Für mich ist Lage perfekt gewesen weil ich auch eine Fahrzeug hatte und genau in der Mitte ist wo ich hin musste. Personal super freundlich hilfsbereit. Spa Abteilung echt sauber kompetent. Leider Frühstück eine reinste Katastrophe kein offenes Büfe die bestimmt was du isst und musst dauert Fragen und den Kellner hin und her laufen lassen das geht garnicht, der Kellner tat mir schon leid und trotz desen freundlich geblieben.

Odamız çok küçüktü, dolayısı ile yatağımız da küçüktü. Elbise dolabı da çok küçüktü, yarısı raftı. Bir gece kaldık önemsemedik. Yolları bilmediğimiz için taksi rica ettik, taksiler biraz geç geliyor, taksi çağıran görevli de 2. taksimizi çok geç istedi, resepsiyon görevlisinden de rica ettik, arkadaşım ilgilenir benim işim değil dedi, ve saçları ile oynamaya başladı. Otele bir daha gitmeyi düşünmüyorum. Otelin bünyesinde farklı bir işletmenin restoranı var. Yemekleri ve servisleri çok güzel ve düzgündü. Orada çalışan tüm personel ilgili ve işlerini düzgün yapan kişilerdi.

Oda çok küçük, rahat hareket edemeyecek kadar. Valizi rahat açamayacak kadar. Balkon veya veranda asla yok. Standart oda için 19 m2 yazmışlar ama aslaaaa değil. Oda küçük deyince de ama standart odamız böyle diyorlar, e o zaman neden tanıtıma doğrusunu yazmıyorsunuz, darlandım!! Personelin ürün aldığı bir odanın yanındaki oda verilmişti, ne kadar itina gösterseler de minimal tıkırtılar normal olarak geliyordu. Her akşam kartın manyetiği bozuldu. Direk odaya giremedim. Yatak çöküntü yapıyordu, çok rahat diyemem ve çift kişilik yatak yeterince büyük değil. Çok temizdi, en önemli kısmı bu olduğu için daha kötü yorum yapmak iyi değil. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Ne sorun olursa hemen koşuyorlar bu da ikinci pozitif kısım. Bir de ötekin yan tarafında ücretsiz ve yeterli alanı olan bir otopark vardı. Bir de otelin yanında okul var, 29 Ekim gösterilerine hazırlanıyorlardı, bu benim için hoş bir durumdu, rahatsız asla olmadım, hem erken kalkarım hem bando severim :) ama sabah uykusuna ihtiyaç duyan ve okuldan gelecek sesleri düşünen insanlar için fikir olsun normal bir gün için. Aşırı gürültülü değildi, yalıtım fena değildi.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff from the front desk to the service team were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a prime Asian location, exceedingly close to PT metro stations making it very convenient for visitors. I am at a loss as to why its been termed as a four star hotel when in fact the facilities offered are at a minimum 4 ☆ worthy, and could easily pass off as a 5 ☆ hotel. Having stayed at many I can vouch for this. The shower blinds however do need replacing as they afford no privacy which will not be suitable for families. If this hotel isn't for adults only then roman blinds would be the better option in lieu of venetien.

Für mich ist Lage perfekt gewesen weil ich auch eine Fahrzeug hatte und genau in der Mitte ist wo ich hin musste. Personal super freundlich hilfsbereit. Spa Abteilung echt sauber kompetent. Leider Frühstück eine reinste Katastrophe kein offenes Büfe die bestimmt was du isst und musst dauert Fragen und den Kellner hin und her laufen lassen das geht garnicht, der Kellner tat mir schon leid und trotz desen freundlich geblieben.

Für mich ist Lage perfekt gewesen weil ich auch eine Fahrzeug hatte und genau in der Mitte ist wo ich hin musste. Personal super freundlich hilfsbereit. Spa Abteilung echt sauber kompetent.
