Das was angeboten wurde, wird auch eingehalten. Mir wurde beim Check-In sehr geholfen und aufgrund eines kurzfristigen Termins wurde mir die Möglichkeit gegeben, früher einzuchecken. Das fand ich sehr hilfreich. Das Zimmer, die Sauberkeit und das Gesamtpaket haben sehr gut gepasst und dementsprechend werde ich mir das Hotel für meine nächste Reise notieren

Bir gece kaldım. Genel olarak temiz ve konforlu. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Otel gerçekten yeni. Ama yeni olması ile beraber aşağıdaki küçük sorunları yaşamıyor olmamız gerekir diye düşünüyorum. 1- Duş düzgün akmıyor. Kireçten heryer tıkanmış. 2- Otel 2 yıllıkmış ama gıcırdayan bir yatak var. 3- Buzdolabının dış dolabı kırıktı. Kırık dolabı kapatıp açmak gerçekten rahatsızlık verici. 4- Check-out 11:00'de. Ama sitede 11:30 gösteriyor. Bu konu beni çok rahatsız etti. Pazar sabahı uykumdan uyandırıldım. Bu kadar önemli bir kural ise bunu satarken dikkat edeceksin.

The biggest issue with this place is the lack of natural light and proper air circulation. The photos are not accurate; don't fall for them. The room we stayed in (all of them are the same layout) has literally no natural light. You cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioning. We had to leave it on for a few minutes and turn it off because the room got cold, and we could not have a good sleep at night because of this. The only way to adjust the temperature is to tell the staff downstairs. The staff working there is not professional. We had an issue with the room, and the way they treated us and talked to us was not good at all. We'd booked their standard double room, but the layout plan they hung on the door showed it as "Eco double room", which is the cheaper room. When we escalated this to them, they said they had changed the names because of the fire department. I'm still not convinced of that, and I believe they gave us the cheaper room. I also contacted Expedia in this regard, and I'm still waiting for their reply. Not happy with my experience in this place. not recommended.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the key card to the room was not working everyday, so they had to fix it everyday again and again - this was very disappointing and tedious for us. As well as this, the light in the bathroom was just flickering and not working properly. The shower was very congested which was also very arduous for us because there were just a few drops coming out of the shower and it took very long to be ready because of that issue.

Short stay, great team, very courteous and helpful. My only two let downs were 1. Air conditioning was set to hot and couldn’t be changed. 2. Carpet in rooms was stained. But I can’t fault the personal service received from reception, including a complimentary tea upon arrival! Very hospitable and courteous.

Sehr schönes Zimmer in der vierten Etage mit Terrasse, gut der Ausblick war nicht der beste, aber ist halt Hotel in der Stadt. Ein zweiter Verdunklungsvorhang fehlte, so dass man nurdiehälfte des Fensters schließen konnte. Würde gerne bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Istanbul das gleiche Hotel und Zimmer haben.

Friendly and helpful staff and nice, modern rooms. Very clean. As others have said, location is unusual, seemingly the only hotel in otherwise commercial zone focussed on motorbike stores. But you can walk to the metro station in 5 mins (loads of life there) and from there on to the busy kurdikoy area in another 10-15 mins.

Oda gerçekten çok temizdi. Biz odayı dağınık bırakıp dışarı çıktığımızda oda toparlanmış oluyordu. Danışmadaki arkadaşlar çok iyi güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Konum olarak merkeze 15 dk yürüme mesafesi. Bence ara sokakta olduğu için araba gürültülüsü gelmemesi de iyiydi. Bir dahaki gelişimde yine bu hoteli tercih ederim çünkü temizlik en önemli çizgidir.

Overall, not a bad stay. However, main issues are that the housekeepers came into our room even though “do not disturb” was left on the door. Very unprofessional. Also, there were a few ants in the room- which happens in hotter countries, but still not ideal. And finally, the balcony was a waste of time. It looked straight onto a building and it’s not worthwhile unless you smoke as you’ll never use it. Layout and decor of room was a bit strange/dated and bathroom was very public, with no segregation between main room and bathroom, nor any private screening for toilet. Staff were friendly and location was good for our trip. Overall, not bad, but wouldn’t stay again.

Maç için gittiğimiz için tercih ettik ve temizlik, konfor vs. açısından 5 yıldızlı oteller ile aynı seviyedeydi diyebilirim. Stadyuma yürüyerek 10-15 dakika mesafede bir otel olması da ayrıca harika bir detay. Tekrar maça gideceğimizde ilk tercihimiz olacaktır.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes kleines, aber beliebtes Hotel mit schöner Atmosphäre und ruhigen Zimmern. Nur wenige Minuten zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zum Stadtzentrum und ca. 15-20 Min. Fußweg zum Hafen. Nur das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Kann es weiterempfehlen und würde wieder dort buchen.

It’s a business district. Its close to every transportation you need but the options for restaurants arent a lot. The staff is really kind and accommodating. The hotel is really pretty. There’s no noise from outside, I slept really well on their bed too

We liked the hotel in general We didnt like the hidden charges. Had yo pay for my coffee and orange juice at breakfast where nowhere were stated that they were extras and when calling a taxi the charge dont start from the hotel but from the taxi office

Het is een vrij nieuw hotel dat erg schoon is. Personeel was heel aardig, evenals het jonge koppel die eigenaar zijn van het hotel. Ontbijt is goed genoeg voor een lekkere start van de dag ! Het meisje dat overdag bij de receptie staat is heel erg lief. Evenals berk die in de avond receptie dienst heeft. Het hotel ligt ook heel centraal in kadiköy. Als je een fenerbahce fan bent, ben je helemaal goed, want het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het stadion. Wij zaten 1 nacht in een standaard tweepersoonskamer, wat ruim genoeg was.daarna zaten wij nog 3 nachten in de king king suite, met jacuzzi omdat het onze trouw jubileum was ! Ik voelde me net een sultan ! Heerlijk in de jacuzzi na 15.000 stappen lopen in istanbul ! Voor ons was belangrijk vriendelijkheid en hygiene ! En dat zit hier echt goed !!

Wir waren im teuersten Zimmer daher sehr schön aber keine Aussicht ; Frühstück leider nicht mit Inbegriff aber zum Hotel ein Restaurant was sehr lecker und preis günstig war ; in der Nähe leider nicht soviele Geschäfte daher sehr ruhig Von 10 Sternen würden wir 9 Sterne für dieses Hotel geben

El Hotel está un poquito apartado, el centro a 1,5 km pero andando se hace muy rápido luego el ambiente que hay en la zona es de un polígono industrial pero te puedes desplazar al centro muy fácil el Hotel está muy limpio pero el desayuno siempre es el mismo completamente repetitivo cada día es lo mismo no se puede cambiar por lo demás todo correcto
