This property exceeded my expectations. Each room is a full suite with kitchen and everything you need to cook will definitely keep that in mind next time I stay here. There are good dining options around the hotel, breakfast had decent options, and there was a working gym which is an amenity I look for.

This was a great visit. The location is supper convenient. There is a WaWa convenience store gas station walking distance right across the parking lot. There is also in walking distance a Waffle House, Applebee's, and Plaza with Publix supermarket & Wingstop restaurant. At the right time of day Clearwater Beach and Disney World are only an hour away (opposite directions). You're right in the middle of Central Florida. The hotel is Clean. The staff is nice and helpful. I had the 2queen bed + pet accommodations for handicap. The shower/tub was NOT roll-in but does have the support seat. The pool is outdoors & midsize on the lil small side, open 7a-10p with a pool lift for wheelchair patrons. Free Breakfast is a 3 hour window in mornings with enough choices not to be bored for 3 days. For vegans there is cut fruit & whole fruit, oatmeal with vegan friendly toppings, cold cereal and soymilk in the fridge. Barbara and Megan are Exceptionally friendly helpful and attentive in the breakfast area. I plan on moving back to central Florida but if I do ever have to get a hotel there again this One is my first choice!

Beautiful very new hotel. Great location next to the highway and next to a Wawa gas station/market. Felt homey with bbq grill and fireplace outside. Customer service at the front desk was great. The suite was great with a large bed and big window to look at, extremely nice bathroom and large walking shower, and kitchen area. Only downer was the breakfast. The waffle maker was cooking the waffle longer and made it harder. Regardless, will definitely come back when I am in the area for the Keel & Curley wine farm; only 3 miles away.

This is a nice, clean, modern hotel. We had room 202 and it smelled vaguely of smoke from air vents. It’s a non-smoking hotel but I think someone broke the rule. We could’ve moved rooms but may have been the same and it was tolerable. Everything else was perfect. We walked to 1916 Irish Pub and Ubered to a Live Pro Boxing event at White Sands event center. It was a Wednesday night and still staffed well at front desk when we got back late. The room is super spacious and clean with a kitchenette. They gave out Chocolate chip cookies at front desk and offered water bottles to the room at checkin. Very nice, helpful, and polite desk clerks. will definitely return here if coming back to Plant City.

Everything on the buffet was fresh and there were lots of options. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The whole property was so clean from the out door patio to reception, breakfast area to hallways and the room.

The hotel room is new look with a small size kitchen for what we need. Bedsheets are very clean. Bathroom and shower area is very clean. Simple Breakfast is included with the food we need. I love the coffee bar at the coffee station is all 24 hrs on variety coffee mate. Price is reasonable. We will choose it again and recommend to my friends.

Pull out sofa was so hard like a rock and very low to the ground, it is not a sofa sleeper . King bed was not a king bed and the bed was very bad, room was hot when we entered.

Was only in town for 1 night and it was such a beautiful hotel and the room was really pretty. Love the kitchen and the bathroom and the bed was super comfy. I don’t normally sleep good in hotel beds but this was great! 5 stars all the way. Staff was very friendly and helpful too.

We needed a stop off after a long flight from the UK between Tampa and Orlando. I picked Townplace Suites in Plant City as about halfway and being just off the I4. Wasn' expecting uch, but what I got was great. A lovely clean hotel with spacious rooms. A comfortable, restful stay.

The room was clean. The water was hot. And the bed was comfortable. Those are the three important things when I’m traveling and need to just need to shower, sleep and move on. My only complaint would be our room faced interstate 4 and we could hear the traffic all night.

Hotel is located in a prime area, easy access to I-4 highway both directions. Plenty of restaurant close on the same road as this hotel. There are more choices for food if driving into downtown Plant City, approximately 10-15 drive from hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and inviting from time of checking in and check out. I will most definitely stay here again!

The staff was truly excellent…from the front desk and check in to breakfast attendants this is a well managed hotel. Location isn’t exciting, but it’s convenient if you’re looking to stay near Plant City. Hotel is newly constructed and was terrific.

The suite that I selected was great for my family of 3 for the weekend. The only downfall was the shower, the tub filled up with water as you were showering, and it would take a few minutes for tub to drain out after use. The facility was clean, and suite provides you with dish soap, kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, plates, pots, cups, coffee maker, microwave. You can cook for self or warm up food from nearby restaurants. Plenty of places to choose from to eat what you desire. Love that there was a WAWA near too. My family truly enjoyed our stay for the 3 days. They provide breakfast on site, and it was prepared with love for all to enjoy.

2nd time we have stayed there and was very pleased with staff's personality and being customer friendly. Breakfast was delightful and you offered oatmeal where other places do not. we give this place a 5 out of 5. We will stay there again. The only issue we had was the shower not performing like it should there should only be one shower head not 2 of them was very confusing to operate.

Staff was very friendly and hotel is really clean. The only two issues i found was the water pressure of the shower was way to strong, it almost hurt to shower and that there is no room service for meals.
