Located directly across from the hospital and a Mas & Go right next door. Nice balcony but looks over the store loading dock filled with garbage and random crap. First night was fairly quiet but the second night was loud and annoying with neighbors next door banging cupboards at midnight, children screaming, tons of loud noises, cooking fumes, and loud TV. At midnight. Studio was well decorated and nice. Great shower.

Was a beautiful apartment really close to the bus into the city for €1.40 per person that you can buy on the bus. I did hear you can also buy a €5 24 hour bus pass. The apartment itself was clean, modern, great bathroom, and perfect fit what we wanted. Really nice place. Would recommend and would stay again… Just round the corner a block over were 3 or 4 little cafe/bars. Busy with locals, local prices for coffee, breakfast, tapas and drinks.

Regular room maintenance to ensure fixtures and fittings function properly and safely. For example: Mould on outside walls of both bedroom and living room, electrical socket in living room not secure, dustbin does not attach as it should, toilet roll holder fails on every use, balcony door handles are lose which compromises security, the light switch over the hob is broken, sofa unusable as a bed because the structure is bent, the top shelf in wardrobe was missing a peg and fell on my head and the curtains easily come off the end of track even when pulled gently.

Clean modern apartment. Great location for the price. Frequent quick busses to the city centre (just tap on with contactless to pay). Reasonable selection of local shops and eateries including traditional restaurants, McDonald’s and a great coffee shop (Michael’s Coffee House). Apartment was a spacious studio apartment with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, sofa, TV, dining table and a nice bathroom. There’s no reception so no awkward interactions with anyone, you are sent access codes by email on the day of arrival. Only slight downside is the location can be noisy outside, but ear plugs are provided. We had a minor issue with something and staff were quick to reply online.

Unfortunately, the elevator in the building was not functioning and we had two suitcases, which we could not carry up 4 flights of stairs. We should have been notified in advance in order to make alternate arrangements.
