Good thing McDonalds is across the street for breakfast, parking lost had lost of trash, beer bottle and a broken beer bottle. And Thank goodness our room smelt better then the lobby, got into our room and the window was wide open kind of made us wonder but we didnt wake up with sore backs so thats good

Was not able to stay. Their website said they had RV parking, there was no RV parking and absolutely nowhere to turn an RV. Parking lot was small, if i had pulled in with truck & camper I would not have been able to turn around.

Was a nice stay, management needs to walk the property to pick up trash. I know this may be troublesome because of location next to fast food and shopping centers, but some trash stayed in the same spot for the 2 day I stayed.

The beds were horrible… room had no seating except bed and whimpy computer chair, pool closed room smelled like cigarettes bad in a non smoking room, breakfast was 2- cereals orange juice some kind of bread that was 2 inches thick and activia yougart and waffles but the waffle maker was not working … coffee still in brewer more of a “workers” hotel than a family vacation hotel

I hoped that the property would be cleaner than the last time I was there, but regardless of updated furniture the carpets still looked dirty and the hallways and common areas were still run down and poor looking.

We stayed at this same hotel a year ago and decided to give it another shot since under new branding/leadership. It was greatly improved, still has a long ways to go but some of the nasty smells and dead bugs from a year ago were not present this year. Keep up the amazing work, hopefully we'll see you again next year!

Although the hotel is a non-smoking hotel, my room smelled of smoke. Also, the showerhead needs to be cleaned or replaced because it was pouring water out of the bottom and not forcing a lot through the holes in the shower head.

It was dirty! The room was not clean, bunch of hair all over tub drain. Dirty tissue around bed still on floor, room didnt smell very good and nothing was clean. The help barely spoke English and there was almost NOTHING in the continental breakfast area. One bag of instant oatmeal and a waffle machine. They had a few bagels wrapped in reynolds wrap. Everything dirty in there also. Would never stay there again.

The towels and bedding had stains, even when asking for new ones. On arrival with our booking the front desk was charging higher. The bathroom tub had stains and was dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom started leaking and collapsing on the last day during my stay.

Our room smelled very musty/moldy. The room was not clean. There were pieces of toilet paper and unswept dirt on the floor in the bathroom and something crusted on the bedframe. The breakfast was very limited and cereal was stale.

PROs...helpful and professional staff, it's cheap, it's close to all the food options in the area, the best shopping area I've been to in Nebraska, and multiple state parks close by. CONS- -You can see through the towels and wash cloths -the sinks don't drain -you can hear your neighbors -the AC sounds like a plane taking off -it looks abandoned and about 10 years overdue for a remodel. In the end, I got exactly what I paid for.

There is nothing to write that is positive about this property, the rooms are not clean! The room I booked was a single queen room with microwave and fridge, they put us in a room with neither of each and also double full size beds, the floors had not been vacuumed, questionable that the sheets were fresh! This place is a Dump!

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed linen was old and just didn't look very clean. The bathroom with the toilet and the shower was so small that you could barely navigate inside.

First took over 30 mins to check in. Second the first room we got the tv would not work so he changed our room, this room was bigger but there was food folded in the making of one of the beds had to ask for coffee and cups then the coffee maker would not work. No refrigerator, no microwave. Needs major improvements.

I was put in a handicapped accessible room (even though I didin't need it or request it). It was spacious. It was missing a hair dryer which the check-in person got one for me. Friendly, quiet and sufficent breakfast.

First, room key did not work, both me and the wife tried. Staff recharged the card, came to the room, card worked then proceeded to explain how I needed to put the card in correctly, as if I never operated a hotel key before. It was terrible. We didn’t stay because it was not clean. They offered another room but if one room is dirty they are all dirty. The floors had not been vacuumed and there were fingernails on the floor. The comforter had stains. I left and asked for my money back, but they said I had to get it through Expedia. I didn’t book through Expedia. I booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com told me the hotel needed to refund me. So I didn’t even get my money back.

Decent room at a very reasonable price. Bed comfortable, AC worked well despite a south-facing window and hundred-degree temperatures, no problems with highway noise despite proximity of I-80. A little trouble with the wi-fi password—what looked like an upper-case L on the key envelope was actually supposed to be lower-case. Make that a little clearer, for future guests?

Remarkable staff! Easily get to Nebraska Crossings Outlet Mall next door. Easy walk to Mc Donald’s and a gas station. Parking lot well lit. Staff very kind and friendly! Housekeeping staff is trustworthy, I left behind a diamond ring, staff found it and turned it in!

The desk clerk was very polite and kind. His co-worker was also very helpful. Disappointed that there was no microwave and the clock didn't work. I used my phone for alarm to wake me. Price was high but realized it was Berkshire Hathaway stockholders meeting and all hotels are jacking high prices up. I stayed here because it was under $200. Its close to Gretna's outlet mall and the Gretna Holy Shrine. Downtown Omaha is easy shot on I-80.

The property is easy to access, and very quiet for being next to the expressway. The room was clean. Soft bed. Bathroom was tight but the room had the necessities for a one-night stay. Having a waffle maker at the continental breakfast was great!

Smelled like urine. TV didn't work when we checked in and after three attempts from staff trying to fix we just left it. They offered us a different room finally second night after several complaints at 9 pm but we chose to just stay in current room. Coffee gone by 730 am at continental breakfast and not replaced.
