Convenient hotel with all the basics needed for a goodnight sleep. The place is clean and in proximity to the sea side where you can enjoy seaside activities like biking, walking, and various sports. Bostanci end line metro station is next to you and the ferry station all within a a 10 min walk. Really convenient. The hotel could use a ramp for moving suitcases up the 6/7 steps of stairs.

The staff was really friendly. However, this is not a hotel by any standard. There is no lobby, the elevator can barely fit two people, and the rooms are very small that you can get stuck in the bathrooms.

Thank you to all the staff from reception to cleaners, everyone was extremely attentive and kind - a special thank you to Gizem who made mine and my dogs stay extra special - the hotel is in a great location, has a beautiful view and is pet friendly which was my favourite part. I stayed for a week and I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Thank you La Cielo :)

It’s wasn’t comfortable rooms are too small you barely can move in it,you can here all the noises from your neighbors The day we checked in I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous occupant some hair were on our sheets and that wasn’t safe thing to do and disgusting. This is the second time hotels.com fool us with rating.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist super sauber und sehr familienfreundlich, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt: ganz nah an der Marmaray, der Metro und der Fähre. Alles war unkompliziert zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit, man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl der Gäste wirklich wichtig ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! ☺️

Konumu çok iyi, ulaşıma yakın. Oda büyüklüğü genel olarak yeterli ancak yerler aşırı tozluydu kesinlikle terliksiz gezmeyin çorapla çok az temas etmemize rağmen leş gibi oldu çöpe attık direkt. Otelin kesinlikle bu durumu düzeltmesi lazım. Akıllı tv var, netflix gibi platformları kullanabilirsiniz.

Helpful staff, good location, the towels could have been whiter( looked over used ) and it could have been bigger ( size) for body . Decent size room and clean. Good value for the money. One big mistake was the wake-up call in the morning, they forgot to wake me up and missed my flight back .

Mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Tüm çalışanlar çok özenli ve güler yüzlü. Odalar temiz, konum olarak Bostancı Marmara’ya yürüme mesafesinde. Tekrar tercih edeceğim harika bir otel. 2 gece konakladık, housekeeping de şahaneydi. Çarşaflar talebimle değiştirildi, banyo temizlendi. Odada smart tv vardı ve sorunsuz kullandık. Reception her türlü ihtiyacımızı anında karşıladı. Kahvaltıyı otelde yapmadığımız için o konuda bir deneyim aktaramıyorum fakat her şeyi ile şahane olan bu otelin eminim kahvaltısı da oldukça keyiflidir. Dışarıdan sipariş ettiğiniz herhangi bir şey odanızda kapınıza kadar geliyor. Aynı zamanda evimdeymiş gibi bir konfor deneyimledim. Lokal olarak Bağdat caddesine yakınlığı ile o konumda programı olan herkese gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye edebilirim. Biz Deluxe odada konakladık ferah ve genişti fakat Adaların, otelin konumundan bu kadar güzel gözükeceğini tahmin edememiştim. Plus: - Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage super. - Toller Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Prinzeninseln. Minus: - Zimmer sehr klein, keine Garderobe, nichts zum Aufhängen. Man lebt aus dem Koffer. - Wackelnde Klobrille erwartet man in diesem Preissegment eher nicht. Wurde zwar schnell repariert, aber hat weiter gewackelt. Komme gerne wieder, aber dann wähle ich ein anderes Zimmer.

La stamza era mediamente pulita, il letti posizionato in modo da impedire l'accesso al bagno, abbiamo dovuto spostare il letto per poter fruire del bagno. Il bagno piccolo, la doccia senza porta o tenda. La terrazza è a 10 metri dalla metropolitana scoperta che effettua servizio dalle 5 di mattina all'1 di notte, a 10 metri una strada a 4 corsie, in conseguenza di ciò la stanza è molto rumorosa, impossibile dormire con le finestre aperte. Siamo rimastu solo la prima notte nonostante avessimo già pagato per l'intero soggiorno. Esperienza pessima.

tuvalet bölümüne girilemiyor çünkü kapı açılınca önünüze devasa bir kiriş çıkıyor. Tuvalet lavabosunun aynası klozetin üzerinde duruyor. Geniş oda yapacağız diye küçücük ve kullanılamayan bir tuvalet yapılmış.!!!

Stayed for one night. The location itself was peaceful. Fantastic customer service. The staff upgraded my room to a sea view without me asking. A few parts of the room were a little bit worn, but the room itself was good. Comfy bed. I would definitely stay again.

Helpful staff, good location, the towels could have been whiter( looked over used ) and it could have been bigger ( size) for body . Decent size room and clean. Good value for the money. One big mistake was the wake-up call in the morning, they forgot to wake me up and missed my flight back .

The hotel is good in a great location, quiet neighborhood, sea view, close to sea and land transportation, close to markets and restaurants. The staffs were very cooperative and very friendly, especially the reception lady GIZEM, who was very cooperative and allowed us to check-in the rooms before earlier as well as DOGUKAN, who was very nice. I recommended this hotel for a stay in Istanbul.

Mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Tüm çalışanlar çok özenli ve güler yüzlü. Odalar temiz, konum olarak Bostancı Marmara’ya yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltıyı otelde yapmadığımız için o konuda bir deneyim aktaramıyorum fakat her şeyi ile şahane olan bu otelin eminim kahvaltısı da oldukça keyiflidir. Dışarıdan sipariş ettiğiniz herhangi bir şey odanızda kapınıza kadar geliyor. Aynı zamanda evimdeymiş gibi bir konfor deneyimledim. Lokal olarak Bağdat caddesine yakınlığı ile o konumda programı olan herkese gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye edebilirim. Convenient hotel with all the basics needed for a goodnight sleep. The place is clean and in proximity to the sea side where you can enjoy seaside activities like biking, walking, and various sports. Bostanci end line metro station is next to you and the ferry station all within a a 10 min walk. Really convenient. The hotel could use a ramp for moving suitcases up the 6/7 steps of stairs.

As a solo digital nomad for years, I must say this was one of my best stays in Istanbul. Room was just enough for everything. The building is only 2-3 minutes walk from a mai n subway.

This hotel is near the Marmara sea. Within 10 min walk, there is the metro line Marmaray that allows easy access to downtown Istanbul, and ferryboat lines to visit the Prince's Islands. It's very quiet and nicely located

I was really pleased with the staff who were welcoming and friendly. I asked for room service and received it. The hotel doesn't offer meals aside for breakfast but you can ask the staff to order which is convenient. I ate so I was ok. The rooms were spacious, two sliding doors on either side of the room. The air con was set at 24 which was a bit on the warm side. The bed was comfy, their is a sofa in the room with a table, which is very practical.

Très belle suite avec jacuzzi, petit-déjeuner local (mix sucre et sale) très copieux qui est servi dans la chambre. Service irreprochable, personnel toujours disponible et sympathique. Tout le service est parfait et arrive à faire oublier le train qui passe derrière et l’usine avant la mer.

Grundsätzlich bin ich mit dem Hotel zufrieden! Das Personal ist sehr nett und zur vorkommend. Ganz besonders der Herr an der Rezeption/Leitung "Herr Faruk". Es war immer stets bemüht, dass der Hotelgast sich wohl fühlt. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die Zimmergröße (Standard):-( Man hat kein Platz im Bad sich zu bewegen, gestehe denn zu duschen!! Dennoch würde ich immer wieder das Hotel buchen! Leider bitte das Hotel kein Frühstück an........Wenn man das richtige Zimmer bucht, kann man eine wunderbare Aussicht geniessen.....(zum Beispiel die Prinzeninseln)

Really friendly English-speaking staff ... 24 hour front desk and always willing to help. Also, La Cielo is located within easy walking distance of trains and subway, and a million restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Finally, very quiet. They don´t have an on-site restaurant, that that is no issue.

The staff was very nice. The room had a beautiful view. The train tracks are below the view window. It was so loud with trains and traffic just below window, even with window closed. Bathrooms are very small. Moldy grout in bathroom. We bought the breakfast with room plan. The breakfast is not served in hotel but at restaurant about 5-10 min walk down residential street. I don’t think I’d stay there again.
