Great hotel and rooms, would stay again!

Room was a very large king bed suite with kitchen and couch. Very good space! Cleaning was not up to par. Shower floor was filthy with black dirt stains and mold. Housekeeping was to be daily but cleaned once.

It was a great weekend. The hotel was clean. The coffee area was nice, I did have to request coffee to be made but it was around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. They made some right away. The room was clean and spacious.

It was awful. We didn’t even get to stay there! They don’t have a room for us. We paid in advance days before. We were stranded without a place to stay. The front desk help was terribly rude! Will not stay at a Hyatt ever again.
