nearly perfect stay, except none of the dinning facilities were open and the hair dyer did not work well, otherwise, it is a perfect stay

The property was very clean. Staff helpful. Gaming was great. Hotel room modern, beautifully decorated and super clean. Toiletries like liquid hand soap, shampoos, conditioner and bath gel provided in the large bathroom and walk in shower. Parking was easy and notva long distance from the hotel. Restaurants on the property for dining. Complimentary beverages in the casino area. Check in and check out easy.

We were traveling through and choose this hotel due to the reviews and price point. The hotel is part of a casino and gambling complex. The hotel room was new and immaculate, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We are at the steak house within the hotel and enjoyed a delicious meal. A little pricy but the atmosphere and service were outstanding. We would highly recommend this hotel, whether you like to gamble or not. There is not much located in Oak Grove but other dining options are within a 10 minute drive.

Nice place to stay even if gaming isn’t for you. The casino was a bit too smoky for me but I am very sensitive to it. There were enough games in the non-smoking area though so it was tolerable. The food was really good but since the steakhouse wasn’t open I can’t comment. However others I know who have eaten there said the food was very good but pricey.

We visited Oak Grove for a concert and spent one night. The hotel was very nice, staff was excellent. Our room was clean and had plant of room. The casino is also a lot of fun. There was a band playing at the bar that was top notch!

Our first casino resort stay and I guess we have a lot to learn. Parking was good. Hotel is nice from the outside. As soon as the doors slide open .. the smoke smell hits your face. Idk how I missed the fact that it’s a smoking facility. That’s on me. The casino doors are in the front of the hotel and the smoke smell is pretty bad. Check in was easy and the lady was nice. When we got on the elevator .. our feet stuck to the floor. The floors were so sticky in the elevators and outside of them. Our room smelled horrible and the bathroom was not clean. Hair and dirt on the tile floor. We went back to the desk and ask for a different room. They did give us an upgrade at no extra charge. Walking back up to our room the maids were in the hall way talking about how someone complained and they were crazy. Didn’t know we were the ones who complained. Out new room smelled bad. Like dirty musty carpet and the bathroom was just ok. The air conditioning just smelled old and musty. The whole room just felt gross. Glad I packed my house shoes. Carpet was dirty looking and couch was gross and stained. The Casino is suppose to be half smoking and other, but the areas deff mix. The steak house was closed on Mon and Tues days and those are the days we were there. So we tried the restaurant inside the casino. The food was super good but sitting in the smoke to eat took me back to the 80’s. It was really hard to eat in the smoke. We almost left but wanted to play machines and watch t

It was our 19th anniversary had a nice stay room was awesome just wish it had something opened or venting machines after 1 Am

We typically stay at Oak Grove when traveling to and from the East Coast. This time we had the chance to see the horse racing too. Nice bonus.

Rooms was spotless entire staff was extremely friendly totally enjoyed my stay. I will be coming back.

Was there ,2 days shower would not drain.Bathroom floors dirty.single cup coffee not refilled,bed never made.. Very disappointed to pay or 200.00 for room will not stay there again.

1 of our rooms had urine puddle in floor. Checked in at 4 pm but didn't get to rooms till midnight. Front desk courtesy was not great. Waited hour for someone to come clean.

I had a pleasant day. I had no complaints other than my bed had not been changed since the previous person slept on it. There were well over 20 hairs and pubic hairs on my sheets and pillows. I did not discover this until after I had showered put on my pajamas and gotten ready for bed. Therefore, I had to strip my bed and sleep on the mattress. I did speak to the front desk the next morning and voiced my complaint and it was resolved that day, but the other bed wasn’t made back. Each day we expected our room to be clean in our beds tidied up, and the beds were not made. Nether issue I had is I was on a business trip and saving all of my receipts to be reimbursed and whoever cleaned the room through all of my receipts away and I left at all of my travel Receipts to cover my expenses.

I had a great experience for the 3 nights we stayed there. My one big complaint would be that the bathroom floor in our room looked and felt like it had not been mopped/cleaned in weeks. There were dirty sticky spots all over like something was spilled and never cleaned up. Other than the floor being pretty disgusting our stay was great and I would stay there again but next time I will definitely be asking for the floors to be cleaned.

Rooms are spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The beds were clean and comfortable, the lounge chair and sofa, unfortunately was filthy. Bathroom is also spacious and clean.

The property is definitely well kept up. It is very modern. The rooms are spacious, even though there is a casino attached to the hotel. You do not hear any noise from the casino. The beds are very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was great. Very clean and comfortable except for the fan that ran constantly unless we turned the the system off. It blew directly on one of the beds.

Streaming on TV needs to be checked out. Super Bowl was very difficult to watch. Many buffering problems and interference during the game . Channel 3 Fox

The room is very spacious and clean. The best bathroom I’ve ever seen for a hotel. Located right near a Walmart for those things we happen to forget while traveling.

Hotel is nice, but the humidity in the room stayed between 80 and 90 percent and the ac unit struggled to keep up.

Our soap dispenser in our shower was so loose you couldn't pump any soap as it would move and was no support to dispense any of the fluids. We stayed two nights. Called twice to report..and WENT TO THE DESK PERSONALLY TWICE TO COMPLAIN. Also our room was not cleaned first day until we returned in the evening to a uncleaned room. They cleaned tge room tgat night..but our shower soap dispenser was NEVER FIXED. Horrible experience. Horrible service. We were told maintenance was VERY BUSY! A BIG JOKE!

We had looked forward to our stay here for months and even invited more family along during the holiday stay. After the family learning how to play a few card table games, to say we were disappointed the casino didn't offer any table games at all is an understatement! I don't spend $1 in the casino on the slot machines or races just because I was upset. Then you have the elevator that was shut down basically the entire 2 night stay we were there. The grand finally was the heat going out of the building. We were freezing- froze the entire first night trying to sleep as did my parents. We thought the thermostat was broken. With our wonderful view of all the HVAC systems on top of the roof, since we never saw any service people out there, we didn't think there was a major problem. FINALLY on the 2nd night, they brought around space heaters for the guest to use. When I purchased 3 rooms for more than a 1 night stay spending that kind of money on a Holiday Weekend- I expect to enjoy my stay very much, and that did not happen. Even my 15 year old daughter ended up disappointed to stay here during her rodeo competition. Staff was friendly but it took awhile to get checked in. Almost like an argument of who was going to check us in. Hotel rooms we loved with all the horse paintings- they were lovely.

We arrived- to a room that was open-door ajar- toilet had been used-1/2 the roll of tp on dispenser was wet-thank god my daughter had brought our own then I asked for late check out- they gave me 1PM-but then locked me out 11am- & when I went to pack up- told me Id have to show proof that it was my room-ridiculous-we spent a lot of $ for us- no offer to buy us dinner or anything-very disappointed

Kept being told my room would be ready 5 times im come back it isnt waited 3 hours. I have driven 8 hours was tired didnt matter

I really enjoyed my stay at the oak grove hotel and casino! It was easy to find a good parking, check in was quick and efficient and all staff was very polite and accommodating! I would definitely return for another stay on the future!

Overall it’s great, my only complaint is parking.

The property was very nice. And about 20 seconds from the main visitor gate at Fort Campbell which is great if you have business there. The only suggestion I would have is to blow the smoke from the casino away from the lobby.

The front desk staff is extremely rude. They all need to be retrained. Also they take anybody’s debit/ credit card without checking any identification. The staff inside the cafe where the casino is are extremely rude ghetto and ratchet. Not sure what’s going on with this place but it gets worse and worse each time. They do not try to correct any issues either. I wouldn’t recommend staying there it’s not classy it very ghetto. People also smoke in non smoking and the workers don’t say anything. There’s trash everywhere cigarettes everywhere. The worse part is the front desk staff they need to be trained in customer service because they definitely do not have any. Terrible service my birthday they ruined it.

Great stay...very close to Ft Campbell..

The staff were some of the best I've ever encountered and I travel a lot around the globe. If you are looking for a place to stay in Oak Grove or Clarksville, I would highly recommend it. It's too bad it wasn't built next to the Cumberland River. Instead it is along a busy highway so there is nowhere to walk to that is scenic. Drive to McGregor Park and walk along the Clarksville Riverwalk.

The room is very spacious and clean. The best bathroom I’ve ever seen for a hotel. Located right near a Walmart for those things we happen to forget while traveling.

The parking lot had a very clean and safe presence. The bed was very comfy. Overall, I loved everything.

I chose this hotel because it was close to base. I rented a room with two queen beds. Room was spacious and beautiful. I would have to say that this was my favorite room out of all the hotels that I have stayed at! Liked the fact that you had to have a room key to use the elevator to go to the upper floors.hotel and casino staff were very friendly.

Great accommodations in a prime location for access to Fort Campbell.

Very close to Fort Campbell Military base where we visit family!! Hotel rooms nice and it's quiet.

Good price, would like more available food options

Great place to stay, will definitely be back! One area of improvement would be to increase dining options within the casino as choices are limited.

The courteous service was evident from the moment I approached check-in counter. Everyone was so nice! The room was in great condition and all the amenities I needed were available on site. Oh, the steak was delicious!!! Loved my stay!!!

Baked potato at Garrisons was reheated. For $9 it should have been fresh.

Room was beautiful and so clean. Everything was perfect. Really nice details in the room that housekeeping did that went above and beyond. I notice the little things, they matter to me and I appreciate the effort put into our room. Clean, comfortable, beautiful room. It’s honestly the nicest room I’ve had. Price was awesome too. Only complaint is no breakfast. Which would be alright if the coffee shop by lobby was open before 7am when we checked out. It was closed when we left so we gave our money to scooters coffee….. which is fine too. Overall great stay.

The restaurant called EATS messed-up our order 2 out of the 3 times we ate there. Check your order before leaving the area. Others were returning their orders as well. The price of drinks at the bar were a bit expensive but i guess it's to be expected at a casino.
