We had a great stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool however was very dirty, I even grabbed the net and cleaned it both days we swam in it.

The sheets were worn and it felt like sand in the bed but it was the sheets. The breakfast was cold everything including the oatmeal had to be heated in the 1 microwave. there was no milk for breakfast service. we’ve stayed at many Hiltons and Hampton Inns and always had been pleased with the quality, this time not so much.

Very clean and comfortable! It lives up to its name “Home2”. The only thing that I did not like was the light sensors in the room. Every time I changed position when sleeping, that light would come on. Very annoying and an unnecessary feature in the room. They should be uninstalled…..

One night before an early flight. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Shuttle left right on time at 5 AM for a quick ride to departure terminal. Room was well equipped and clean.

Very comfortable room with good beds, linen, and work station. The suite had everything you would need if staying many days-nice kitchen with plenty of dishware, sink, micro wave, and dishwasher. The location was very good close to shopping and restaurants. All in all a very nice place to stay.

The two desk clerks could care less about service. The lights kept coming on in our room every two hours so sleep was interrupted. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine all night. The room was very nice but we will try somewhere else the next time.

Very friendly and attentive service. When I arrived I was was quite tired and hungry but I didn't want to go out to find a place to eat. The receptionist informed me that they had a shuttle service that would take me wherever I wanted to go. Brooke,assistant Mgr. was at the wheel. She warmed welcomed me aboard me. Her friendly, light hearted, yet respectable and professional manner made me feel right at home. During me short three day stay there, I observed her greet other guests in like manner. The day I left was her day off. I was abit sad that I couldn't say goodbye in person.

The check-in staff was not so friendly, however, Brooke absolutely made up for this and was amazingly friendly and welcoming. We met Brooke the morning after check-in and she redeemed the iciness of the evening check-in staff. Also, both over the phone prior to checking in as well as checking in physically, we were told that we were approved for a noon late check-out, seeing as we arrived at 1:30am. Staff started knocking on our door & opened our door starting at 10:15am. They knocked on our door twice more prior to 11am, and once more opened the door prior to 11am. Again, we had been approved for a late checkout due to how late our flight landed. I want to stress that Brooke was amazing, the beds were super comfortable, and the Fair-Trade coffee in the morning was delicious & greatly appreciated!

A great spot if you need an airport hotel. You could almost walk to the terminal, as it's so convenient, and it's also a bit isolated, so it was very quiet too. I got in late and needed a peaceful night before an early flight, and it was perfect!
