The Bell Vista

This property was close to where I wanted to be, but some of the furniture was very dirty and made the room smell bad. I did not want to sleep under the sheets, so I slept on top for the night that I stayed there. Also, there is not enough parking for the number of rooms at this property so its on a first-come first-serve basis and you may have to park on the street (which is also limited around the property).

Honeymoon suite with jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in shower was very nice after a long drive.

I got off from work late and I couldn’t find parking space in the hotel’s parking lot, I informed to the lady at the front desk n she said just try to find parking space on the street, not giving a choice, so I looked for parking space out on the street, I wasn’t able to find anything, that was my last night staying in there. I decided to drive back home and not stay in the place. The worse experience in a motel for me. The worse customer service.

The room was clean and the motel does not look like anything great but the bed was comfortable. The major downside is when I checked in the clerk was not very friendly and she informed me the parking lot fills up, and I would probably have to park down the street which left me feeling uncomfortable about my car.

SuperStay. Parking is TheBest.

An old motel in an expensive area. Parking is tight and might be filled up in which case you have to find street parking.

The only reason why I gave a four star rating over all is because there are no microwaves. The owner explained the reason why they don't have microwaves in the room when we asked her, and I do understand her reasons, but I think the customer should be given the option to choose a room with or without a microwave, and the possibility of paying extra if the room smells.

Good Motel and Area. On-site parking limited.

Parking is the Best

The room was DIRTY and neglected. The room smelled really rancid and the overall room was shabby. The yellow chair was barely yellow because of the massive stains covering the chair. Wear shoes at all times.

Someone at some point had a good idea to renovate this place in a fun and funky mid-60s Palm Springs style, with pink and green doors and modernist furniture in the rooms. I’m guessing that design work was not done by the current owners. Paint is peeling and chipping everywhere, and the stylish yellow chair in my room was so covered with stains that it looked like it had survived a flood. Still, the room was clean, if dilapidated, and I would actually consider crashing here again if I have business in Burbank that keeps me overnight.

Room was clean, outside of the hotel a bit ran down. The main problem was how loud the road was outside. I had to go buy ear plugs to be able to sleep at all. There was no insulation on the outside wall or door.

The area is not an area to walk around in. Not clean, not nice like the pictures. Stains everywhere on everything. Was not murdered though, so 1 star for that.

The chair in the room was so filthy I wouldn't have sat in it or put anything on that chair. The rest of the room and bath looked clean.

This room was a nightmare. There was hairs on the “clean” pillows, on the “clean” bathroom floor. The single chair in the room was so badly stain of something. The floor was sticky everywhere and the smell was unbearable. The front office staff said they would not re-clean the room and told me to call the third party that I used book, to get a refund. Thankfully that part was a hassle-free.

room needs a good cleaning. chair was severely stained and gross. walls were covered in stains and scuff marks. table was super worn. could hear the car driving by all night. bathroom was remodeled but the room itself was overall dirty. was only there a few hours.

I just needed a night stay to rest and sleep after a long road trip and I wasn’t really expecting a lot but it was very clean.

The price and jacuzzi tub were the big selling points for us staying here. The biggest point of us never staying here again is the lack of cleanliness, dirt and grime on almost everything. The bed had stains on it, the doors had stains and dirt grime, almost like none of the walls had been cleaned in months and the bathroom had a ton of water damage, base boards were rotting

Clean, large and comfortable bed, effective A/C, and quick check-in. We would have liked a larger desk or table to open our hand luggage (2 people), but it was not a huge deal.

The property is decent. Not bad not the best. Room was decent. For the price it is a good place to stay. Only cons were that the walls are thin and it is next to a busy road, you can hear the traffic. But overall stay was good.

Attentive staff but property is in major need of upgrades. From the foundation to the wallpaper. Convenient food around, easy parking. Walls are thin but many options on tv. Good place if you're just in town for a day or two.

Not worth the price. The room was so humid, it felt like we were camping. The two towels we were given never dried from day to day. The furniture and bathroom furnishings were so cheap, it felt as they purchased them secondhand. The bed was hard, and only given three pillows for the both of us. They had 20 rooms, and yet only 11 parking spaces. The worst part was the thin walls. You can literally hear conversations in the adjacent rooms. So much for privacy. Spend the extra few bucks and stay somewhere else. We greatly regret staying at this motel and would never recommend it.

Walls are paper thin!!! Food options are about an half mile away, except for the bakery across the street which was closed on my arrival Saturday around 4pm but looked promising. Found a tray of food left in the mini fridge which obviously was overlooked while being cleaned. Would recommend a one night stay for the price.

Service was great, desk people were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival it is on the corner of a busy street so it is noisy. Close to many things to do, food, movies, and other activities. Bed was comfortable but made noise as you rolled over or moved around. Shower was nice, had an overhead shower and side shower head.

Room is small but clean. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good towels.

Perfect for what I needed: a place to sleep and shower. Room was perfect size for a single person. All the included features worked like Wi-Fi and the iron (had to look sharp for my audition). I loved the shower though the water drained slowly so you ended up standing in a pool after awhile The bed was comfortable albeit squeaky. The location is great too with nearby suits and a bus stop across the street. I would stay they again

Spent 3 nights in the king room w/jacuzzi tub, as I need disabled access. I’ll get the negative feedback out of the way so we end with the good. The Bad: Initially it was very stuffy & smelled strongly like chemicals. WiFi was so slow I gave up & used my own hotspot. Jacuzzi tub would fill with water, but drain out as soon as faucet was turned off. I got about 2 minutes of jets before the water level dropped too low for them to operate. The drain was plugged in a tight seal. When I got out of the tub, the entire floor was wet, but I couldn’t find a source anywhere. It appeared to be coming from the faucet handle, which was loose & leaky when turned fully on, & also from stonework around the sides of the tub. The tub was really the only issue, but a frustrating one, as I paid extra particularly for the advertised tub. The Good: Room was spacious & clean. Mini fridge was a plus. TV was big w/HDMI ports. Stay was quiet. Food was easily ordered & there’s a little place next door for coffee. LOVED the huge, accessible shower w/rainfall head in the ceiling’s center & separate handheld hose w/spray attachment. I’d have paid extra for that shower & skipped the tub completely! I arrived at night - it was well lit & easy to find. There’s a bell for night checkin. Staff were professional & polite. We had 2 vehicles - 1 had to be parked on the street, but it was incredibly close. Nobody knocked or bothered us the entire stay. Checkout was smooth. Fix that tub & it’ll be perfect!

I thought the staff was very friendly and easy to interact with,and they were helpful.

It was exactly what we needed. Friendly service was appreciated as well! Would stay here again.

The outside of this hotel had me a little worried it might be sketchy but I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful woman who took my check in and by how pretty and clean the room was. No microwave in my room (not sure if that was a one off) but I had a mini fridge and the bathroom was beautiful and modern and it was clean and fresh and extremely nice and comfortable Check out was a breeze and overall. It was wonderful. I’d def stay there again.

Cheap motel that was conveniently located next to everything in Burbank.

It was very comfortable. It wasn’t the best area but was perfect for what I needed.

Looks like it's been around for quite a while from the outside, but our room was nicely renovated with a cool retro look. Cool rain shower. The room was perfect for 2 for 1 night with a small fridge. Nice and clean. The host was nice enough to give us ground level and a late check out. Only 1 mile from the Hollywood Bowl shuttle lot. Plenty of food options and about 10 minutes from the Glendale Galleria.

I loved that it was walking distance to the mall and close to restaurants. Cute little room for two.

Street noise but great place for the price

Affordable, clean, centrally located, lots of restaurants close by, water fountains to fill tall water bottles, right off interstate 5, and the staff was very friendly.

This motel is close to downtown Burbank. It is an older property that has been renovated. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the nice bakery across the street.

There were several maintenance issues we had to ask to be remedied, which they did. The sheets did not fit the bed, but the bed was comfortable. There were no bedside lamps. There were no amenities, coffee or breakfast. The shower was nice. The room was small but affordable.

What a gem. Clean, comfy bed, great shower. No coffee in room, no microwave but did have a small fridge. It was very nice, even stayed an extra night due to my schedule and didn't have to change rooms. I'll be back.

We liked the room it was kinda small but cute. All it needs is a way to heat up food.

Small hotel. Has been re-done on rooms and is nice. Great a/c. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. Perfect for a quick overnight or a place to just shower and sleep. Next door is a great coffee/breakfast shop
