The breakfasts were really good. We stayed 6 nights and they were great every day. It’s very close to several restaurants and it was super easy to get food delivered. The front desk staff were helpful and polite and informative. My room was clean and quiet and housekeeping was prompt when I needed more towels. Pool area was great. Perfect temperature and a great place to set my yoga mat and do yoga. The gym was a great spot to get in a few easy workouts. Easy location just off the interstate so I could take lots of adventures and keep the hotel as home base. My son had his own room and said it was quiet and very comfortable as well. Great mattresses and plenty of pillows. We also loved having the hot tea and coffee and flavored water available 24/7 as well as the snack pantry. All in all very impressed with it.

Came here for the night, it’s a newer hotel only about 3 years old, room was big and comfortable, bathroom had lots of space, overall room was very clean. The hotel in general seemed pretty clean, breakfast area, they were always going around and cleaning. Pool was a little on smaller side and not as warm as we would have liked, no hot tub. Breakfast was actually really good, one of the best free hotel breakfasts we’ve had, they had waffles, juice, oatmeal, cereal and bread options, they had western omelette, Yukon potatoes and maple sausage which was really good. Dave at the front desk was the best, super nice and helpful, very accommodating for our late check out request.

This hotel looked new. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast area is a great place to hang out and work and breakfast was good. The fitness room could be a little better, but it's better than average. Overall, this was great place, especially for the price.

Great facility, Clean, quiet, even though the hotel was FULL for Saturday night (home game for U of M) .... it was quiet. Our little dog was comfortable in the room, as well. Nice bathroom. Large screen TV. The breakfast offered enough choices for me with my dietary restrictions. Only draw back: the pool was closed (heater not working), so didn't get my hydrotherapy in during the stay. We will book there again.

The suites are spacious, lots of breakfast items though hot items weren't very hot. Staff was friendly and efficient. This was a family trip and kids were really excited about swimming in the pool, but it was being maintainanced. We were able to get this at a great price compared to other hotels in the area.

Nice option for pet friendly rooms. Close to most locations that we needed for the weekend. The bathroom DID have a fan (I've discovered more often than not, that is NOT the case -- so this time NO MOLD ISSUE). There WAS fruit left on the bathroom floor under the vanity (housekeeping issue?) And there was hook in the bathroom that was in need of repair and the sink slowly drained. Over all, the facility and grounds were clean and kempt. We have stayed here several times, and would stay again.

They didn’t clean our room for 2 days and we had to request cleaning on the third day. We checked out on the fourth day. No clean towels were replenished. Again, we had to request. I had to buy something from the mini market to get change for a 20.00.

The property is new. Very clean with great amenities. However the doors have a self close mechanism that causes them to slam. All night long salami doors up and down the hallway. There is no sound barrier. Both nights we stayed we got very little sleep between the doors and being able to hear every sound in the hallway. We even sleep with a sound machine. There were disrespectful people staying that let there kids run and scream up the hallway. We called down to the front desk both nights after 10 pm due to the loud disturbances. Both nights it would finally quiet down around 11:30-12 and then loud again by 6 am. It was awful. The people above us were extremely loud. Sounded like kids bouncing a basketball and jumping from the beds. Definitely left there sleep deprived.

This is a very nice clean hotels. I was very impressed with how well maintained it’s kept. The only concern I had was the front desk clerk, she worked in the morning, short hair, tattoos on her arms and legs. She had no personality, no smiles, no greeting. I was shock they have someone at the front desk with the lack of no professionalism. Everyone else was very nice.

There were pros and cons to this location -- for starters, the lobby and dining areas were very clean and well managed. When we arrived, we were given our King Room Suite that I had booked thru Expedia. Upon getting into the very nice/recently updated suite, getting my little one ready for bed and tucked in and getting ready to shower myself, I found the thermostat wasn't working. I was joined by the front desk staff member and they came to the room and were unable to assist. When I mentioned it may need batteries, she returned with batteries - it still did not work. We had to move rooms. I woke my little one and re-packed all of our things. Then, we were taken to our new room. The new room was a tiny, double queen room, that was rather underwhelming. It clearly had not been recently renovated. The breakfast was limited but decent. The pool was...unwell. It is small, the water was a bit murky, and it was COLD. The overall location is fine - it was very loud at night (lot of cars racing/in streets) and there was a big comic convention, which could have added to the noise. TLDR: decent hotel, some rooms are better than others, don't count on pool time & the food is decent. PRO: they compensated for issues with room/size.
