Clean room, easy check in. Great rooftop bar. Lots of firepits and things to do.

My wife and I really liked this hotel and had a great atmosphere with the bar on top. Great bartenders, cheap drinks. It was a wonderful place and the pool was great, too highly recommend it. We'll probably be back in the future

Property was clean and well appointed. After a long day’s drive, this was a great stopping point for us. We enjoyed the rooftop bar where it was karaoke night! We would definitely stay here again. The only unusual thing about the property is that it is basically located in a mall. There might be dedicated parking for the Aloft, but I must have missed it and basically parked in the mall overnight which was unusual. But hey, beggars can’t be choosers—the parking was free.

This property is stellar. So clean, very friendly staff and the top floor bar and restaurant is so convenient! Dave & Busters and Cheesecake Factory in the same plaza - walk on over!

The hotel was clean and staff was nice. Our surprise was the hotel was part of a shopping center and the parking lot was shared with all the restaurants and shops at the mall. We found a parking spot not too far from the hotel and then walked to dinner at an area restaurant. The evening was interesting as we were on the sixth floor and the bar was on the seventh. Our room was directly underneath a small pool table. So as the balls went off the table, they landed on a concrete floor above our heads and bounced along. Thankfully, the bar closed at midnight. We called the front desk around 11 to see if there was anything they could do, but with the last ball bouncing on the floor at 1:30 a.m., it was not an easy slumber. The hotel could help the situation with a carpet under the pool table, or renting the room at half price. Grateful we were there only one evening.

Best part is the roof top bar WXYZ.

Hotel has no parking lot except for vacant mall parking lot. The pool was closed. Breakfast was $3 for cereal, nothing free but sub-par coffee.

Had an amazing stay! Place very clean, nice gym, and roof top bar. Not much privacy if traveling with someone and needing privacy for changing/bathroom. Water pressure in shower could have been better but is enough to take a shower so no biggie. Love being able to walk right out the door to the Cheesecake Factory, Dave and busters, the mall and much more, absolutely best location, lobby smelled nice and fresh, will definitely return.

Best of all, the 7th floor WXYZ bar.

Check in was delayed. Room was just ok. Shower was full of hair when we arrived. There is a bar in the hotel, which meant there was loud music most of the evening.

The stay was fairly average for the price. The room wasn’t as clean as I was expecting, and the food choices very limited and expensive. Overall, not worth the money that I paid.

My stay was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Every employee we encountered were friendly, helpful, and professional.

No microwave in the rooms and you got to go to the 3rd floor to warm your food. Other than that it was great.

We loved the property and the room. Plenty of space and very clean. Only complaint, the beds were very uncomfortable.

The hotel doesn’t have much of a dedicated parking area. The majority of parking appears to be the mall parking lot. There is also. Cheesecake Factory right next door so finding a space close to the hotel in the middle of the day can be difficult. The room was very clean, but didn’t have much in the way of privacy. We had a room with two queen beds. As you enter the bathroom area is on the left. There is a large but not quite ceiling height glass partition between the sink/shower area and the bedroom so sound travels. There is a privacy curtain to divide the shower area from the room entrance. However, the toilet is separate from the shower/sink area by a sliding barn door, so there is no way to lock it and again does offer much in sound proofing.

This was my first ALoft experience and it will be my last. The room was just weird. It was a basic room with LVP flooring and every sound reverberated. The only door was to the room with the commode and it was a pocket door that still had a gap, so everything sound and other things from the bathroom permeated the entire room. The only privacy for the shower area was a little curtain that didn't didn't cover the gap on either side of where the shower was. The wall separating the shower/bathroom area didn't go all the way to the ceiling so the light and the noise came into the bedroom area. The room was very clean and well kept, but it was more like a fancy dorm or fraternity/sorority room than a hotel room. In my opinion, Marriott missed the mark with this concept, but I'm sure not everyone would agree. Needless to say, it wasn't what I look for in a hotel room. I have to say it was similar to Tru by Hilton in it's dorm roomesque concept, but Tru has a defined space for the bathroom and is much more traditional albeit still very different from a traditional hotel room. I can now say I've tried it, but I know now, not to go back.

The only thing is if you come to rest be weary of the 6th floor you will hear a lot of music and chair dragging… it didn’t bother me but for ppl who are looking for silence that’s the only thing I saw that could be a possible issue. I LOVED MY STAY

It was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a door from the bedroom area to the vanity/shower area.

Room set up does not allow for any privacy when showering (open to entry area of room - no door!) and the bathroom area light shines into sleeping area due to non-solid wall. Very poor design of room.

Very much do not recommend staying here. Our family arrived at 9 PM to a party atmosphere, and I was told by JR at the front desk he didn’t have a room for us with an odd lack of interest. He dipped in and out of our conversation, randomly interrupting us and dialing rooms on speaker phone to let them know their credit cards had been declined. It seemed like he was on something because he was really confused. He finally assigned us a room, which was awful. Very loud from the partying at the hotel, and we woke up with no hot water. Also, the bathroom has no door - simply a curtain to draw closed - so a huge lack of privacy and quiet for a family stay. We checked out at 5 AM with JR again, who was just as confused and rude as the night before. I asked for the manager’s name so I could call to discuss the cold water situation, and JR got angry and aggressive, telling me the hot water wasn’t his problem. I said, “I just want to check out, man, can I have my receipt please?” He started yelling across the room to a colleague, “MOLLY, I FEEL UNSAFE WITH THIS WOMAN!” Bottom line, a terrible experience. No hot water in our room made for a really unpleasant morning, culminating with aggressive, angry staff who tried repeatedly to escalate a situation where a guest simply asked for a manager’s name.

Modern, great location, clean. However the service was not good. We stayed multiple days. At 230 pm on the second day of our stay the room had yet been clean and no new supply of washcloths or towels. When I went down to the desk they informed me they only clean every other day. That would be fine but there was not enough clean linen. Not sure if I will stay here again or not. Probably depends on the price.

Quite a bit of a delay checking in. Check-in was at three. We didn’t get into the room until they could have it ready which was around four.

The hotel is great. But customer service was horrible. We asked for towels and bath and never receive them. I went down to the front desk and no one was there, but we called and they said they were gonna bring them up but never did. I also asked the front lady at the desk when we checked out for the number to contact the manager. I called and left a message called and left a message several times and never got an answer back. Very disappointed.

checkin was very easy, staff was very friendly, location is convenient. Dog barking on my floor was very inconsiderate, and it did take a while for someone to address the issue.

I booked a night and when it was time for me to check in they had no rooms avaible. There was no way to accommodate me after a 16 hour drive. Very inconvenient. I was traveling with a 4 year old. Currently waiting to be refunded. 0/10 I wouldnt recommend.

The was the best experience we have ever had. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We just filled in the Expedia question about our travel plans and the hotel staff left such a heart warming gift for us when we arrived at our room! We were greeted by Lisa at the front desk and she was so kind and helpful. She let us check in early and made us aware of all the wonderful accommodations and expressed if we needed anything to call! The managers were so kind to also wish us a Happy Anniversary multiple times during our stay! We will be back in the future! The location was very convenient. The room was very modern, clean and cozy! Thank you for being so welcoming and kind! We can’t wait for our next stay!

Great location

I stayed here for a self-cation. It was literally surrounded by a mall. There were so many shopping and dining spots around. The hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. Check-in took like two minutes and the staff was friendly. I would definitely book here again if I'm back in the area.

Great location, safe, well lit, clean, spacious, modern.

Proximity close to airport. Multiple close within walking distance restaurants.

Second time I stayed and it was again a great place to stay. Right off the interstate. In the parking lot of the Hamilton Mall. Many places to eat. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the hotel. It was conveniently located around good restaurants and Hamilton Place mall. It was just a small drive away from touristic activities such as Ruby Falls and downtown Chattanooga. We will consider staying here again in the future!

We love Aloft hotels, great deal for the money. WXYZ Lounge on the roof is wonderful. Not a fan of the parking here, shared parking with Dave & Buster’s and the Cheesecake Factory. But that won’t deter us from coming back

Modern hotel decor with a music theme … very clean. Rooftop area is really unique with outdoor or indoor seating and a pool table. We didn’t catch that any breakfast items had a surcharge … so we missed breakfast opportunities elsewhere as we allowed ourselves to sleep a bit later. The sandwich we ordered was really good though. The hygiene products they provide have a really masculine scent fyi.

Traveling and stayed one night! Absolutely the best hotel! Clean and also the Bar was fabulous with live music on Friday nights ! I will be staying there again when I travel back in a few weeks!

I will be staying here again if I find myself back in Chattanooga. Plenty of parking as it shares a parking lot with Chattanooga’s nicest mall. You walk out of the front door and steps away from Cheesecake Factory. If you like to shop and dine this is the best place to stay. If you like Karaoke they have it on their rooftop on Thursdays from 7 PM to 11 PM. I was impressed with the crowd. And to put a cherry on top, they provide Drybar shampoo and conditioner! The only thing I didn't like is the lack of privacy while showering. It's an open concept/loft-like. You have no door. Just a curtain to provide some level of privacy.
