Mutiara Jimbaran Villas

Very comfortable stay at the villa resort for 1 night. The facilities were excellent, the only downside is the food didn't match as the food was adequate, but not in keeping with the luxurious facilities.

Great location 20 minutes from the airport yet very quiet. Location is walkable to the beach and convenience stores however there are no sidewalk. Breakfast is an additional fee, but worth every penny

The property was in good condition when we checked in. However, the staff did not clean up after breakfast, leaving all the plates with food remnants untouched until the next day. On the second day, the milk provided for the child was spoiled. When we reported this, three staff members came separately and argued that the milk had not expired. Furthermore, they did not offer to replace the milk, claiming they had none in stock, despite a store with milk being just a 5-minute walk from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mutiara Jimabaran. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in a one bedroom villa. It was beautiful and clean, with a private pool, kitchen area and huge bathroom area. Grocery stores were close by and ot was a three minute taxi ride to Jimbaran Beach. Would thoroughly recommend!

The Villa itself is very spacious with a large pool and garden area. We found limited stocked kitchen items. The Villa roof has bats living there so when you get up on the morning if you have little children you need to be very careful as there was bat poo everywhere which is very toxic we did request housekeeping to clean each morning which they did. The Villa is on top of a hill on a busy road so not ideal to walk with kids as no pavements they do advertise a Free shuttle service to Supermarket and local area but they do not have a shuttle we had to order taxis to get everywhere. Overall we had a good time staff were very friendly and helpful but because of where the Villa is situated would not re visit.
