much!!

It was a great location. In the old distract, close to the lake and French quarter. My room was on the 5th floor and I didn't hear any traffic at night. Lovely breakfast. Reception (Leo) and bell boy (Kelvin and another guy) all so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

The property was perfectly located in the old quarter with most things easily within walking distance - and when you do get tired, just jump a grab. The only thing we didn't realize in advance is that the pool is heated - not a cool pool to use at the hot times.

We stay in the Executive Room - 705, nice little balcony to enjoy a quiet drink while watching the hustle & bustle of the streets below. Breakfast choice was plentiful, pool was on the 10th floor with a lovely area to sit with cool water sprays. So refreshing in 42oC heat. Great location to everything. The staff wereAMAZING, would do anything for you to make you feel welcome & at home. Highly recommend & would stay again. GMHM DOWNUNDER

This was great for our stay (7 days), would get a little repetitive if having for any longer, but couldn't fault it. Hotel is a little far out from Hoi An, but there is a shuttle service that will take you in, and a taxi is super cheap. There is a spa on site, which we also used twice. Great staff here too, and a lovely service. Only criticism would be amenities on site. A number of activities are advertised, but were no longer available, and the amenity area was the only thing that looked a little neglected / run down (bins not emptied, pool tables in poor condition, area needed a good clean)
