The room was clean and spacious, staff was responsive, location was convenient. Amenities were microwave, refrigerator and flat screen TV. There was a sitting area with a couch and coffee table. The motel had a pool which we were not interested in using but it was available for anyone that wanted to.

It's not deluxe. Clean room, good mattress, but hard pillows uncomfortable. Slept well anyway. Parking fee was in extra. It's written that it is available, but we had to pay 10 $ for it. There's no room to lunch at this place. For the same price, there are other properties more appropriate in Niagara Falls and closer to the falls.

Great price and perfect walking distance to Clifton Hill. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was amazing!! Had a microwave and fridge which is rare is some of the hotel rooms. Parking is additional but only $10/night. Would definitely return.

$10 parking and really good air conditioning! We didn’t try the pool but we saw a little one. Room was as advertised and the property was nicer than we expected. Easy walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls.

Easy overnight parking for an extra $10 in an area were parking a vehicle usually comes at a premium. Only downfalls are lack of eco-friendly toiletries and fact that there is no cable TV available. Only option to watch anything, if you are willing or able to, is to log on to your own Netflix, AppleTV , Amazon Prime or Disney channels

Decently price. King bed and jacuzzi tub. Everything worked, lots of plug ins. Tub was clean. Walls dirty, old worn towels, bed was rather hard as well as pillows. Pool tiny, outdoor and cold. We didn’t swim. Close to everything, we walked to the falls and all entertainment so it was worth it for us as we don’t spend our time in a room. Much better price than most other hotels, staff was nice.

Our room was clean and quiet. The pool looked clean and well maintained, but we didn’t have a chance to use it. The family enjoying it one afternoon seemed to be having a great time. We would stay here again.

After we check in, I have to ask the maintenance to change our beddings when we got in our room. It wasn’t change you can see white spots on top of it. I have to clean the microwave too, theres alot of food debris inside it. You can see alot of food and drinks spots on some part of the walls. The shower curtain is a bit slimy on the bottom part. The washroom floors are not that clean and the sink is clogged.

The room was overall good, and the location was fantastic. Being right in the downtown core with everything within walking distance was a major benefit and made our stay very convenient. However, we encountered a significant issue with the cleanliness of the floor. After bathing our children, both of their feet were immediately completely black again from walking on the floor. It appeared that the floor had not received a basic, thorough cleaning, which forced us to wear our shoes around the place for the duration of our stay. Another point of note was the lighting. The setup was quite interesting as the only substantial light source in the room was located right beside the TV rather than being centrally located, making the rest of the room feel dim. I hope that the cleaning staff can address the floor issue, as the location and convenience of the property are excellent.

Over all the place was less then mediocre! The bed sank in the middle and made for a terrible sleep. The residue left in the tub after running a bath was disgusting... Bathroom configuration was just plain weird and the overall finishings in the room looked like a 12 yr old did the handy work. This place needs to step up their cleaning. 2 stars may be a bit generous for this place

The pillows in the room were bloodstained...and not just a drop or two, we're talking about big stains. Impossible to miss. They thought it clean to just put pillowcases over them and let guests sleep on someone else's blood! No refund, nothing! All they did was change the pillows (3 out of 4 had blood on them) and said sorry. Very unfortunate because they are located close to attractions but for your safety, I would suggest paying a little more to ensure a minimum standard of cleanliness!

No sleep. Terrible night. Large crowd of people smoking and drinking right outside my door. Banging on my door all night. I will never stay there again and I’m thinking I shouldn’t be using hotels.com. I would like a refund. You have to pay to park. It’s just a poor experience all together.

two night stay. This is in a great location a short walk from top of Clifton Hill. Rooms was dated, which had a certain charm and was clean. There was no utensils/cutlery, but a fridge /freezer, microwave and old style filter coffee machine. There are no net curtains, so had to keep the curtains closed for privacy as rooms face out onto the walkways. Used the laundry and ice machine which were a good addition and worked well.

Positives: The jacuzzi was great! The price was much more affordable than other properties and, so, the cost-saving was excellent. Also, all the attractions and great restaurants are literally a minute or two walk away. Negatives: The website says “city-view” but the view is the parking lot. The bed is right in front of the front window, so people are regularly walking by and you see shadows through curtain so the feeling or perception of privacy is lacking. Also, the bed comforter had a couple of dried food stains which really grossed me out. Why are guests eating in bed???? Gross. Overall, I would go again if affordability were top of my list.

The room was clean and staff was friendly when we arrived, they allowed our checkout time to be extended for a small fee. I gave a 4 star rating because the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and made it for a restless sleep and both my boyfriend and i woke up sore. Other then that, its a great location to all the attractions.

The room size was perfect for my family of 4. One thing that isnt easily known from the photos, which do represent the room well is there is a sink and mirror area before the bathroom which has a toilet sink and bath./ shower. Therefore you can have 2 people using sinks at the same time. Also, the room with the accordion wall has its own door to the first sink area, so you can keep that wall closed and still have access to the sink and bathroom. Sorry. The rest of the review. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Great location. They do charge for parking but it is a reasonable $10 per night. The area charges $40 per night on Saturday. The walk to Clifton Hill and the Niagra Cruises (Canadian side Maid of the Mist), are a very easy walk and a pretty safe area. I walked most often butnparking here is easy an convenient. Would recommend this place.This is not a 5 star location, so if you have any complaints it is because you expected too much.

We stayed in the honeymoon room for 2 nights. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was the walls were thin and you could hear the tv in the next room then the second night there was a family with kids above our room and you could hear the kids running around. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and we would probably rebook here again for the price.

Reasonably convenient location for the price. The room felt worn out and the air conditioner was extremely loud preventing comfortable sleep. Parking is for a fee, which is unusual for a motel (however fairly advertised on the website). Very friendly staff, which is a bonus.

Good: Perfect location for the Falls and Clifton hill. Comfortable beds but noisy. Good size mini fridge with a freezer. Ac works fine. Cold and hot water for showering. Bad: Horrible WiFi (signal lost everywhere in the room). Washroom window has a hole in the mesh. Found a bug on the bed. Water dripping from the ceiling of the bath tub. Found two spider webs in the room. No public account for Netflix or the other apps. No telephone service for calling front office.

Will I feel that I can pay the deposit with Visa Debit Card. I don’t have a credit card ,but they take cash so I had to use an non bank ATM which was on the street . They should offer breakfast . They don’t have any cable channels. The only good thing is that it was close to the major attractions, but I won’t stay there again I stayed there twice
