Hotel is conveniently located in Queens not too far from subway station. The room was comfortable and a decent size. Only drawback was the shower door didn’t close so water tended to get on the floor but it was not a big deal. Breakfast was very chaotic with the amount of people but the staff is well trained. Valet service was quick even though parking is not cheap.

Room was clean and just what we needed. Tube station to Manhattan is about 10 mins walk in a safe enough neighbourhood. Breakfast was manic but it is peak season. Some food items missing if turning up towards the end of service. Didn’t seem to matter what time we went down it was hectic and not enough seats. They do paper plates so you can take back to your room. I enjoyed the food that was available and a cup of tea or coffee. Staff on breakfast were friendly. Staff on front desk were not friendly but this is common across the city. They weren’t rude though which is better than most places in NYC. We would stay again but probably won’t return to NYC unless passing through now

Great amenities and spacious rooms, unfortunately the location isn’t the best mostly if you’re a group of young girls or plan to come back late. The transfer to/from the stations is great but starts late and stops early considering we’re in the city that never sleeps! Breakfast is pretty basic but great to have the option, although if you go after 9 you might not find a place to sit and as they allow people to bring food upstairs there’s hardly food left in the later hours. The staff is absolutely fantastic and helpful, the property is well maintained and everyone is happy to help. I wouldn’t book again just because of the location but if you have a car or don’t mind to jump in an ubers to/from the stations in the late hours it’s totally worth it! It’s also great to have the studio with a full equipped kitchen. + + Staff, cleaness - - Location, breakfast madness
