Nice clean property which has a convenience store downstairs. We did have issues with the fire alarm (false alarms) going off a few times during our stay however other than that really enjoyed staying here.

El sistema de no tener recepcion ni llave todo con codigos funciono bien, dalvo que cuando llegue el ascensor no funcionaba, el.bajo es un primero y el.segundo es un tercero pues mas de un dia sin ascensor. El precio esta bien y cumple.

Muy limpio, en excelente estado. Acceso a cercano a autobús y tren, a los puntos de interés llegamos en 20min en promedio. A un lado una tienda para comprar víveres. Muy recomendable.

I had everything i needed. I only missed an oven, but its probably not practical with a fire alarm in the room. Improvement is larger or more remarkable info/warning stickers for the door entrance and fire alarm as there occurred a few problems with that in the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooftop is absolutely incredible—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. What really stood out to me was the staff: they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and communicative, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the elevator in the building was not functioning and we had two suitcases, which we could not carry up 4 flights of stairs. We should have been notified in advance in order to make alternate arrangements.

Alejado del centro turístico y en un barrio donde vive gente y no turistas. El transporte publico te debe servir bien aunque no me hizo falta. La insonorización es mejorable. Muy buen trato con el turno de seguridad. La piscina en la terraza bien bien para refrescarse. A ver si terminan las duchas.. En cualquier caso y dependiendo de las circunstancias yo repetiría.

Regular room maintenance to ensure fixtures and fittings function properly and safely. For example: Mould on outside walls of both bedroom and living room, electrical socket in living room not secure, dustbin does not attach as it should, toilet roll holder fails on every use, balcony door handles are lose which compromises security, the light switch over the hob is broken, sofa unusable as a bed because the structure is bent, the top shelf in wardrobe was missing a peg and fell on my head and the curtains easily come off the end of track even when pulled gently.

호텔이 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 모든것이 맘에 들었습니다. 다만 시내에서 좀 벗어나있다보니 차량이용이 불편했습니다. 특히 렌트를 했는데, 주차장이 멀고, 주차시간에 대한 정보가 없어 주차딱지를 떼이고 말았습니다. 주차에 대한 정보를 좀더 자세하게 알려주었으면 좋았겠습니다.

Clean modern apartment. Great location for the price. Frequent quick busses to the city centre (just tap on with contactless to pay). Reasonable selection of local shops and eateries including traditional restaurants, McDonald’s and a great coffee shop (Michael’s Coffee House). Apartment was a spacious studio apartment with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, sofa, TV, dining table and a nice bathroom. There’s no reception so no awkward interactions with anyone, you are sent access codes by email on the day of arrival. Only slight downside is the location can be noisy outside, but ear plugs are provided. We had a minor issue with something and staff were quick to reply online.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und als doch Fragen auftraten, war telefonischer Service prompt erreichbar. Einzige Mängel mMn: Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig, was ich jedoch öfter in Spanien erlebe und die örtliche Lage imnerhalb Sevillas ist nicht die Beste. Ä Abgesehen davon, zu empfehlen.

La chambre est très bien. En revanche il y a une absence totale d'isolation acoustique entre les chambres. 2 fois l'alarme incendie s'est déclenché dont une fois en pleine nuit... Tout l'immeuble s'est retrouvé sur le trottoir en pyjama... Aucun salarié sur place... Ce n'est pas normal. Avis mitigé dans l'ensemble au vu du prix pratiqué

We liked all the amenities in our room and the building- balcony, laundry, kitchen... There is a small grocery store beside the entry. There are restaurants and bakeries close. The buses are very close. The metro is a short walk and a couple stops to the santa justa station. It is walkable to the plaza espana, parque maria luisa, and from there close to the old town. The fire alarm went off 3 of the 6 nights we were there. It is a bit loud with people talking in the neighboring rooms and halls, but this wasnt all that disturbing. The administration was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful. Overall we would recommend and We would stay again

El lugar no está mal. Sin embargo, era muy pequeño para 4 personas. El sofá cama terrible. Mus hijos durmieron muy mal. El espacio de lavado muy feo y además la secadora no funciona adecuadamente. Es largo del centro de Sevilla. Pero hay buen servicio de autobús

El apartamento estaba bien, pero no está bien insonorizado, y tanto la nevera como el aire son extremadamente ruidosos, al menos en mi apartamento. Las ventanas no eliminan mucho ruido.

Having no 24hr reception is a huge disadvantage, checking online is fine but what would you do if you are stuck outside the room and your electronic door key doesn’t work. Had to call and send a video to someone sitting in Germany to sort out. I would avoid this jazzer next time and book a proper hotel

Complicado hablar y obtener respuesta del servicio de atención al cliente. No pude viajar y les pedí cambiar las fechas....aún estoy esperando contestación. Este tipo de establecimientos causan mucha incertidumbre. NO tiene check in ni Check out presencial y el teléfono de atención al cliente está atendido desde Madrid...Poco margen de reacción.

We liked all the amenities in our room and the building- balcony, laundry, kitchen... There is a small grocery store beside the entry. There are restaurants and bakeries close. The buses are very close. The metro is a short walk and a couple stops to the santa justa station. It is walkable to the plaza espana, parque maria luisa, and from there close to the old town. The fire alarm went off 3 of the 6 nights we were there. It is a bit loud with people talking in the neighboring rooms and halls, but this wasnt all that disturbing. The fire alarm went off 3 of the 6 nights we were there. It is a bit loud with people talking in the neighboring rooms and halls, but this wasnt all that disturbing. The administration was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful. Overall we would recommend and We would stay again

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooftop is absolutely incredible—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. What really stood out to me was the staff: they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and communicative, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Clean modern apartment. Great location for the price. Frequent quick busses to the city centre (just tap on with contactless to pay). Reasonable selection of local shops and eateries including traditional restaurants, McDonald’s and a great coffee shop (Michael’s Coffee House). Apartment was a spacious studio apartment with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, sofa, TV, dining table and a nice bathroom. There’s no reception so no awkward interactions with anyone, you are sent access codes by email on the day of arrival. Only slight downside is the location can be noisy outside, but ear plugs are provided. We had a minor issue with something and staff were quick to reply online.

Unfortunately, the elevator in the building was not functioning and we had two suitcases, which we could not carry up 4 flights of stairs. We should have been notified in advance in order to make alternate arrangements.

Einzige Mängel mMn: Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig, was ich jedoch öfter in Spanien erlebe und die örtliche Lage imnerhalb Sevillas ist nicht die Beste. Ä Abgesehen davon, zu empfehlen.

We liked all the amenities in our room and the building- balcony, laundry, kitchen... There is a small grocery store beside the entry. There are restaurants and bakeries close. 호텔이 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 모든것이 맘에 들었습니다. 다만 시내에서 좀 벗어나있다보니 차량이용이 불편했습니다. 특히 렌트를 했는데, 주차장이 멀고, 주차시간에 대한 정보가 없어 주차딱지를 떼이고 말았습니다. 주차에 대한 정보를 좀더 자세하게 알려주었으면 좋았겠습니다.

Easy to access, clean and a 30min-1 hour walk from places to visit which is great! The only bad thing is that the cleaning team sometimes comes in without knocking to clean at any time of the day, which is a bit annoying.

Alejado del centro turístico y en un barrio donde vive gente y no turistas. El transporte publico te debe servir bien aunque no me hizo falta. La insonorización es mejorable. Muy buen trato con el turno de seguridad. La piscina en la terraza bien bien para refrescarse. A ver si terminan las duchas.. En cualquier caso y dependiendo de las circunstancias yo repetiría.

Our room 307 was great with large balcony and separate bedroom. The hotel is a bit far from centre and the main sights, but it was easy to hop on bus and get closer to them. Hotel is at district of hospitals, so some ambulance sirens could be heard every now and then. Great little grocery shop in the downstairs was nice to buy some snacks or even food.

Located directly across from the hospital and a Mas & Go right next door. Nice balcony but looks over the store loading dock filled with garbage and random crap. First night was fairly quiet but the second night was loud and annoying with neighbors next door banging cupboards at midnight, children screaming, tons of loud noises, cooking fumes, and loud TV. At midnight. Studio was well decorated and nice. Great shower.
