Modern and clean hotel, but limited parking spaces let it down as one has to park at another car park within 10 min walking distance. The breakfast buffet is complimentary and the staff are friendly and professional. The twin beds are comfortable and the bedding is nice with the room and bathroom providing well designed ammenities

One night stay at Ashford to break up travelling. Hotel is well situated near to Ashford International railway station. Be careful if driving as the hotel car park can fill up and it is best to reserve in advance. Also note that Ashford International car park can work out more expensive than the hotel's option.

The Hotel had 6 EVC Ltd electric charging units, all in working order & well used by many residents like us in electric vehicles (but the hotel’s daily parking costs of £12.50 could have been lower, making the overall EV experience more economical).

Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was very clean. The room we were given was designed for people with disabilities with a bathroom that wouldn't be out of place in a hospital. The shower was limp and luke warm. The bed was very low and moved when you got on it. If felt like it might collapse at any time. The roome did benefit from a personal safe and a mini fridge. Parking was , frankly , a rip off at 12 pounds a day. I would stay again, if not just to see if other rooms are better than the one we had. All in all 7/10

Easy check in and out, lifts excellent. Parking (pre booking requisite, £12.50 daily, charge to room). We could see our car from our room on the second floor. The room was too hot for us throughout the night, adjusting the controls helped somewhat, however as our stay was only one night we managed but I would have sought assistance if we had stayed longer. Room 228 needs a mattress replacement, as you can feel the springs and it’s a mattress I call “boney” as it has no top padding to talk about. I think it could have felt worse to us, as we’ve just returned from NYC where in our experience beds in USA Hotels in general are enormous and always amazingly comfortable. Bathroom excellent, Breakfast not a complaint there, decor immaculate, finish, bedding and flooring all very good. Super clean back stair case that we noted as outstanding. Decent pillow selection in our room, but sadly my partner and I chose the same pillow (and I have way to his choice in the end) as the other three pillows were too soft for us.

The room was welcoming and clean. The large TV, along with the iron, fridge, and coffee/tea facilities, were thoughtful touches that added to the comfort of the stay. The mattress made noises every time you moved but was comfortable enough and served its purpose overall. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection available. The waffle station was excellent, though the scrambled eggs were very dry and the bacon a bit underdone for my taste. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Hotel was lovely and convenient for the shopping outlet and food in the curious brewery opposite was really good. Not a great nights sleep as very hot in the room and couldn’t get the air conditioning to work properly,no water provided in the room and the cold tap in the bathroom didn’t work.

When I stayed here before it was excellent, this time it was good, the check in was as smooth and there appeared to be computer problems as they couldn't find my booking immediately. On check in they took the full amount from my card and also a further £60 , when i questioned why, I was told it was a deposit? Overnight parking is £12.50 which I thought was a bit expensive, especially when a guest .The facilities were decent with a bar and a limited food option menu. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. Room was spacious and clean. .The only issue I had was that the switch on the bedside lamp was broken, but when I reported it, more so the staff were aware to the issue than to me actually needing it ( the other lights were fine for my needs ) the manager offered to get it sorted out immediately. If in Ashford again I will use this hotel.

What a lovely stay. The staff were so friendly snd efficient. Hreeted with cheery smiles whenever you encountered them. Thr room was great and when my plans unexpectedly changed, they kept me in my room gor the extra night. The hotel is close to town and a nice stroll. Will stay here again.

We stayed for one night at the Hampton by Hilton Ashford International and had an excellent stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was clean and spacious. Great choice for breakfast. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

I was given a room on arrival that was already occupied. I was told I couldn’t park at the hotel notwithstanding I have a blue badge. After the room mixup was sorted out I was told I could park. The occupants of the wrong room were given completely wine. We’re not I was charged £12.50 to park

We stayed twice in a period of a week at this hotel and BOTH times the front desk staff were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. They have parking issues and availability here and the staff are very unhelpful and unnecessarily rude. It wasn’t just to us however, I heard them being rude to another elderly guest and his wife checking in. If it wasn’t for location, we definitely would not stay here again. Duty manager “Mihai” and front desk irena were two of the 4 unfriendly staff with no customer service skills. Note to upper management, retrain your staff if you want to have return customers. I’ve been a Hilton member for 5 years and never been treated so poorly.

Lovely stay, very comfortable. Shower room was very good & plenty of hot water. Read online that breakfast was from 4:00am which would have been great for our early train journey however were disappointed to find breakfast was from 6:00am so sadly too late for us. Very close to Eurostar passenger terminal & just under 1/2 hour from Eurotunnel.

This is a very nice hotel right next to the Ashford International train station. You can walk back and forth easily. There is an Aldi supermarket less than a block away. There is Bridge Cafe next door. The room was very nice, roomy and comfortable. The morning breakfast was standard fare. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location for hopping on Ashford International, the brewery across the road is great and you get a discount if you show them your room key, plus there's a corner store right there too. Clean rooms, good breakfast options, staff was nice (though the person checking me in did stop to have a somewhat heated discussion with another employee mid-check in), overall definitely worth staying if you want somewhere to stay before an early train.

The hotel room asthetically was really nice! We had a room on the 5th floor so had minimal noise. The bed itself was very hard and it felt like the springs were on their way out! The shower was great, nice waterfall shower. The Smeg fridge addition was nice though makes you question why milk isnt put in there fresh for you to use rather than the little plastic ones where you need 3 per cup! Breakfast- lots of food shortages. Good signage for gluten free food though not huge options for cereals etc.
